Mr. Andrew Weisberg was helpful throughout my whole case. He was extremely informative as well as readily responsive to all my questions and concerns no matter the time and day. This is the most caring and professional representative I could’ve ever imagined! I needed help and guidance was scared and needed help but was reluctant to pick the first person I saw online. I had a serious case in Will County in courtroom 402. I was facing 8 criminal counts involving home invasion, aggravated use of a weapon, burglary and resisting arrest. I was completely innocent, and the entire incident stemmed from a disagreement with an individual that got out of control and ended up involving the police who also claimed they found a gun on me after arresting me. My wife was pregnant with our first child, and the Bolingbrook police department seemed bent on making my life hell. I was looking at more than ten years in prison. I hired attorney Uche who came highly recommended by a neighbor. Uche worked hard on my case. He was aggressive and tenacious with my case. To my pleasant surprise, on March 26, 2021, Attorney Uche got the prosecutors to dismiss the case; every single criminal count!!! I am back to my family, stress free and happy. Uche is a life saver and the best. A lot of the prosecutors really respect him, and it showed in the results.

Glad to know this lawyer is now practicing personal injury law as he was a complete waste of time and money for the criminal cases he used to take. Very crooked and completely money hungry. Additionally I was represented by Mr. Uche in 2014 for a misdemeanor case he wasn’t even able to scratch the surface with. I was in a horrible situation and he just took my money until I fired him. How was a cheaper attorney able to get the case dismissed? I have no clue but it happened. All is good with me now but I still remember the horrible experience I went through. Regardless karma comes around and I hope it catches up somehow.

I was falsely accused for having a gun. I was charged with a felony. Attorney Uche was able to get the prosecutors at the 26th street courthouse in Chicago to drop all the felony charges. Truly grateful to him. He is talented and also the consummate professional.

If you have a simple case Steve Hunter probably will be your choice. But for more complicated case choose someone else. The most Mr. Hunter can do is convince you to enter plea agreement. You can do it yourself and save tens of thousands dollars. Prosecutors don't respect him, judges treat him like law school student. Most important - don't get onto "free consultation" trap!

I have had only two experiences with lawyers in my adult life, both stemming from a DUI I earned and deserved a couple of years ago. The first attorney went once to court with me and did a reasonable job as far as I know on the plea and getting me supervision. After that, he wasn't willing to take my calls and was pretty much non responsive. This led me to look on line for other representation. I won the lottery when I found the Toney Law Firm - They answered my questions and went to bat for me in the follow up court date. The result was complete termination of further responsibilities and a successful end of the supervision period. I got my life back with no strings attached. This would most surely not have been the result if I had retained the other attorney or tried to go it alone. He seems to know what he's doing but... He keeps missing Court appointments. The very first appointment he didn't even show up my husband had a court date yesterday, didn't get a call didn't get a email or anything we're still trying to catch this guy don't hire him. $3,000 is a lot of money for someone who can't keep an appointment.

If you are looking for a criminal attorney I will not look any further! I have witness my brother's trial and not only was he found not guilty and won his cases but the way Robert has defended the case with so much passion and dedication, the way he thinks ahead through out the whole case is incredible, he's definitely a lawyer that you want to have to protect you. I can’t say to much about Mr. Kerr, Other then he was very professional with dealing with my case. His performance was outstanding and he stood on business at all times. Paul & David represented me excellently in both the criminal defense and expungement processes. I was in a position where I had charges that were very much unfounded but nevertheless difficult to overcome. David represented me expertly and with great empathy to get the charges dismissed and Paul overcame some significant obstacles to get my expungement petition granted. They collectively saved my career and prevented me from facing very serious consequences for things I didn't do. It's easy to underestimate the work required to fight off even basic charges but,particularly during the pandemic, it was a truly daunting process.
