I have had only two experiences with lawyers in my adult life, both stemming from a DUI I earned and deserved a couple of years ago. I was charged and not to mention framed for a serious crime; I served 7yrs for this crime that I I did not commit (which was 4 class X’s and brought 6-30yrs for each one)! I was charged/framed for a serious crime, my family and I were at a loss as to how we would find a good lawyer. Everyone thought that I would go to prison. My family found Joshua B. Kutnick, and they hired him. Frankly, I was not certain that he would be able to win my case, yet I waited for the results. Prior to the trial date, he invested/worked as though he was a brother or father to me, within this cruel world I realized that humility still lives. On the day of trial, my nerves were wrecked. He went in and WOW! my case was dismissed, with no penalties. I was speechless, as was everyone else with the results. That was all due to the hard work and prowess of Joshua Kutnick, this honorable man has 18 years of experience under his belt.
