(HAD) 5 FELONY IDENTITY THEFT CHARGES AGAINST ME . Charges was holding me back from getting a high paying Job and a nice place to live . I found out I had a warrant contacted SEVERAL lawyers that “talk a good one” when I spoke to Mr Grossman I knew he was the REAL DEAL “call it a hunch” Mr Grossman was paid and he was on the case IMMEDIATELY because of the fact that I had a GRAND JURY WARRANT FOR MY ARREST ! Mr Grossman got me an in and out bail bond I turned myself in and bonded myself out no problem about 3-4 hours time I was free to go home and Warrant was satisfied . At Case settlement date Mr Grossman worked my case like a charm I was in and out with a misdemeanor $49 fine and 24 hour community service - my case was settled as “Theft by taking “ but somehow I ended up with a “Disorderly conduct “ Mr Grossman got me in and out of court before Everyone ! He has solid relationships with people and will WORK HARD for you and your case . Your lucky he’s still in business he should retire and let us all suffer but ANGELS do exist ... Case Dismissed as we wanted Thank you very much Mr. Kalpin for all that you had done for me and my family to get this case dismissed with our desire results. At our initial consultation with Mr. Shah, he asked us what your goals are and desired results for this case, he did exactly how we wanted to end this case - getting it dismissed, no jail time, charges dropped and no fines. Even though courts took longer than normal time in processing this case due to COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Shah was always available to answer all our questions- a phone call or an email away, whether we had to travel out of country on emergency or not able to make it on court hearing date, he always made sure we don’t worry about this case and don’t stressed about it, leave worries on him. This man is awesome and willing got fight!! I hired him for a felony case which we are still in the process of going through but in between that I got a TPO served to me automatically knew I needed him to represent which I'm glad I did ! the courts gave us an option and we both agreed to fight the case we weren't settling! TPO DISMISSED!! we didn't even get to finish presenting all of our evidence! it was such an awesome feeling! I know he's going to work his magic and do the same for this felony case.

Bruce is a brilliant lawyer. I have seen his work in two Federal Court Rooms where the defendant was acquitted and found "Not Guilty". In one case the judge denied re direct questioning and there were no witnesses for the defense called. The case was won by cross examinations of the prosecutor's witnesses and Bruce's opening and closing statements. He is awesome!

Bruce Harvey is probably the best attorney in the state, possibly the country. He is direct, honest, reasonable with his clients and he is aggressive, passionate, commanding in the courtroom. He is highly respected by his peers as well as those with whom he works in the Federal and State Court Systems. He is a man of principle who has spent time behind bars for contempt when he felt his client was being treated unfairly and needed to make a statement. He shatters every stereotype you hear about attorneys and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I was charged with expired tag and driving with a suspended license. Ben took care of it real soon and smooth. All I needed to do was renew my tag and restore my license as I had to with or without him, and he got my both charges dismissed. It was really lucky that I found him and the fee and time was totally worth it.

Attorney Michael Greene was a God send for my son. My son was hanging out with another guy and it was pretty much wrong place wrong time type thing but my son was already on parole from getting mixed up with drugs when he was younger. The same day I hired Mr Greene to represent my son he went to see my son at the jail. It was on a Saturday. My son was being held on a parole hold. Mr Greene worked diligently and was able to get my son's parole hold lifted so he could be bonded out. Next he worked out a plea deal on my son's new charge so that my son didn't have to do any time...he got some probation time and a fine and his parole wouldn't get revoked do to the new charge. Well after the court hearing for the plea was done the parole office did turn around and revoke my son's parole do to the wording of the plea. My son was sent back to jail and we thought we would lose him for the next year. This was heartbreaking because my son had been working hard to turn his life around. I called Mr Greene and although his job was pretty much said and done he didn't quit on us. He called the PO about this Misjustice and got it reversed. My son was released from jail the very next day. We are beyond grateful. Mr Greene is a hero to our family. We can't thank him enough.

Attorney Kevin R. Fisher was very helpful with my case. Kevin was available when I called his office. In fact, he answered his own calls. Kevin and I talked about the case. He was very appreciative of my employer and how this could affect my job. Kevin was great to deal with during the time of case. I was wrongfully arrested by Georgia State Patrol for DUI after my car broke down on the highway. I researched attorneys and found Mr. Kevin Fisher’s information. He had good reviews. Kevin spoke with me about my case and he began working immediately to try to establish my defense to the wrongful arrest. Kevin never backed down from the prosecutor. Kevin truly believed in me and my story. However, the prosecutor was determined on prosecuting me. Because of Kevin’s persistence and not taking “no” for an answer, he was able to get the DUI dismissed and I was only given a ticket for improper stopping. An amazing result for me. I am very happy!!! Could not have gone better for me. Thank you Kevin. A life saver!!!

