Bruce is a brilliant lawyer. I have seen his work in two Federal Court Rooms where the defendant was acquitted and found "Not Guilty". In one case the judge denied re direct questioning and there were no witnesses for the defense called. The case was won by cross examinations of the prosecutor's witnesses and Bruce's opening and closing statements. He is awesome!

Bruce Harvey is probably the best attorney in the state, possibly the country. He is direct, honest, reasonable with his clients and he is aggressive, passionate, commanding in the courtroom. He is highly respected by his peers as well as those with whom he works in the Federal and State Court Systems. He is a man of principle who has spent time behind bars for contempt when he felt his client was being treated unfairly and needed to make a statement. I was charged with expired tag and driving with a suspended license. Ben took care of it real soon and smooth. All I needed to do was renew my tag and restore my license as I had to with or without him, and he got my both charges dismissed. It was really lucky that I found him and the fee and time was totally worth it.

Attorney Michael Greene was a God send for my son. My son was hanging out with another guy and it was pretty much wrong place wrong time type thing but my son was already on parole from getting mixed up with drugs when he was younger. The same day I hired Mr Greene to represent my son he went to see my son at the jail. It was on a Saturday. My son was being held on a parole hold. Mr Greene worked diligently and was able to get my son's parole hold lifted so he could be bonded out. Next he worked out a plea deal on my son's new charge so that my son didn't have to do any time...he got some probation time and a fine and his parole wouldn't get revoked do to the new charge. Well after the court hearing for the plea was done the parole office did turn around and revoke my son's parole do to the wording of the plea. My son was sent back to jail and we thought we would lose him for the next year. This was heartbreaking because my son had been working hard to turn his life around. I called Mr Greene and although his job was pretty much said and done he didn't quit on us. He called the PO about this Misjustice and got it reversed. My son was released from jail the very next day. We are beyond grateful. Mr Greene is a hero to our family. We can't thank him enough.

I was wrongfully arrested by Georgia State Patrol for DUI after my car broke down on the highway. I researched attorneys and found Mr. Kevin Fisher’s information. He had good reviews. Kevin spoke with me about my case and he began working immediately to try to establish my defense to the wrongful arrest. Kevin never backed down from the prosecutor. Kevin truly believed in me and my story. However, the prosecutor was determined on prosecuting me. Because of Kevin’s persistence and not taking “no” for an answer, he was able to get the DUI dismissed and I was only given a ticket for improper stopping. An amazing result for me. Not sure where to begin with Mr. Fisher . . . my family contacted him about my DUI arrest. I am under 21 and I was scared and not really sure what to do. We put all of our faith in Kevin. Kevin was able to speak to the prosecutor about my case and made him understand what was happening in my life. He was able to convince him that I have a lot of potential and that this should not define me nor hinder me in the future. Not sure how Kevin did it, but he was able to get my DUI charge changed to a local ordinance violation that will not show up anywhere. And, the charge will be forever sealed and expunged. Kevin always made time for me and my family and was very good about getting back to us about questions on my case. I am grateful for this result and for all Kevin did for me.

I was stopped by the police and given 13 citations. Yes, 13! A total of 31 points would be the penalties with up to $20,000 in fees and up to 13 months in jail. I had worked with Kevin before and he continues to be nothing short of a great lawyer. He is always available to talk, answers his own phone and responds timely. Kevin did an amazing job on my case. Most of all of the citations were dismissed. I paid a fine and received some points on my license but not many. He worked well with the prosecutor and knew everyone in the courthouse. He truly worked his magic. Would never hesitate to call Kevin for anything. I know he will always be there for me.

The Courtroom Assassin strikes again with pure vengeance. He was disgraced when the judge denied his motion to suppress the breath test results. At which time he vowed to me that failure was not an option. He started to prepare our defense. As our trial began on June 8, 2021, he quietly leaned over to me and says, " I got this." When the trial began, he meticulously assaulted the State's witnesses (police) with precision. Upon his conclusion of the cross examination there was nothing left but carnage. The prosecutor even asked for mercy during his closing arguments. The prosecutor reasoned the police had come from a small department and deserved some leniency. Mr. Casey Cleaver concluded with explaining to the Court as to why he was so meticulous/ruthless with his assault on the State's witnesses. He looked at the jury and said, "Mr. Williams is not guilty of DUI." They all looked at him with astonishment, not believing what they had all just witnessed. After closing arguments were done, the Judge released the Jury for deliberation. They deliberated for almost five hours. Finally, they came back with a verdict. The foreman stood up and read the verdict. He said, "For driving under the influence of ALCOHOL, we the jury find the Defendant NOT GUILTY." The Courtroom Assassin sheath his sword and turned and walked out of the courtroom. Justice has been served again.

