I was referred to Joseph Montrone, by a close friend of mine, after finding out that a criminal charge charged and warrant was filed for my arrest and even worse it was for a charge i knew nothing about or would do. From the first call made, Mr. Montrone , was able to pull up the charges (my State Id was used at a business where a crime was committed by that person with said ID) and then walk me thorough the steps of getting this taken care of. Within the first week, It was taken before the Judge and had the warrant removed and then Shortly there after was able to get all charges dropped . I don't know where to begin . This is truly an amazing Lawyer who will diligently work on your case. I was facing a "resisting arrest with violence" with a lengthy record, after I had made a complete turn around from my past. Attorney Rex Blake was a absolute blessing. When I ended up in some questionable circumstances and had a very serious charge to back it, I knew I needed a great lawyer fast. A friend recommended Rex Blake and I’m glad he did because this gentleman restored hope from a uncertainty of a charge that carry’s a mandatory minimum of a couple years in prison if convicted. My case was perplexing to say the least. Rex from the moment we met immediately assured me someone with the acumen was going to work hard for me and gave me peace at mind. While going over details about my situation Rex quickly developed some strategies and was able to adapt and readjust the further we proceed into pretrial hearings as nothing is 100% certain during litigation. As various hearings were held and a trial was looming Rex managed to work a advantageous plea deal that precludes the roll of the dice during a jury trial that would have the punishment of a minimum 2 year prison sentence and convicted felon, if I was to be found guilty. I accepted the plea deal on my best interest and was able to walk out of the court house not convicted of a felony and served no jail time with the arrangement of probation, minimum fines and some classes. With completion of the terms during my probation I’ll be able to have my record sealed so I can effectively move on with my life.
