Mr. Andrew Weisberg was helpful throughout my whole case. He was extremely informative as well as readily responsive to all my questions and concerns no matter the time and day. This is the most caring and professional representative I could’ve ever imagined! I needed help and guidance was scared and needed help but was reluctant to pick the first person I saw online. Paul & David represented me excellently in both the criminal defense and expungement processes. I was in a position where I had charges that were very much unfounded but nevertheless difficult to overcome. David represented me expertly and with great empathy to get the charges dismissed and Paul overcame some significant obstacles to get my expungement petition granted. They collectively saved my career and prevented me from facing very serious consequences for things I didn't do. He seems to know what he's doing but... He keeps missing Court appointments. The very first appointment he didn't even show up my husband had a court date yesterday, didn't get a call didn't get a email or anything we're still trying to catch this guy don't hire him. $3,000 is a lot of money for someone who can't keep an appointment.

If you are looking for a criminal attorney I will not look any further! I have witness my brother's trial and not only was he found not guilty and won his cases but the way Robert has defended the case with so much passion and dedication, the way he thinks ahead through out the whole case is incredible, he's definitely a lawyer that you want to have to protect you. I can’t say to much about Mr. Kerr, Other then he was very professional with dealing with my case. His performance was outstanding and he stood on business at all times. He was never no more than a call away, in fact every time I called him he either answered or got back with me in a timely fashion. I have much respect for Mr. Kerr. I am currently residing in California and required a lawyer to expunge my case in Chicago from a few years back. David was the only lawyer who was immediately responsive to my texts and emails and even set up several calls to walk me through the process. Furthermore, he did this all through the Covid-19 pandemic. I cannot recommend David enough especially if you are someone like me who likes constant contact with my lawyer.

Mr. Freidberg represented me as the Respondent in an Order of Protection. This was a serious matter for me due to my professional capacity. The claims in the summons were stated purely out of malice. Mr. Freidberg was able to get emergency order VACATED this summons and petition were DISMISSED. I would HIGHLY recommend David L. Don’t even waste your time. Terrible law firm. Most of the reviews are family and friends trying to boost the legitimacy of this firm. Call the Illinois Bar Referral service and they will take care of you. I was warned, but I didn’t listen. Save yourself the headache and trouble. Avoid.

I had a cross-suit whereby I had placed an OP in DuPage and the Respondent placed one in Cook days later. It was becoming extremely messy and it was starting to turn against me. Attorney Wise is just the Zealous attorney needed for the job! I overheard him with a different matter being heard before my case in Cook and was thoroughly impressed. I am a 10-year paralegal and I have never seen this type of strategic assertiveness in all of my career. Extremely quick and to the point. Calling Howard an exceptional criminal attorney is quite an understatement; he literally saved the remainder of my life, and has allowed me to move forward with my dreams without a lengthy prison sentence separating the two. He successfully negotiated not one, but two life altering cases, concurrently. I am blessed to have chosen him amongst the countless other attorneys that make themselves readily available.. and I didn't need a stack of post cards to make that decision. I am forever endebted to him for his 2 + years of continued hard work; always seeming to somehow make it to Du Page, Maywood, and Skokie all in the same morning, knowing it was just for a continuance. i hired fredo acosta to fight a class x arson with no evidence he never showed up to my court dates he only sent associates of his which had no clue what they were there for to begin with i was force to do 3 years he charged me 9,000 he was paid 6,000 and he was suppose to charge the rest from my bond cause i had bonded out in the biggining i paid 15,000 on my bond which was assigned to him cause i still owed him 3,000 and fredo ended up keeping all my bond money he stold from me never gave me a dime back becarefull people i will now sue him for my bond money

They lost all the papers for the process, played profesional till they got paid. Immigration officials said it was a very poor quality paper preparation the case was all over the place. All the work is done by the secretary and it’s the third one with in a year. Their versions did match with what the immigration officials said, take your business somewhere else this place is a waste of money .... They put you to do all the legal paperwork that they should be doing.... please please find another place (US immigration words)