Not sure where to begin with Mr. Fisher . . . my family contacted him about my DUI arrest. I am under 21 and I was scared and not really sure what to do. We put all of our faith in Kevin. Kevin was able to speak to the prosecutor about my case and made him understand what was happening in my life. He was able to convince him that I have a lot of potential and that this should not define me nor hinder me in the future. Not sure how Kevin did it, but he was able to get my DUI charge changed to a local ordinance violation that will not show up anywhere. And, the charge will be forever sealed and expunged. Kevin always made time for me and my family and was very good about getting back to us about questions on my case. I am grateful for this result and for all Kevin did for me.

I was stopped by the police and given 13 citations. Yes, 13! A total of 31 points would be the penalties with up to $20,000 in fees and up to 13 months in jail. I had worked with Kevin before and he continues to be nothing short of a great lawyer. He is always available to talk, answers his own phone and responds timely. Kevin did an amazing job on my case. Most of all of the citations were dismissed. I paid a fine and received some points on my license but not many. He worked well with the prosecutor and knew everyone in the courthouse. He truly worked his magic. Would never hesitate to call Kevin for anything. I know he will always be there for me.

The Courtroom Assassin strikes again with pure vengeance. He was disgraced when the judge denied his motion to suppress the breath test results. At which time he vowed to me that failure was not an option. He started to prepare our defense. As our trial began on June 8, 2021, he quietly leaned over to me and says, " I got this." When the trial began, he meticulously assaulted the State's witnesses (police) with precision. Upon his conclusion of the cross examination there was nothing left but carnage. The prosecutor even asked for mercy during his closing arguments. The prosecutor reasoned the police had come from a small department and deserved some leniency. Mr. Casey Cleaver concluded with explaining to the Court as to why he was so meticulous/ruthless with his assault on the State's witnesses. He looked at the jury and said, "Mr. Williams is not guilty of DUI." They all looked at him with astonishment, not believing what they had all just witnessed. After closing arguments were done, the Judge released the Jury for deliberation. They deliberated for almost five hours. Finally, they came back with a verdict. The foreman stood up and read the verdict. He said, "For driving under the influence of ALCOHOL, we the jury find the Defendant NOT GUILTY." The Courtroom Assassin sheath his sword and turned and walked out of the courtroom. Justice has been served again.

I believe it was God's timing that I met Scott when I did. After being connected with Scott through a mutual associate, Scott made me feel confident hiring him as my lawyer. I have never been in legal trouble before so of course, I was nervous. Scott did a great job outlining my case, communicating with me and also acknowledged the fact that I am a truly a good citizen. I have had several questions along the case both pertaining to the legal system and society in general. I have felt comfortable and have been able to be my true self within interaction. Scott has been able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and within a timely manner. When contacting the office, someone always answered the phone and directed me in the right direction never leading me astray. The actual law office is welcoming and nice in environment. Also upon court appearance, my lawyer was always there early and on time to represent me and provide feedback. I am truly thankful for Scott and will be recommending him to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney.

Unfortunately I am unable to give a positive review of Scott Smith's office. I was referred to him by a friend for a simple DUI case. My experience summed up: After being personally assured from Scott himself that I would be in good hands, my case was passed from person to person and kicked down to what seemed to be the bottom of the totem pole (to an associate named Casey) who not only failed to file my paperwork on time but failed to appear to all court dates after advising me that my presence was not necessary. After several attempts to contact via email, text, voice calls, voice mails, physical appearance- my license was temporarily suspended (I was unaware of this until being pulled over for a 5 day late expired tag and then arrested for driving with a suspended license). Scott's office did acknowledge their negligence but proceeded to show the same lackadaisical effort as before, resulting in the hard suspension of my license and my request for a refund. If it were possible to give a 0 star review- I would.

Kyle is an excellent attorney with high professional ethics. He possesses thorough knowledge of laws and has a great deal of real-world experiences. Kyle always offered timely response which tremendously eased my anxiety and helped me through the process. He did not over promise you but guided you carefully on each step of the process. As a result, he had my case successfully and completely dropped. Kyle is also a caring person. He is calm and listens to your story with tremendous patience. I can see that he treats each of his client with respect and sympathy, and he didn't judge people. Most importantly, he didn't take advantage of people's difficult situation by charging people unreasonably high rate. His retainer fee was extremely reasonable.
