(HAD) 5 FELONY IDENTITY THEFT CHARGES AGAINST ME . Charges was holding me back from getting a high paying Job and a nice place to live . I found out I had a warrant contacted SEVERAL lawyers that “talk a good one” when I spoke to Mr Grossman I knew he was the REAL DEAL “call it a hunch” Mr Grossman was paid and he was on the case IMMEDIATELY because of the fact that I had a GRAND JURY WARRANT FOR MY ARREST ! Mr Grossman got me an in and out bail bond I turned myself in and bonded myself out no problem about 3-4 hours time I was free to go home and Warrant was satisfied . At Case settlement date Mr Grossman worked my case like a charm I was in and out with a misdemeanor $49 fine and 24 hour community service - my case was settled as “Theft by taking “ but somehow I ended up with a “Disorderly conduct “ Mr Grossman got me in and out of court before Everyone ! He has solid relationships with people and will WORK HARD for you and your case . Your lucky he’s still in business he should retire and let us all suffer but ANGELS do exist ... I was wrongfully arrested by Georgia State Patrol for DUI after my car broke down on the highway. I researched attorneys and found Mr. Kevin Fisher’s information. He had good reviews. Kevin spoke with me about my case and he began working immediately to try to establish my defense to the wrongful arrest. Kevin never backed down from the prosecutor. Kevin truly believed in me and my story. However, the prosecutor was determined on prosecuting me. Because of Kevin’s persistence and not taking “no” for an answer, he was able to get the DUI dismissed and I was only given a ticket for improper stopping. An amazing result for me. Not sure where to begin with Mr. Fisher . . . my family contacted him about my DUI arrest. I am under 21 and I was scared and not really sure what to do. We put all of our faith in Kevin. Kevin was able to speak to the prosecutor about my case and made him understand what was happening in my life. He was able to convince him that I have a lot of potential and that this should not define me nor hinder me in the future. Not sure how Kevin did it, but he was able to get my DUI charge changed to a local ordinance violation that will not show up anywhere. And, the charge will be forever sealed and expunged. Kevin always made time for me and my family and was very good about getting back to us about questions on my case. I am grateful for this result and for all Kevin did for me.

I was stopped by the police and given 13 citations. Yes, 13! A total of 31 points would be the penalties with up to $20,000 in fees and up to 13 months in jail. I had worked with Kevin before and he continues to be nothing short of a great lawyer. He is always available to talk, answers his own phone and responds timely. Kevin did an amazing job on my case. Most of all of the citations were dismissed. I paid a fine and received some points on my license but not many. He worked well with the prosecutor and knew everyone in the courthouse. He truly worked his magic. Would never hesitate to call Kevin for anything. I know he will always be there for me.

Read this entire review and you'll know everything you need to know about Thomas Thomas. I was your typical boy next door, all American athlete. High school social drinker turned college animal led to a flurry of DUIs and other alcohol related arrest in my early 20's. Unfortunately I didn't learn after the 1st time or find Tom until 1/2 way through that journey. Even in the face of insurmountable odds, Tom and his team secured the best possible outcome under the circumstances on more than one occasion. After getting my act together, nearly 2 decades later in my 40's, married with 4 young kids and a business to run, my past came back to haunt me. This time, by no fault of my own. When requesting a copy of my court dispositions to get a real estate license, a glitch in the system between the City of Atlanta and Department of Drivers Services suspended my license as if I had just a DUI, which was not the case. I found this out while trying to purchase a car. Thank God I didn't get pulled over and end up in jail not even knowing it was suspended. My license had been suspended for 10 months when I made this discovery. After exhausting every possible resource at the city, DDS, court house and solicitors office. Nobody could give me any explanation as to what was going on. I spent days trying to figure this out, then I decided to give Tom's office a call. His team leaped into action. Got to the bottom of the issue and had my license reinstated in a week. Not once did they hesitate or even hint that I needed to compensate them in any way. I pray I'll never need his help again. But if I do, I wouldn't hire anyone else.