I believe it was God's timing that I met Scott when I did. After being connected with Scott through a mutual associate, Scott made me feel confident hiring him as my lawyer. I have never been in legal trouble before so of course, I was nervous. Scott did a great job outlining my case, communicating with me and also acknowledged the fact that I am a truly a good citizen. I have had several questions along the case both pertaining to the legal system and society in general. I have felt comfortable and have been able to be my true self within interaction. Unfortunately I am unable to give a positive review of Scott Smith's office. I was referred to him by a friend for a simple DUI case. My experience summed up: After being personally assured from Scott himself that I would be in good hands, my case was passed from person to person and kicked down to what seemed to be the bottom of the totem pole (to an associate named Casey) who not only failed to file my paperwork on time but failed to appear to all court dates after advising me that my presence was not necessary. After several attempts to contact via email, text, voice calls, voice mails, physical appearance- my license was temporarily suspended (I was unaware of this until being pulled over for a 5 day late expired tag and then arrested for driving with a suspended license). Scott's office did acknowledge their negligence but proceeded to show the same lackadaisical effort as before, resulting in the hard suspension of my license and my request for a refund. If it were possible to give a 0 star review- I would.

Kyle is an excellent attorney with high professional ethics. He possesses thorough knowledge of laws and has a great deal of real-world experiences. Kyle always offered timely response which tremendously eased my anxiety and helped me through the process. He did not over promise you but guided you carefully on each step of the process. As a result, he had my case successfully and completely dropped. Kyle is also a caring person. He is calm and listens to your story with tremendous patience. I can see that he treats each of his client with respect and sympathy, and he didn't judge people. Most importantly, he didn't take advantage of people's difficult situation by charging people unreasonably high rate. His retainer fee was extremely reasonable. Howard is a dedicated attorney. He helped me with a case over 15 years old that was never fully handled. My attorney who was originally on the case had passed away. The judges and everyone involved in the court system had all retired. Howard had to do some digging and at the same time persistently follow up to find a resolution. Covid created many challenges as most of the courts were in remote mode only. He promised me in the beginning he would find an acceptable resolution and he did. My family and I can’t thank Howard and Ben enough for what they have done for my fiancé. After being mis represented and treated horribly by our previous attorneys I prayed and prayed for God to lead and guide me into the right direction to find someone to treat us fairly and represent us in the way that we should be. After several days of research and prayer God led me to Howard and after the first conversation with Howard I knew that we were in good hands. I felt it in my heart and spirit that God sent Howard and now I could finally breathe. I hired Lawrence Zimmerman based on a referral from a friend who had used him and said he was the real deal. He was very informative on all subject matter of my charges (DUI) and all aspects of court procedures. He was always prepared, on time and a positive person throughout the whole ordeal. He always stayed positive through all of the motions and hearings letting me know we have a good chance of at least lowering the charges. We went to a bench trial where he was able to work his many years of criminal defending to acquit me on the major offense of DUI. I remember when he was presenting his final statement, he told the Judge that the arresting officer never mentioned the "venue" of where this arrest took place. I had no idea what that meant but that is why I had hired Lawrence. He leaned to me, when they were going to the tape recorder to see if he had / hadn't mentioned the "venue", to tell me "....this is like kicking a field goal in overtime!!" They threw out the charges without question based on Lawrence paying attention to every detail. He always made me feel comfortable with what was going on by explaining in layman's terms to what was happening and why. He presented to the DA and Judge all of the evidence which was a huge part of my acquittal. I have referred many people that said they need a great criminal defense attorney or needs advice. He is a person that you would call your, "Go to guy!" for any matter with the law. I also consider Lawrence a friend of mine! Again, if I was ever in need of a lawyer, Lawrence would no doubt be my "Go to guy!".

I should be sitting in prison but Im not because of this man. I was forced to get out of my vehicle at gunpoint by Marietta PD for accused seatbelt violation. I was also illegally searched during a pat down. He was nearly positive and showed incredible confidence in winning the case whereas other lawyers were quick to assume pleas. He was personable and kept me up to date on the case during the process. Then personally called me when he had gotten my case dismissed. By far the best lawyer I couldve had. He gave me a second chance at life when the system was ready to bury me.
