I hired Lawrence Zimmerman based on a referral from a friend who had used him and said he was the real deal. He was very informative on all subject matter of my charges (DUI) and all aspects of court procedures. He was always prepared, on time and a positive person throughout the whole ordeal. He always stayed positive through all of the motions and hearings letting me know we have a good chance of at least lowering the charges. We went to a bench trial where he was able to work his many years of criminal defending to acquit me on the major offense of DUI. I remember when he was presenting his final statement, he told the Judge that the arresting officer never mentioned the "venue" of where this arrest took place. I had no idea what that meant but that is why I had hired Lawrence. He leaned to me, when they were going to the tape recorder to see if he had / hadn't mentioned the "venue", to tell me "....this is like kicking a field goal in overtime!!" They threw out the charges without question based on Lawrence paying attention to every detail. He always made me feel comfortable with what was going on by explaining in layman's terms to what was happening and why. He presented to the DA and Judge all of the evidence which was a huge part of my acquittal. I have referred many people that said they need a great criminal defense attorney or needs advice. He is a person that you would call your, "Go to guy!" for any matter with the law. I also consider Lawrence a friend of mine! Again, if I was ever in need of a lawyer, Lawrence would no doubt be my "Go to guy!".

I should be sitting in prison but Im not because of this man. I was forced to get out of my vehicle at gunpoint by Marietta PD for accused seatbelt violation. I was also illegally searched during a pat down. He was nearly positive and showed incredible confidence in winning the case whereas other lawyers were quick to assume pleas. He was personable and kept me up to date on the case during the process. Then personally called me when he had gotten my case dismissed. By far the best lawyer I couldve had. He gave me a second chance at life when the system was ready to bury me.

(HAD) 5 FELONY IDENTITY THEFT CHARGES AGAINST ME . Charges was holding me back from getting a high paying Job and a nice place to live . I found out I had a warrant contacted SEVERAL lawyers that “talk a good one” when I spoke to Mr Grossman I knew he was the REAL DEAL “call it a hunch” Mr Grossman was paid and he was on the case IMMEDIATELY because of the fact that I had a GRAND JURY WARRANT FOR MY ARREST ! Mr Grossman got me an in and out bail bond I turned myself in and bonded myself out no problem about 3-4 hours time I was free to go home and Warrant was satisfied . At Case settlement date Mr Grossman worked my case like a charm I was in and out with a misdemeanor $49 fine and 24 hour community service - my case was settled as “Theft by taking “ but somehow I ended up with a “Disorderly conduct “ Mr Grossman got me in and out of court before Everyone ! He has solid relationships with people and will WORK HARD for you and your case . Your lucky he’s still in business he should retire and let us all suffer but ANGELS do exist ... Howard is a dedicated attorney. He helped me with a case over 15 years old that was never fully handled. My attorney who was originally on the case had passed away. The judges and everyone involved in the court system had all retired. Howard had to do some digging and at the same time persistently follow up to find a resolution. Covid created many challenges as most of the courts were in remote mode only. He promised me in the beginning he would find an acceptable resolution and he did. My family and I can’t thank Howard and Ben enough for what they have done for my fiancé. Kyle is an excellent attorney with high professional ethics. He possesses thorough knowledge of laws and has a great deal of real-world experiences. Kyle always offered timely response which tremendously eased my anxiety and helped me through the process. He did not over promise you but guided you carefully on each step of the process. The long story short .. I called Mr. Sullivan at 4 o'clock in the morning regarding an emergency and to my surprise, he answered the phone himself. There were no wait times and no calling trees. At 7 AM that same morning, Mr. Sullivan made his way down to the courthouse and resolved the presenting issue in less than 12 hours. Read this entire review and you'll know everything you need to know about Thomas Thomas. I was your typical boy next door, all American athlete. High school social drinker turned college animal led to a flurry of DUIs and other alcohol related arrest in my early 20's. Unfortunately I didn't learn after the 1st time or find Tom until 1/2 way through that journey. Even in the face of insurmountable odds, Tom and his team secured the best possible outcome under the circumstances on more than one occasion. After getting my act together, nearly 2 decades later in my 40's, married with 4 young kids and a business to run, my past came back to haunt me. This time, by no fault of my own. When requesting a copy of my court dispositions to get a real estate license, a glitch in the system between the City of Atlanta and Department of Drivers Services suspended my license as if I had just a DUI, which was not the case. I found this out while trying to purchase a car. Thank God I didn't get pulled over and end up in jail not even knowing it was suspended. My license had been suspended for 10 months when I made this discovery. After exhausting every possible resource at the city, DDS, court house and solicitors office. Nobody could give me any explanation as to what was going on. I spent days trying to figure this out, then I decided to give Tom's office a call. His team leaped into action. Got to the bottom of the issue and had my license reinstated in a week. Not once did they hesitate or even hint that I needed to compensate them in any way. I pray I'll never need his help again. But if I do, I wouldn't hire anyone else.

I worked with George recently on a traffic case. About a year ago, I got into a car accident that was completely my fault. Instead of paying attention to the road, I was too focused on getting my GPS to work. Because of this, i accidentally veered into the middle of the road and hit someone. Thankfully they didn’t experience any injuries. However, instead of just a failure to maintain lane, the officer on scene wanted to also give me a “DUI less safe” with no breathalyzer or field sobriety test done. I was honest and told the officer I had a glass of wine earlier in the day, so I guess he tried to use that as his justification. I was honestly freaking out because with my occupation, a DUI could really hurt me. So I called around. I honestly believe I talked to at least 10 different lawyers. One lawyer tried to convince me to just accept a “reckless driving,” even though I knew I didn’t drink and drive. Another didn’t know anything about DUIs but had a friend who did so he would get advise from them if I worked with him. Finally I went on YouTube and searched, “DUI lawyers in Georgia” and came across George’s videos and knew I wanted to work with him. I’m not rich and I don’t come from a rich family, but I knew I had to pay whatever the cost was to have George as my lawyer and it completely worked out for me in the end. Not only was the DUI dropped, but he was able to get rid of the “fleeing the scene” charge that they later on added because I went next door. George reassured us that we were correct, and that the most logical explanation was that the cop was, ahem, incorrect. It was worth the legal fee to watch the judge correct the officer.
