Very responsive to e-mails. Explained any question I had about anything very clearly, while also letting me know what to expect but always reminded me that anything is possible. The outcome I was facing was a Misdemeanor that could have cost me thousands and that got lowered to a Petty Offense with just a few hundred dollar fine. Would not go with any other lawyer after this one!

Verrrry respectful and courteous lawyer.....!!! He was able to explain details about the case in a heartbeat I guess his background speaks for his name.... I wish I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. But, Mr. Naughton completely ignored my case. He seemed to get the facts wrong and became angry at simple questions, I found it uneasy working with him. I am sure he was a good lawyer at some point, but I thought my experience with him seems like he is tired and burned out, and is now simply out to get money from people without doing the job correctly. I felt that he takes all the cases the same way and will not individualized people, like staying on cruise control I cannot recommend him at this point.

This was one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had with an “attorney” for any reason whatsoever, by far-without exception. Maybe he excels at the small stuff-DUI arrests, etc.-thus the glowing reviews. Or, perhaps those reviews are all bogus. I have no idea. All I can say is that from my experience as a divorce lawyer he was inconsistent at best to downright verbally abusive at worst…he actually screamed and hung up on me several times-although that never stopped him from charging for those calls-and he would also do the same in person. It was humiliating to be treated so unprofessionally (nice way to put it), while also going through a painful divorce after an abusive fifteen-year marriage. He did not fight for me, my child or our rights. All I asked for was a fair and equitable financial split and what I ended up with as the custodial parent (which was at my ex’s request) was complete garbage. I was the one who caught the vast majority of the finances my ex husband was just blatantly attempting to hide during discovery. I was the one who pointed out inconsistency after inconsistency on the settlement, parenting agreement-etc. And it’s not as if his services are cheap…I dealt with his paralegal the vast majority of the time anyway. She seemed infinitely more knowledgeable and her manner was more appropriate and likable. Go get yourself a real attorney who specializes in Divorce and family law. Do not waste one minute on this guy.

1st contacts for legal help Scott suggested I go online and do it myself. After months and NOT able to do myself I called and Scott and Steve were in court as I was told by receptionist (?). She took my name and number and told me Steve would return my call. As of today it's been 6 days. Doesn't appear they are in the business of helping others. After sorting out the confusion ( a answering service not conveying my message) Scott has been in touch with me to help and expedite my legal needs. Very nice and professional. Definitely here to make a difference and help the people with their needs.

19 y/o facing license suspension for 2 moving violation within 24 months. Joel said he would change my guilty plead to court supervision (I did not know I would get my license suspended for pleading guilty). He ended up getting the ticket dismissed entirely and off my record. Net, I spent very little considering the fee I would have paid to get my license back and driving school. In this, the state also wrote me a check for the amount on the ticket Joel got dropped. Very worth it and I highly recommend.

I am so thankful I had David's representation in court. I was facing 4 traffic convictions and he was able to get 2 of them dropped and court supervision for the other 2. When I was involved in a car accident, I was wrongly issued a traffic ticket. It was not my fault, but the police wrote a police report based on the other driver's story only. David was very professional, logical, and thorough. During a trial, David was able to have the other driver testify his fault. I called today July 3 (4th of July Observed) about an issue with my son, I left a message with her call center, and was told they would call me back soon. I had a suspended/ revoked license for years for a incident that happened in 1994. Had both formal and informal hearings with the state . Denied for the most silly reasons. Always asked what do I need to do . I went to counseling I didn't need, was denied job opportunities and payed for sr22 insurance I didn't need. I was eventually arrested for driving on revoked. Heather looked at my driving abstract and quickly noticed that had a fine been payed my license should not be suspended. Quickly I received a letter telling me to go get my license from the state . Why don't the state employ educated lawyers like Heather which would streamline everything . She even worked with me on fees because of how the state did me. Still fighting the case but have confidence in this very bright lawyer.
