I had a serious case in Will County in courtroom 402. I was facing 8 criminal counts involving home invasion, aggravated use of a weapon, burglary and resisting arrest. I was completely innocent, and the entire incident stemmed from a disagreement with an individual that got out of control and ended up involving the police who also claimed they found a gun on me after arresting me.
