He is an absolute a miracle worker! I would without a doubt recommend William Wynne. He not only did what me and my family felt was impossible but he made us feel at ease during the entire process. I think Musca Law is the best option out of anybody. They were very professional and very caring about my case! I had a speeding ticket going double the limit and they were able to get me out of that with no points on my license and no fees at all or school or court cost never got my license taken away! just had to pay the ticket and that’s ALL great place wouldn’t recommend anybody else but them!

Charlie was by far the best attorney I have ever worked with. His attention to detail, constant communication and overall expertise is truly unmatched in the Bay area. He is very unfront and honest about your situation/the potential outcomes and there was never a point when I was unsure about what was happening. In September 2021 my daughter was in a motor vehicle accident. I hired Brandon Jones and Rhino Lawyers to represent her in a personal injury case. Communicate throughout the process was minimal at best. When I would have questions or concerns throughout the process Brandon informed me to trust him and the firm. So I did just that. When her case was finally settled Brandon accepted the terms of the agreement of the settlement prior to my approval (out of terms of our contract) and told me that he would issue a settlement check directly to my daughter, although she was a minor. I questioned the ability to have a check issued directly to her since she was a minor, verses going through the court system/Guardian as I had understood (through my own research) of the process in the state of FL. Brandon assured me that he felt comfortable issuing a check to her and everything was good to go. Five mins before I was suppose to meet him at his office to have a check of settlement provided to my daughter he called me stating he “didn’t feel comfortable after consulting with more experienced attorneys” issuing a check to her due to her age and that I would have to have a judge sign off on her judgement first. He even sent me screen shots of text messages of him asking other attorneys what he should do in regards issuing a settlement check to a minor. It was obviously to me at this point that my trust in him and his abilities were mislead and he was not informed on how the laws worked surrounding minors. I was very understanding however, had a lot of questions about the process. Every time I asked him how would the process work moving forward and what was involved he assured me he would set up everything, take care of all costs involved since it was “his mistake” and walk me through the entire process. He stated “not every attorney knows everything” and was apologetic, therefore I was understanding and waited for the next steps to be presented to be. I waited to be contacted by his office and as the days had passed with no response I became more confused. When I text him simply questioning about moving forward with getting her settlement his response was “I have her whole file prepared. She and you can choose your own attorney if you’d like.” I was then instructed by him to only email his office with questions/concerns and my phone was then blocked. Only after I contacted his office complaining that they have my daughters settlement money with zero access or understanding of how to get it, was I then contacted by his associate Gregg. Gregg emailed me stating he would set up another attorney, as required by law, to move the process forward to getting a judgment on her settlement. I have asked several times for an itemized list of all medical expenses of her providers and my multiple requests have been denied by rhino lawyers. Brandon has used my daughters unfortunate accident to get settlement money and has made it nearly impossible to have access to her funds. I was mislead, lied to, and deceived at the expense of my child. In my experience Brandon was not knowledgeable about the laws surrounding issuing settlements to minors, did not properly communicate the entire process involved, and has acted in a very unprofessional dishonest way. I wish I would have gone with a more experienced attorney.

I thank God I found Mr. Marc Joseph on Google! My fiance was arrested on a VOP and having talked to Marc, I was confident that he could argue his case effectively and bring him back home before December which he did. It takes someone with expertise to maneuver and have the know how pertaining to different counties and he did that with ease. My "attorney" couldnt get the deal i asked for which wasnt alot to ask for and never filed the motion to return my property after he assured me he would. Look just a little longer before hiring Mr. Joseph. All he really does is get you a plea that you dont really want rather than fight the case. I admit my case was a bit of a challenge but i expected more from him!