Life is so different now with all that is going on in the world point of contact with people is very slim to not at all. So you really can't judge some things. Me and my family were in a car accident. I didn't want to surf the internet looking for a lawyer again, been there done that a total nightmare. But, I needed a lawyer. I hired Brandon to be my lawyer the case was drug out over five years he was very Unresponsive to any of my questions very rude try to handle you any kind away when you were paying $5000 constantly have to reach out to him to ask him about what’s going on with your case again very rude and I would not recommend Brandon to anyone he just all about money that’s the all thing that he talks about whenever I’m on the phone with him he sucks‼️ He called me last week saying that he had a disposition and that he will get the paperwork for me of course I had to reach back out to him then he told me you go get the paperwork yourself from the court very unprofessional and I would not use him at all???? Technically he did nothing the state had no proof that’s why my case was dismissed

I was referred to by some family members to use Musa Ghanayem, from the first call, I felt comfortable with his advise, a couple days later I drove to his Atlanta office to meet, I have never in my life seen anyone get on something like this. While we were sitting in his office, Musa called the county where the case was and spoke to 2 different people about the facts in the case, I knew then, He was the man ! Upon hiring him and coming back home, i had no worries as to how the case would end, Musa is sharp as a tack ! He would call me every week or so to keep me updated ( which I thought was unusual because you have to keep leaving msgs for a returned call ordinarily ) never once did I have to call him, He more than exceeded my expirations, extremely professional and knows how to get things done asap, not to mention, all was handled over the phone, myself or Musa never had to make a trip to the other county. The case was dismissed. I am more than satisfied, I hate I can only give 5 stars, he deserves a million, lol. If your in need of a top notch lawer, don't settle for anyone but him . Howard is a dedicated attorney. He helped me with a case over 15 years old that was never fully handled. My attorney who was originally on the case had passed away. The judges and everyone involved in the court system had all retired. Howard had to do some digging and at the same time persistently follow up to find a resolution. Covid created many challenges as most of the courts were in remote mode only. He promised me in the beginning he would find an acceptable resolution and he did. I would use Howard for any of my legal needs in the future!

My family and I can’t thank Howard and Ben enough for what they have done for my fiancé. After being mis represented and treated horribly by our previous attorneys I prayed and prayed for God to lead and guide me into the right direction to find someone to treat us fairly and represent us in the way that we should be. After several days of research and prayer God led me to Howard and after the first conversation with Howard I knew that we were in good hands. I felt it in my heart and spirit that God sent Howard and now I could finally breathe. From day one of Howard and Ben being on our case they immediately hit the ground running and began working and getting things done within hours that were previously never accomplished from our previous attorneys that had been on our case for 5 months.The mandatory shutdown/ quarantine at this time had no affect on Howard and Ben putting their best foot forward and working relentlessly even while the rest of the world was on pause. The greatest reward was having my family back, seeing my 3 year old yell “that’s my daddy”, and the smiles on all of our kids and families faces were priceless. I hired Lawrence Zimmerman based on a referral from a friend who had used him and said he was the real deal. He was very informative on all subject matter of my charges (DUI) and all aspects of court procedures. He was always prepared, on time and a positive person throughout the whole ordeal. He always stayed positive through all of the motions and hearings letting me know we have a good chance of at least lowering the charges. We went to a bench trial where he was able to work his many years of criminal defending to acquit me on the major offense of DUI. I remember when he was presenting his final statement, he told the Judge that the arresting officer never mentioned the "venue" of where this arrest took place. I had no idea what that meant but that is why I had hired Lawrence. He leaned to me, when they were going to the tape recorder to see if he had / hadn't mentioned the "venue", to tell me "....this is like kicking a field goal in overtime!!" They threw out the charges without question based on Lawrence paying attention to every detail. He always made me feel comfortable with what was going on by explaining in layman's terms to what was happening and why. He presented to the DA and Judge all of the evidence which was a huge part of my acquittal. I have referred many people that said they need a great criminal defense attorney or needs advice. He is a person that you would call your, "Go to guy!" for any matter with the law. I also consider Lawrence a friend of mine! Again, if I was ever in need of a lawyer, Lawrence would no doubt be my "Go to guy!".

I should be sitting in prison but Im not because of this man. I was forced to get out of my vehicle at gunpoint by Marietta PD for accused seatbelt violation. I was also illegally searched during a pat down. He was nearly positive and showed incredible confidence in winning the case whereas other lawyers were quick to assume pleas. He was personable and kept me up to date on the case during the process. Then personally called me when he had gotten my case dismissed. By far the best lawyer I couldve had.
