A couple of years ago, I made some really bad decisions and had gotten myself into a lot of trouble. BIG trouble. I was arrested and faced a lengthy prison sentence. I was totally freaking out. Just want to write a little something about The Law Offices of Robert David Malove. Our family used them very recently for our sibling. They were all very polite, and professional and knew how to explain the process of their litigations for our sibling's case. They worked diligently and did all they could and used all the legal processes they could in order to get the outcome that we got. They were able to get the sentence/plea bargain as low as they possibly and because of their ability to negotiate a more acceptable plea, we will not have to wait long to have our loved one home and with his family. Just when I was thinking it was over for me!!!!! This guy really fought for me since day one. Even though I made a few mistakes which wasn’t in my best interest Andrew made it happen. I couldn’t have been luckier!!! Disappointed I went to visit Mr. Quinn because I needed to do a name change. They told me 3 months! Mr. Quinn filed on court the next day of my visit, I got an appointment to get in front of the judge less than one month of filling. Yesterday went by zoom in front of the judge. With his help in one, two three done!! Now I can change passport and social security. I cannot be happier with the results! Thank you Mr. Quinn!

Antonio Quinn, P.A.is a lawyer you want when having to face such a delicate manner, such as a custody case. Antonio takes the time to listen to what you, the client is asking for, and does the research to make sure he is giving you the best chance in achieving the best outcome in your case. He is extremely friendly, does not rush you in treating you like you are just money, he genuinely cares. I never had one issue in communicating with him, it was very rare that he did not answer an email within the same day, but if he did not it was the very next day. In cases that involves children the emotions are high but Antonio took the time to explain, over and over, with the utmost patience to help me through this difficult time. I will forever be thankful for his kindness, his attention to my case and my concerns, never will thank you be enough. If you want a lawyer, a good, honest respectful lawyer, Antonio is far above the best.

There are things I would have done differently when I hired Antonio Quinn to represent me. 1. I would have asked him specifically to correspond with me in writing. I believe there were things that I was lead to believe a more favorable result than was attained. Being told that I was not pleading guilty, that I was not going to have a felony on my record, that I would just have “some supervision” while I paid off my restitution. These things are technically true. It was not until court that I specifically understood what my plea would be, (nothing different that the original charge or offer) And the words were very different from discussed. And yes, he was very responsive, returned my calls promptly. 2. I specifically told him that my goal was to keep my professional license, so I could continue to make a living that afforded my restitution, he blew thru that by repeating the above, saying that shouldn’t be a problem (not true) 3. I would have questioned the red flag when he said he would “talk to the states attorney and see what they were offering” before he did anything else, weeks later he sent over a request for discovery. I feel like that should have been the first thing, wouldn’t you want to know what they have before anything else? 4. I got the impression while sitting in the court room the “deal” was made right there, not before, I have no evidence of this but there was sure a great deal of communication going on between him and the states attorney while I was sitting there, that looked like decisions were being made right there. 5. Some supervision- I can’t travel, I have to regularly report, I have a probation officer randomly show up in my house and go into my bedroom, call me at any hour and tell me to come outside. I can’t go to a sporting event, concert or even dinner without permission. I have to submit to drug tests. (Non violent, no drug related, first offense) and several other very invasive actions that I won’t go into here, probation can basically be house arrest if your probation officer chooses. (I’ve had no issues violating any probation rules by the way) 6. Regardless of what the court set as restitution, your probation officer can make your life hell if he wants you to pay more. (Nothing was said about that) (by the way, I was never interviewed by any law enforcement for the charge I plead “no contest” to (first time I heard those words were in the court room.) 7. I paid Mr. Quinn thousands of dollars to try and get the best possible outcome and I don’t believe that was the case. Quite frankly, I think he did the bare minimum, but I was in a different part of the state when I had to hire him to represent me in and all I had were google reviews. 8. Clarification is important, things happen very fast in a court room, you’re asked if you understand everything and I’m pretty sure that would be impossible to comprehend that amount of information even under normal circumstances let alone while you freedom, your future let alone the weight of your humility are standing there. Get the answers you need ahead of time. Ask the questions, don’t assume anything. Temptation to just put it all behind you is immense. So I would recommend corresponding in writing, ask specifically what things mean, don’t assume anything. Ask for copies of communications with others. Make sure he is clear about your objectives.

Kevin Kulik has really gone down the drain. He doesn’t show up to court answer the phone gives incorrect zoom information. His secretary Shannon is the rudest person I have ever came in contact with. She hangs up on you curses at you and then tells you you owe him money when he has done absolutely nothing for your case. I highly recommend a different lawyer he is truly a bad lawyer and honestly a criminal. I will be reporting him to the bar association for basically stealing my fathers money. Let me not forget that his office is closed neither him or Shannon are at that location HE IS A SCAM ARTIST!!!! Save yourself a headache and find a better lawyer.

I’m involved in a class action lawsuit against the city of margate. I’m asking your assistant general knowledge she tells me to ask the attorney I then ask politely for the attorneys number she then act like she can’t hear me anymore and hangs up so I keep calling back until she decides to pick back up the phone this time she tells me that I am speaking to the attorney so I tell her your just a assistant she hangs back up so I keep calling back until she pick up the phone again and this time she cursed me out how did she even get this job

I can't recommend Sean enough! He was very upfront with me about my traffic ticket and my chances of him dismissing or at least reducing the ticket penalties. I came away highly impressed with his professionalism and demeanor. All the while all I had to do was send him an image of my ticket and he took care of the rest. A few weeks later I heard back from him and my ticket was entirely dropped and no fees were assessed. I couldn't have been more pleased w/ the services he provided and at the level of quality to which he provided them. Would 100% recommend him as an attorney. If he pays this level of attention to all his other cases, I'd go with him in a heartbeat for every other legal issue I have (hopefully none going forward!).

Sean is an excellent attorney. I have consulted with him on several cases. He knows the law, has significant trial experience and is passionate about what he does. As for the individual stating that he is "only in it for the money", we are private attorneys, not public defenders. Sean spent a significant amount of his career serving the public as an Assistant State Attorney while being overworked and grossly underpaid. He has also done a significant amount of pro bono work and mentored younger attorneys. There comes a point in our careers where we want to use our extensive and expensive education to make a better life for our families. There is absolutely nothing wrong with expecting to be paid in a timely manner for the services you perform.

Mr. Clayton represented me when I was charged with causing a (minor) accident. It was a "he said, she said" situation where the physical evidence did not support the other party's claim.. He got the charge thrown out. Mr. Clayton also represented my son to close out a DUI with property damage charge after his original attorney failed to show up in court. He made sure my son, who had no defense but it was his first ever offense of any kind, served only the minimum mandated penalties with no jail time. It was the best outcome we could hope for. We found Mr. Clayton to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient when explaining to us the possible outcomes and the approach we would take in court. We recommend him highly.
