I was charged and not to mention framed for a serious crime; I served 7yrs for this crime that I I did not commit (which was 4 class X’s and brought 6-30yrs for each one)! I recommended Josh for over 20yrs to family and friends in which he got them out of tough situations. I never thought that I would have needed him the way that I did. I was charged/framed for a serious crime, my family and I were at a loss as to how we would find a good lawyer. Everyone thought that I would go to prison. My family found Joshua B. Kutnick, and they hired him. Frankly, I was not certain that he would be able to win my case, yet I waited for the results. Prior to the trial date, he invested/worked as though he was a brother or father to me, within this cruel world I realized that humility still lives. On the day of trial, my nerves were wrecked. He went in and WOW! my case was dismissed, with no penalties. I was speechless, as was everyone else with the results. That was all due to the hard work and prowess of Joshua Kutnick, this honorable man has 18 years of experience under his belt. I normally don’t write lengthy reviews, however, I know that nobody’s absolutely perfect, everyone faces is accused once, if you’re charged, the most beneficial things you could have would be this lawyer. Thus, use him to your benefit. Do not assign a lawyer with a lack of background/experience who will only feed you empty promises, to get hold of your money, which will result in a bad outcome. He seems to know what he's doing but... He keeps missing Court appointments. The very first appointment he didn't even show up my husband had a court date yesterday, didn't get a call didn't get a email or anything we're still trying to catch this guy don't hire him. $3,000 is a lot of money for someone who can't keep an appointment.

If you are looking for a criminal attorney I will not look any further! I have witness my brother's trial and not only was he found not guilty and won his cases but the way Robert has defended the case with so much passion and dedication, the way he thinks ahead through out the whole case is incredible, he's definitely a lawyer that you want to have to protect you. I can’t say to much about Mr. Kerr, Other then he was very professional with dealing with my case. His performance was outstanding and he stood on business at all times. He was never no more than a call away, in fact every time I called him he either answered or got back with me in a timely fashion. I have much respect for Mr. Kerr. I have had only two experiences with lawyers in my adult life, both stemming from a DUI I earned and deserved a couple of years ago. The first attorney went once to court with me and did a reasonable job as far as I know on the plea and getting me supervision. After that, he wasn't willing to take my calls and was pretty much non responsive. This led me to look on line for other representation. I won the lottery when I found the Toney Law Firm - They answered my questions and went to bat for me in the follow up court date. The result was complete termination of further responsibilities and a successful end of the supervision period. I got my life back with no strings attached. This would most surely not have been the result if I had retained the other attorney or tried to go it alone. If you are in a position similar to mine, I can't urge you more strongly to call The Toney Law Firm. Thanks Sarah & crew!

If you have a simple case Steve Hunter probably will be your choice. But for more complicated case choose someone else. The most Mr. Hunter can do is convince you to enter plea agreement. You can do it yourself and save tens of thousands dollars. Prosecutors don't respect him, judges treat him like law school student. Most important - don't get onto "free consultation" trap!

My son recently changed his group of friends and made some very poor choices. I contacted The Almanza Law LLC. Immediately upon reaching someone on the phone my anxiety began to subside. Paul & David represented me excellently in both the criminal defense and expungement processes. I was in a position where I had charges that were very much unfounded but nevertheless difficult to overcome. David represented me expertly and with great empathy to get the charges dismissed and Paul overcame some significant obstacles to get my expungement petition granted. They collectively saved my career and prevented me from facing very serious consequences for things I didn't do.
