Rude,Disrespectful, and unprecedented acts of outright rudeness. Needs to be disbarred and seriously investigated. Especially after what happened with the 17 year old girl no matter how long ago or how remorseful someone is. Probably remorseful he got caught but what about what he did

I hired Mr McCalep firm and they was all amazing !! I was facing three different charges in Henry County and he really did the impossible on all 3 Charges with getting the two that would of cause me to lose a lot DROPPED and the 3rd one a small fee!! Being African American I pride myself on trying to do business with my people this was a very very disappointing experience if you do not want to take a case say it in the beginning don't ghost people that are supposed to be your clients don't send them in circles don't hide from them don't avoid their calls don't pick up on other lines when they dial you from a number that you don't recognise invented them you were about to call them I would not recommend this law office to anyone who was serious about litigation who was serious about getting what was owed to them or what they deserved this company is not interested in that this company's ambulance chaser this company is all about the easy win and if they feel your case is not an easy win they will ghost you very disappointing in my opinion

Howard is a dedicated attorney. He helped me with a case over 15 years old that was never fully handled. My attorney who was originally on the case had passed away. The judges and everyone involved in the court system had all retired. Howard had to do some digging and at the same time persistently follow up to find a resolution. Covid created many challenges as most of the courts were in remote mode only. He promised me in the beginning he would find an acceptable resolution and he did. I would use Howard for any of my legal needs in the future!

My family and I can’t thank Howard and Ben enough for what they have done for my fiancé. After being mis represented and treated horribly by our previous attorneys I prayed and prayed for God to lead and guide me into the right direction to find someone to treat us fairly and represent us in the way that we should be. After several days of research and prayer God led me to Howard and after the first conversation with Howard I knew that we were in good hands. I felt it in my heart and spirit that God sent Howard and now I could finally breathe. From day one of Howard and Ben being on our case they immediately hit the ground running and began working and getting things done within hours that were previously never accomplished from our previous attorneys that had been on our case for 5 months.The mandatory shutdown/ quarantine at this time had no affect on Howard and Ben putting their best foot forward and working relentlessly even while the rest of the world was on pause. They effectively communicated with us and walked us throughout every step of our case while making sure that we were informed on every single detail . Without these unforeseen circumstances I know without a reasonable doubt that my fiancé would have been home even sooner with Howard and Ben on our side. The greatest reward was having my family back, seeing my 3 year old yell “that’s my daddy”, and the smiles on all of our kids and families faces were priceless. I can finally breathe again, the pressure is gone, no more sleepless nights, stress, and tears. The Courtroom Assassin strikes again with pure vengeance. He was disgraced when the judge denied his motion to suppress the breath test results. At which time he vowed to me that failure was not an option. He started to prepare our defense. As our trial began on June 8, 2021, he quietly leaned over to me and says, " I got this." When the trial began, he meticulously assaulted the State's witnesses (police) with precision. Upon his conclusion of the cross examination there was nothing left but carnage. The prosecutor even asked for mercy during his closing arguments. The prosecutor reasoned the police had come from a small department and deserved some leniency. Mr. Casey Cleaver concluded with explaining to the Court as to why he was so meticulous/ruthless with his assault on the State's witnesses. He looked at the jury and said, "Mr. Williams is not guilty of DUI." They all looked at him with astonishment, not believing what they had all just witnessed. After closing arguments were done, the Judge released the Jury for deliberation. They deliberated for almost five hours. Finally, they came back with a verdict. The foreman stood up and read the verdict. He said, "For driving under the influence of ALCOHOL, we the jury find the Defendant NOT GUILTY." The Courtroom Assassin sheath his sword and turned and walked out of the courtroom. Justice has been served again.

I believe it was God's timing that I met Scott when I did. After being connected with Scott through a mutual associate, Scott made me feel confident hiring him as my lawyer. I have never been in legal trouble before so of course, I was nervous. Scott did a great job outlining my case, communicating with me and also acknowledged the fact that I am a truly a good citizen. Unfortunately I am unable to give a positive review of Scott Smith's office. I was referred to him by a friend for a simple DUI case. My experience summed up: After being personally assured from Scott himself that I would be in good hands, my case was passed from person to person and kicked down to what seemed to be the bottom of the totem pole (to an associate named Casey) who not only failed to file my paperwork on time but failed to appear to all court dates after advising me that my presence was not necessary. After several attempts to contact via email, text, voice calls, voice mails, physical appearance- my license was temporarily suspended (I was unaware of this until being pulled over for a 5 day late expired tag and then arrested for driving with a suspended license). Scott's office did acknowledge their negligence but proceeded to show the same lackadaisical effort as before, resulting in the hard suspension of my license and my request for a refund. If it were possible to give a 0 star review- I would.

Life is so different now with all that is going on in the world point of contact with people is very slim to not at all. So you really can't judge some things. Me and my family were in a car accident. I didn't want to surf the internet looking for a lawyer again, been there done that a total nightmare. But, I needed a lawyer. I was referred to by some family members to use Musa Ghanayem, from the first call, I felt comfortable with his advise, a couple days later I drove to his Atlanta office to meet, I have never in my life seen anyone get on something like this. While we were sitting in his office, Musa called the county where the case was and spoke to 2 different people about the facts in the case, I knew then, He was the man ! Upon hiring him and coming back home, i had no worries as to how the case would end, Musa is sharp as a tack ! He would call me every week or so to keep me updated ( which I thought was unusual because you have to keep leaving msgs for a returned call ordinarily ) never once did I have to call him, He more than exceeded my expirations, extremely professional and knows how to get things done asap, not to mention, all was handled over the phone, myself or Musa never had to make a trip to the other county. I was wrongfully arrested by Georgia State Patrol for DUI after my car broke down on the highway. I researched attorneys and found Mr. Kevin Fisher’s information. He had good reviews. Kevin spoke with me about my case and he began working immediately to try to establish my defense to the wrongful arrest. Kevin never backed down from the prosecutor. Kevin truly believed in me and my story. However, the prosecutor was determined on prosecuting me. Because of Kevin’s persistence and not taking “no” for an answer, he was able to get the DUI dismissed and I was only given a ticket for improper stopping. An amazing result for me. Not sure where to begin with Mr. Fisher . . . my family contacted him about my DUI arrest. I am under 21 and I was scared and not really sure what to do. We put all of our faith in Kevin. Kevin was able to speak to the prosecutor about my case and made him understand what was happening in my life. He was able to convince him that I have a lot of potential and that this should not define me nor hinder me in the future. Not sure how Kevin did it, but he was able to get my DUI charge changed to a local ordinance violation that will not show up anywhere. And, the charge will be forever sealed and expunged. Kevin always made time for me and my family and was very good about getting back to us about questions on my case. I am grateful for this result and for all Kevin did for me.

I was stopped by the police and given 13 citations. Yes, 13! A total of 31 points would be the penalties with up to $20,000 in fees and up to 13 months in jail. I had worked with Kevin before and he continues to be nothing short of a great lawyer. He is always available to talk, answers his own phone and responds timely. Kevin did an amazing job on my case. Most of all of the citations were dismissed. I paid a fine and received some points on my license but not many. He worked well with the prosecutor and knew everyone in the courthouse. He truly worked his magic. Would never hesitate to call Kevin for anything. I know he will always be there for me.
