Life is so different now with all that is going on in the world point of contact with people is very slim to not at all. So you really can't judge some things. Me and my family were in a car accident. I didn't want to surf the internet looking for a lawyer again, been there done that a total nightmare. But, I needed a lawyer. I called a friend to see if she could refer or knew of a lawyer she shared Ballard's information. I called and texted him never saw him face to face. 100% satisfied with his service very well spoken man, answer the phone each time I called reponded to every text. The long story short .. I called Mr. Sullivan at 4 o'clock in the morning regarding an emergency and to my surprise, he answered the phone himself. There were no wait times and no calling trees. At 7 AM that same morning, Mr. Sullivan made his way down to the courthouse and resolved the presenting issue in less than 12 hours. To that, he maintained constant communication and had incredible patience in explaining law jargon in lay terms. Because of this, my family and I will continue to and have already recommended this law firm and Mr. Sullivan to family and friends. Howard is a dedicated attorney. He helped me with a case over 15 years old that was never fully handled. My attorney who was originally on the case had passed away. The judges and everyone involved in the court system had all retired. Howard had to do some digging and at the same time persistently follow up to find a resolution. Covid created many challenges as most of the courts were in remote mode only. He promised me in the beginning he would find an acceptable resolution and he did. I would use Howard for any of my legal needs in the future!

My family and I can’t thank Howard and Ben enough for what they have done for my fiancé. After being mis represented and treated horribly by our previous attorneys I prayed and prayed for God to lead and guide me into the right direction to find someone to treat us fairly and represent us in the way that we should be. After several days of research and prayer God led me to Howard and after the first conversation with Howard I knew that we were in good hands. I felt it in my heart and spirit that God sent Howard and now I could finally breathe. From day one of Howard and Ben being on our case they immediately hit the ground running and began working and getting things done within hours that were previously never accomplished from our previous attorneys that had been on our case for 5 months.The mandatory shutdown/ quarantine at this time had no affect on Howard and Ben putting their best foot forward and working relentlessly even while the rest of the world was on pause. They effectively communicated with us and walked us throughout every step of our case while making sure that we were informed on every single detail . Kyle is an excellent attorney with high professional ethics. He possesses thorough knowledge of laws and has a great deal of real-world experiences. Kyle always offered timely response which tremendously eased my anxiety and helped me through the process. He did not over promise you but guided you carefully on each step of the process. As a result, he had my case successfully and completely dropped. Kyle is also a caring person. He is calm and listens to your story with tremendous patience. I can see that he treats each of his client with respect and sympathy, and he didn't judge people. Most importantly, he didn't take advantage of people's difficult situation by charging people unreasonably high rate. His retainer fee was extremely reasonable. I was charged with expired tag and driving with a suspended license. Ben took care of it real soon and smooth. All I needed to do was renew my tag and restore my license as I had to with or without him, and he got my both charges dismissed. Read this entire review and you'll know everything you need to know about Thomas Thomas. I was your typical boy next door, all American athlete. High school social drinker turned college animal led to a flurry of DUIs and other alcohol related arrest in my early 20's. Unfortunately I didn't learn after the 1st time or find Tom until 1/2 way through that journey. Even in the face of insurmountable odds, Tom and his team secured the best possible outcome under the circumstances on more than one occasion. After getting my act together, nearly 2 decades later in my 40's, married with 4 young kids and a business to run, my past came back to haunt me. This time, by no fault of my own. When requesting a copy of my court dispositions to get a real estate license, a glitch in the system between the City of Atlanta and Department of Drivers Services suspended my license as if I had just a DUI, which was not the case. I found this out while trying to purchase a car. Thank God I didn't get pulled over and end up in jail not even knowing it was suspended. My license had been suspended for 10 months when I made this discovery. After exhausting every possible resource at the city, DDS, court house and solicitors office. Nobody could give me any explanation as to what was going on. I spent days trying to figure this out, then I decided to give Tom's office a call. His team leaped into action. Got to the bottom of the issue and had my license reinstated in a week. Not once did they hesitate or even hint that I needed to compensate them in any way. I pray I'll never need his help again. But if I do, I wouldn't hire anyone else.
