Josh went above and beyond what normal attorneys do for their clients. He helped me file a motion and in less than two weeks after hiring him he’d already done all the footwork talking to the prosecutor and all involved parties and had the motion granted the same day he filed it. He’s very good at communicating with you unlike other attorneys and is quick to respond to any questions you might have. He’s very knowledgeable and honest, he’s not going to charge you for something he doesn’t think is possible. I would highly recommend him and will be sure to use him for any future legal issues I might have.

Don and his Team of professionals took us in during a most challenging time in our lives and treated us like family. He was great. Mr Pumphrey was very honest and transparent. He never once tried to lead me astray. This whole ordeal was very scary and nerve racking but he was there to calm me down. He was always updating me on what was going on. The staff that he has picked is one of a kind. You CANT find a better staff. Amy was also a huge help. She stayed in contact with me and informed me on my case.They don’t do this work for money they do it because they love it. My fiancé reached out to Mr. Bodiford regarding a 3.850 motion. He agreed to accept the case, but then suddenly stopped any form of contact, ignored calls and several emails. Very unprofessional and NOT recommended. Money was not an issue, so there was no apparent reason to act that childish whatsoever. I attended law school and initially recommended Mr. Bodiford to my fiancé, as he was my professor as well. However, after seeing him in the “professional” field acting like this, it clearly changed my mind about his entire law firm. I’m embarrassed for the recommendation. So please stay away and save the time and headache.

Retaining Joe ended up being an excellent and smart decision. He is very reliable and was reachable well after office hours. Hiring Joe Bodiford as my lawyer was the best decision I could have ever made. He defended me in a DUI case and with his expert knowledge of the law was able to make the jury understand his side of the argument. He is not only a great lawyer, he is a great person. It is not often that one attorney has to seek out the assistance from another. This was the case when Mr. Newman began working on my appeal. Being a practicing attorney, I was impressed with his thorough efforts to understand each detail pertinent to my case and his apparent proficiency with the law. Although working from a different city, I felt connected with him as he kept me informed each step of the way. Mr. Newman kept me apprised of his legal research and asked my opinion when appropriate. He was clear about the fees of the case and keeping me up to date and informed about the steps to followed, he was quick to answered every email, since I live down in central Florida it was important for me to keep an open communication with him, he didn’t fail to informe me very step of the way. Luke was retained to handle a minor issue for a family member of mine. Luke was prompt, friendly and professional. Luke researched the issue and discussed the defense with us prior to the trial. At the trial Luke asked the appropriate questions of the testifying law enforcement officer. Then Luke made a legal argument with which the judge agreed. The judge entered a dismissal. During the process Luke walked us through the steps and explained the different procedures and possible outcomes. We are happy that he represented our family member and we feel that, if we had to, we would retain Luke again.

Do NOT recommend. Horrible experience. Promised my son an outcome that was never an option. *** I felt the need to edit my original review above due to recent events after reading the below blanket statement response. I believe wholeheartedly that Ryan Davis misrepresented what he could do for my son. I tried to call Mr. Davis regarding this and he told me that he would call me back after receiving permission from my son to talk to me. He called my son and admonished him for having me call. He never returned my call. I sent him two emails regarding this situation. He has threatened to take action against me for slander for posting this review as well as contacting law enforcement for harassment for sending him the two emails. These are his words: "If you keep attacking me with your lies I will be forced to take whatever legal steps I can to protect myself from you libelous and slanderous statements you have made to me and in public forums. Do not contact me again, as I also stated in my last email. If you do, I will consider it harassment and report you to law enforcement." I am NOT lying. Just look at his response to this review and determine for yourself who is the liar. In fact, Mr. Davis is so concerned about his reviews that for every bad one that me or my family has posted he has had someone post a good one to get his stars back up. Just look at the timeline of the reviews. This is not an honest person. My son was advised by two different attorneys that he did not have a case. Mr. Davis told him that he could help him and once he handed the money over told him he could not. This is not the first time this has happened. Look at the other reviews. I am writing this review to warn people to not trust this firm. I have given Mr. Davis the opportunity to make this right and he has threatened to sue me and have me arrested.

Ryan Davis came highly recommended from a close friend and after a brief interview, we were relieved at last. He's been in practice for over twenty years and it shows with how thorough he was with our tricky case. My son is not the brightest with his decision making, let alone speaking to the authorities. He stayed in touch the whole way through, not for a second did we feel as if he had forgotten about us with the drawn out court system taking months at a time to move forward any. He gave us his personal phone number and texted updates as soon as he got them. I couldn't be more grateful for who we contacted when the storm hit and with it clear now just six months later I still feel as if I might owe this man a small debt at least, as we did not have a strong case at all when it all started. Thank you with all my heart Ryan, I hope you read this.

Recently, I found myself in need of legal advice so I hired Richard Mercure. He fought my case tooth and nail even though it was in Hillsborough County. On the day of trial, it was clear that Rick was well-prepared. He had all his exhibits in order, with copies for everybody involved. The Officer tried his hardest to skate around the truth but in the end, Rick’s cross-examination was PERFECTION. He anticipated what the Officer was going to say well before the Officer even said it. The Judge acquitted me of all charges (and I didn’t even have to testify). Rick is a true trial lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a defense lawyer. I was looking at 18 months without being able to drive. Not only would this effect my job but the time I get to spend time with my son. During hard times they was able to work out a payment plan with me. I am so glad they did not turn me away. Because they just won my dmv case. That's right. They used all resources and all knowledge of the law. I now have my driver's license back with ZERO restrictions... So this Friday son daddy on his way to see you. Called several law firms to get a quote for a traffic ticket. These guys were the most expensive but they had good reviews so I figured spending the extra money would be worth it. I was wrong, do yourself a big favor and find a different law firm.

Just a few weeks ago I was scouring the net trying to find good representation for my upcoming case and today I want to say that I made the right choice by going with Musca Law. I came across a lot of different lawyers during my search but once I got on the line with Mr. Olivarez I had a gut feeling that they would be the right pick. I was looking for an attorney to represent me during a dissolution of marriage case when I called upon Dunham and Ingram. Attorney Chris Dunham agreed to take on my case. Chris was very helpful in pointing out things to protect me as the process ensued and would return calls and meet when needed. The wife and I were able to come to an agreement which was acceptable to both parties and documented by Mr. Dunham. From start to finish it took approximately three months to complete.
