Mr. Andrew Weisberg was helpful throughout my whole case. He was extremely informative as well as readily responsive to all my questions and concerns no matter the time and day. This is the most caring and professional representative I could’ve ever imagined! I needed help and guidance was scared and needed help but was reluctant to pick the first person I saw online. I was charged and not to mention framed for a serious crime; I served 7yrs for this crime that I I did not commit (which was 4 class X’s and brought 6-30yrs for each one)! I was charged/framed for a serious crime, my family and I were at a loss as to how we would find a good lawyer. Everyone thought that I would go to prison. My family found Joshua B. Kutnick, and they hired him. Frankly, I was not certain that he would be able to win my case, yet I waited for the results. Prior to the trial date, he invested/worked as though he was a brother or father to me, within this cruel world I realized that humility still lives. On the day of trial, my nerves were wrecked. He went in and WOW! my case was dismissed, with no penalties. I was speechless, as was everyone else with the results. That was all due to the hard work and prowess of Joshua Kutnick, this honorable man has 18 years of experience under his belt. I normally don’t write lengthy reviews, however, I know that nobody’s absolutely perfect, everyone faces is accused once, if you’re charged, the most beneficial things you could have would be this lawyer. Thus, use him to your benefit. Do not assign a lawyer with a lack of background/experience who will only feed you empty promises, to get hold of your money, which will result in a bad outcome. I had a serious case in Will County in courtroom 402. I was facing 8 criminal counts involving home invasion, aggravated use of a weapon, burglary and resisting arrest. I was completely innocent, and the entire incident stemmed from a disagreement with an individual that got out of control and ended up involving the police who also claimed they found a gun on me after arresting me. My wife was pregnant with our first child, and the Bolingbrook police department seemed bent on making my life hell. I was looking at more than ten years in prison. I hired attorney Uche who came highly recommended by a neighbor. Uche worked hard on my case. He was aggressive and tenacious with my case. To my pleasant surprise, on March 26, 2021, Attorney Uche got the prosecutors to dismiss the case; every single criminal count!!! I am back to my family, stress free and happy. Glad to know this lawyer is now practicing personal injury law as he was a complete waste of time and money for the criminal cases he used to take. Very crooked and completely money hungry. Additionally I was represented by Mr. Uche in 2014 for a misdemeanor case he wasn’t even able to scratch the surface with. I was in a horrible situation and he just took my money until I fired him. How was a cheaper attorney able to get the case dismissed? I have no clue but it happened. All is good with me now but I still remember the horrible experience I went through. Regardless karma comes around and I hope it catches up somehow.

He seems to know what he's doing but... He keeps missing Court appointments. The very first appointment he didn't even show up my husband had a court date yesterday, didn't get a call didn't get a email or anything we're still trying to catch this guy don't hire him. $3,000 is a lot of money for someone who can't keep an appointment.

I can’t say to much about Mr. Kerr, Other then he was very professional with dealing with my case. His performance was outstanding and he stood on business at all times. i hired fredo acosta to fight a class x arson with no evidence he never showed up to my court dates he only sent associates of his which had no clue what they were there for to begin with i was force to do 3 years he charged me 9,000 he was paid 6,000 and he was suppose to charge the rest from my bond cause i had bonded out in the biggining i paid 15,000 on my bond which was assigned to him cause i still owed him 3,000 and fredo ended up keeping all my bond money he stold from me never gave me a dime back becarefull people i will now sue him for my bond money

They lost all the papers for the process, played profesional till they got paid. Immigration officials said it was a very poor quality paper preparation the case was all over the place. All the work is done by the secretary and it’s the third one with in a year. Their versions did match with what the immigration officials said, take your business somewhere else this place is a waste of money .... They put you to do all the legal paperwork that they should be doing.... please please find another place (US immigration words)

Mitch has been wonderful. He took the time to put me at ease when my ex put me in jail for allegedly battering her. When we went to trial it was quite entertaining watching him tear her to peices.
