Never think you can beat an NJP. If you are read your rights by your command, Take the 5th and call Bilecki Law Group. While these guys focus on serious crimes and defend service members at a Court Martial, you absolutely need them for NJP/ Article 15 also. Dont risk losing rank or even an administrative separation just because your CO needs to make an example out of someone. Lawyer up and keep your rank. I cant recommend Bilecki highly enough.

Just want to start by saying my lawyer was great, he handled everything in a professional and timely manner. Got my speeding ticket amended to a lower fine and crime, and now I can get on with my life. But the receptionist, oh my f**king god is she unprofessional! She answers the phone with a hello, instead of law offices of McPherson Patrick, like how are we supposed to know if it’s the correct office or not?? The day after my court date, I called them to see what had happened and what my fees were. She claimed that my lawyer, who I hired and paid for, is too busy and is helping another client. She didn’t ask if I wanted to be put on hold, nor did she assure me of anything or could even communicate what had happened. She said that they would email me with the documents and what I need to do from here. If I didn’t get an email by the following Tuesday, a week later, call them back to follow up. So I never got the email, I called them the following Tuesday and yet again, the same receptionist answered and half apologized and made an excuse that they have many clients that they deal with and that I need to be patient. PATIENT!?! I am paying you people for a service and I expect that service!! The lawyers know what they’re doing, but their receptionist sure doesn’t. I say they replace her with someone with a nicer attitude and much more qualified.
