Rude,Disrespectful, and unprecedented acts of outright rudeness. Needs to be disbarred and seriously investigated. Especially after what happened with the 17 year old girl no matter how long ago or how remorseful someone is. Probably remorseful he got caught but what about what he did

I hired Mr McCalep firm and they was all amazing !! I was facing three different charges in Henry County and he really did the impossible on all 3 Charges with getting the two that would of cause me to lose a lot DROPPED and the 3rd one a small fee!! No you don’t hear from them everyday but that’s because they are busy making miracles happen and that’s just what him and Chanel did for me I am forever grateful and Blessed thank you guys so much for everything!!!

Being African American I pride myself on trying to do business with my people this was a very very disappointing experience if you do not want to take a case say it in the beginning don't ghost people that are supposed to be your clients don't send them in circles don't hide from them don't avoid their calls don't pick up on other lines when they dial you from a number that you don't recognise invented them you were about to call them I would not recommend this law office to anyone who was serious about litigation who was serious about getting what was owed to them or what they deserved this company is not interested in that this company's ambulance chaser this company is all about the easy win and if they feel your case is not an easy win they will ghost you very disappointing in my opinion

Kyle is an excellent attorney with high professional ethics. He possesses thorough knowledge of laws and has a great deal of real-world experiences. Kyle always offered timely response which tremendously eased my anxiety and helped me through the process. He did not over promise you but guided you carefully on each step of the process. As a result, he had my case successfully and completely dropped. Kyle is also a caring person. He is calm and listens to your story with tremendous patience. I can see that he treats each of his client with respect and sympathy, and he didn't judge people. Most importantly, he didn't take advantage of people's difficult situation by charging people unreasonably high rate. His retainer fee was extremely reasonable. I hired Lawrence Zimmerman based on a referral from a friend who had used him and said he was the real deal. He was very informative on all subject matter of my charges (DUI) and all aspects of court procedures. He was always prepared, on time and a positive person throughout the whole ordeal. He always stayed positive through all of the motions and hearings letting me know we have a good chance of at least lowering the charges. We went to a bench trial where he was able to work his many years of criminal defending to acquit me on the major offense of DUI. I remember when he was presenting his final statement, he told the Judge that the arresting officer never mentioned the "venue" of where this arrest took place. I had no idea what that meant but that is why I had hired Lawrence. He leaned to me, when they were going to the tape recorder to see if he had / hadn't mentioned the "venue", to tell me "....this is like kicking a field goal in overtime!!" They threw out the charges without question based on Lawrence paying attention to every detail. He always made me feel comfortable with what was going on by explaining in layman's terms to what was happening and why. He presented to the DA and Judge all of the evidence which was a huge part of my acquittal. I have referred many people that said they need a great criminal defense attorney or needs advice. He is a person that you would call your, "Go to guy!" for any matter with the law. I also consider Lawrence a friend of mine! Again, if I was ever in need of a lawyer, Lawrence would no doubt be my "Go to guy!".

I should be sitting in prison but Im not because of this man. I was forced to get out of my vehicle at gunpoint by Marietta PD for accused seatbelt violation. I was also illegally searched during a pat down. He was nearly positive and showed incredible confidence in winning the case whereas other lawyers were quick to assume pleas. He was personable and kept me up to date on the case during the process. Then personally called me when he had gotten my case dismissed. By far the best lawyer I couldve had. He gave me a second chance at life when the system was ready to bury me.

There aren’t superlatives to describe the work Lawrence puts in for his clients. His phone and email never shuts off (and he lets you know that) and his clients are never a bother. The long story short .. I called Mr. Sullivan at 4 o'clock in the morning regarding an emergency and to my surprise, he answered the phone himself. There were no wait times and no calling trees. At 7 AM that same morning, Mr. Sullivan made his way down to the courthouse and resolved the presenting issue in less than 12 hours. To that, he maintained constant communication and had incredible patience in explaining law jargon in lay terms. Because of this, my family and I will continue to and have already recommended this law firm and Mr. Sullivan to family and friends. I was charged with expired tag and driving with a suspended license. Ben took care of it real soon and smooth. All I needed to do was renew my tag and restore my license as I had to with or without him, and he got my both charges dismissed. Read this entire review and you'll know everything you need to know about Thomas Thomas. I was your typical boy next door, all American athlete. High school social drinker turned college animal led to a flurry of DUIs and other alcohol related arrest in my early 20's. Unfortunately I didn't learn after the 1st time or find Tom until 1/2 way through that journey. Even in the face of insurmountable odds, Tom and his team secured the best possible outcome under the circumstances on more than one occasion. After getting my act together, nearly 2 decades later in my 40's, married with 4 young kids and a business to run, my past came back to haunt me. This time, by no fault of my own. When requesting a copy of my court dispositions to get a real estate license, a glitch in the system between the City of Atlanta and Department of Drivers Services suspended my license as if I had just a DUI, which was not the case. I found this out while trying to purchase a car. Thank God I didn't get pulled over and end up in jail not even knowing it was suspended. My license had been suspended for 10 months when I made this discovery. After exhausting every possible resource at the city, DDS, court house and solicitors office. Nobody could give me any explanation as to what was going on. I spent days trying to figure this out, then I decided to give Tom's office a call. His team leaped into action. Got to the bottom of the issue and had my license reinstated in a week. Not once did they hesitate or even hint that I needed to compensate them in any way. I pray I'll never need his help again. But if I do, I wouldn't hire anyone else.
