I hired Brandon to be my lawyer the case was drug out over five years he was very Unresponsive to any of my questions very rude try to handle you any kind away when you were paying $5000 constantly have to reach out to him to ask him about what’s going on with your case again very rude and I would not recommend Brandon to anyone he just all about money that’s the all thing that he talks about whenever I’m on the phone with him he sucks‼️ He called me last week saying that he had a disposition and that he will get the paperwork for me of course I had to reach back out to him then he told me you go get the paperwork yourself from the court very unprofessional and I would not use him at all???? Technically he did nothing the state had no proof that’s why my case was dismissed

Life is so different now with all that is going on in the world point of contact with people is very slim to not at all. So you really can't judge some things. Me and my family were in a car accident. I didn't want to surf the internet looking for a lawyer again, been there done that a total nightmare. But, I needed a lawyer. I called a friend to see if she could refer or knew of a lawyer she shared Ballard's information. I was charged with expired tag and driving with a suspended license. Ben took care of it real soon and smooth. All I needed to do was renew my tag and restore my license as I had to with or without him, and he got my both charges dismissed. I was wrongfully arrested by Georgia State Patrol for DUI after my car broke down on the highway. I researched attorneys and found Mr. Kevin Fisher’s information. He had good reviews. Kevin spoke with me about my case and he began working immediately to try to establish my defense to the wrongful arrest. Kevin never backed down from the prosecutor. Kevin truly believed in me and my story. However, the prosecutor was determined on prosecuting me. Because of Kevin’s persistence and not taking “no” for an answer, he was able to get the DUI dismissed and I was only given a ticket for improper stopping. An amazing result for me. Not sure where to begin with Mr. Fisher . . . my family contacted him about my DUI arrest. I am under 21 and I was scared and not really sure what to do. We put all of our faith in Kevin. Kevin was able to speak to the prosecutor about my case and made him understand what was happening in my life. He was able to convince him that I have a lot of potential and that this should not define me nor hinder me in the future. Not sure how Kevin did it, but he was able to get my DUI charge changed to a local ordinance violation that will not show up anywhere. And, the charge will be forever sealed and expunged. Kevin always made time for me and my family and was very good about getting back to us about questions on my case. I am grateful for this result and for all Kevin did for me.

I was stopped by the police and given 13 citations. Yes, 13! A total of 31 points would be the penalties with up to $20,000 in fees and up to 13 months in jail. I had worked with Kevin before and he continues to be nothing short of a great lawyer. He is always available to talk, answers his own phone and responds timely. Kevin did an amazing job on my case. Most of all of the citations were dismissed. I paid a fine and received some points on my license but not many. He worked well with the prosecutor and knew everyone in the courthouse. Howard is a dedicated attorney. He helped me with a case over 15 years old that was never fully handled. My attorney who was originally on the case had passed away. The judges and everyone involved in the court system had all retired. Howard had to do some digging and at the same time persistently follow up to find a resolution. Covid created many challenges as most of the courts were in remote mode only. He promised me in the beginning he would find an acceptable resolution and he did. My family and I can’t thank Howard and Ben enough for what they have done for my fiancé. After being mis represented and treated horribly by our previous attorneys I prayed and prayed for God to lead and guide me into the right direction to find someone to treat us fairly and represent us in the way that we should be. After several days of research and prayer God led me to Howard and after the first conversation with Howard I knew that we were in good hands. I felt it in my heart and spirit that God sent Howard and now I could finally breathe. From day one of Howard and Ben being on our case they immediately hit the ground running and began working and getting things done within hours that were previously never accomplished from our previous attorneys that had been on our case for 5 months.The mandatory shutdown/ quarantine at this time had no affect on Howard and Ben putting their best foot forward and working relentlessly even while the rest of the world was on pause. The long story short .. I called Mr. Sullivan at 4 o'clock in the morning regarding an emergency and to my surprise, he answered the phone himself. There were no wait times and no calling trees. At 7 AM that same morning, Mr. Sullivan made his way down to the courthouse and resolved the presenting issue in less than 12 hours. To that, he maintained constant communication and had incredible patience in explaining law jargon in lay terms. I was referred to by some family members to use Musa Ghanayem, from the first call, I felt comfortable with his advise, a couple days later I drove to his Atlanta office to meet, I have never in my life seen anyone get on something like this. While we were sitting in his office, Musa called the county where the case was and spoke to 2 different people about the facts in the case, I knew then, He was the man ! Upon hiring him and coming back home, i had no worries as to how the case would end, Musa is sharp as a tack ! He would call me every week or so to keep me updated ( which I thought was unusual because you have to keep leaving msgs for a returned call ordinarily ) never once did I have to call him, He more than exceeded my expirations, extremely professional and knows how to get things done asap, not to mention, all was handled over the phone, myself or Musa never had to make a trip to the other county. I worked with George recently on a traffic case. About a year ago, I got into a car accident that was completely my fault. Instead of paying attention to the road, I was too focused on getting my GPS to work. Because of this, i accidentally veered into the middle of the road and hit someone. Thankfully they didn’t experience any injuries. However, instead of just a failure to maintain lane, the officer on scene wanted to also give me a “DUI less safe” with no breathalyzer or field sobriety test done. I was honest and told the officer I had a glass of wine earlier in the day, so I guess he tried to use that as his justification. I was honestly freaking out because with my occupation, a DUI could really hurt me. So I called around. I honestly believe I talked to at least 10 different lawyers. One lawyer tried to convince me to just accept a “reckless driving,” even though I knew I didn’t drink and drive. Another didn’t know anything about DUIs but had a friend who did so he would get advise from them if I worked with him. Finally I went on YouTube and searched, “DUI lawyers in Georgia” and came across George’s videos and knew I wanted to work with him. I’m not rich and I don’t come from a rich family, but I knew I had to pay whatever the cost was to have George as my lawyer and it completely worked out for me in the end. Not only was the DUI dropped, but he was able to get rid of the “fleeing the scene” charge that they later on added because I went next door. I am so blessed that I came across George because I’m almost positive it would have not gone the way it did if he wasn’t there. Thank you George! -Beauty

I contacted Eric Bernstein when I received a speeding ticket in Jasper, GA, going 81 mph in a 65 mph zone on my way back to Atlanta from the N GA mountains. He was incredibly kind, helpful & educational & came up a with a strategy to help me not get the ticket reported to DDS/not get points on my insurance. He worked swiftly to execute his plan & he succeeded! Eric was able to get the prosecutor to agree to knock my ticket down to 79mph, meaning my insurance will not find out about it! Daughter was in an accident, which we did not contest. But the police officer either didn't know the law or just piled on an extra charge that we just KNEW was wrong. George reassured us that we were correct, and that the most logical explanation was that the cop was, ahem, incorrect. It was worth the legal fee to watch the judge correct the officer.

Kyle is an excellent attorney with high professional ethics. He possesses thorough knowledge of laws and has a great deal of real-world experiences. Kyle always offered timely response which tremendously eased my anxiety and helped me through the process. He did not over promise you but guided you carefully on each step of the process. As a result, he had my case successfully and completely dropped. Kyle is also a caring person. He is calm and listens to your story with tremendous patience.
