I was falsely arrested by a sheriff the year of 2018 because I was on the sidewalk on my bike being safe. The female deputy advised me to ride on the sidewalk for my safety because my bike lights were off at the back. It was not even 5 minutes until a sheriff was following me, told me to stop for no reason, and ran me over with his patrol car. I called Michael right after I was bailed out of prison. He helped me with my case and the case was dropped. I fully appreciated for his help at that time. I was charged with Conspiracy to Traffic Cocaine in excess of 400grams that carries a 15years minimum and 50k fine if found guilty. It was an interesting set of circumstances but through everything, Hugh did a wonderful job keeping me informed on what his strategy was and executing his plan just as he said he would. I ended up only getting 2.5yrs probation and adjudication withheld on a lesser* F3 charge. I highly recommend Hugh McDonnell.
