I used Fred for an area outside his area of expertise, sales tax law. The state of Illinois levied an enormous fine on my business and Fred saw the entire arduous 5 month process through to result in a fine of half of what the State wanted. I finally have the time to sit down and write this review on Attorney Shambee. When I came to her I was frustrated and confused with my case. I felt like I was drowning.
