I worked with Daniel Repka aka “Captain Justice” on a few cases I had unexpectedly picked up back to back in 2020, and I can't recommend him enough. He was incredible to work with, really thorough and efficient. He got me the best deals and even dismissals on a few of the charges, and helped me navigate the bureaucracy surrounding the cases. He stuck with me long after he needed to when follow up issues would arise. Repka was always quick to respond when I needed his help, and he made sure I was receiving the correct information. I came to Dan with a headache of a case, with very little hope that anyone could do anything to help me. I would absolutely recommend Eric A. Rice as a lawyer. If I ever need a lawyer again, I'm going to him. He was very attentive to my brother's case - driving without insurance and with an expired license. My brother had just graduated college and planned to move out of the state in a month or so when he got in trouble. We were so worried this traffic violation would seriously mess up my brother's plans to move and also drown him in fines.Thanks to Mr. Rice, the outcome was exactly what we had hoped for. Mr. Rice kept us informed on what we could expect and what his goals for the case were. He made us feel like we really had someone smart and dedicated on our side. Even the prosecutor said to my brother "you have a hell of a lawyer." I completely agree.

My son was looking at doing 7 years in prison, Mr. Arechigo was able to get him probation with a stay of jail time not prison time but jail time. Mr. Arechigo was very helpful throughout the entire case and responded promptly to phone calls and text messages. After the case was done Mr. Arechigo was even able to help us get in contact with who we needed to at the police station to get back my son's belongings. I called today with a very personal and very upsetting issue that I was told could be handled by a law firm. After contacting 3 firms, I called Capitol and the person answering my call yawned and mumbled something unintelligible. I thought I had dialed the wrong number. When apologizing and saying that I was attempting to contact a law firm, I was told I had. I gave a brief description of what happened to me, and asked to speak to an attorney. I was told I was speaking to an attorney. I was hesitant but decided to continue with the call, started explaining the situation, a minute into my explanation I heard the person i was talking to YAWN. Asked if i should call back. Was told to keep explaining... within the next minute he interrupted me. This was a completely different attitude than I had been received by the first 3 firms I contacted. I'm telling this guy very sensitive information and is the reason I am now pursuing litigation with another firm, and this guy acts like it's an inconvenience?!? He told me to continue, but by this time I could clearly see that the fight in this attorney, who's apparently his own secretary, was gone. He hung up on me. If you're thinking about hiring anyone associated with this Corner Store law firm, I'd highly recommend not too. I reviewed their case success on the Minnesota bar association website, and it's a consistent pattern of bad results and upset clients. Anyone who gave this firm a good review, were offered a gift card. Capitol didn't lose a case for me... only because they never would be allowed to handle a case involving me. On God.

What I saw and noticed during my significants others DUI was awful, unprofessional and lack of honesty. Integrity is the better word! Mr. Sieben told him to sign the AA card himself and not to attend, LIED countlessly when this man needed help. He encouraged my significant other to lie and cheat the system. I know you are a "lawyer" BUT you took an oath and you do not live up to that. If you are looking to spend money and have someone represent you to get you off in a cheaters way, please call these people. I even called him and explained what he did to my family only for Mr. Sieben to laugh. Some people need help and its your job to seek that and the truth, yeah make the charges less but not the integrity of the violation and or humans involved. You sir shouldn't be a lawyer because YOU cheat the system. I guess that's what people seek but you lack all the common good.

I had my permit to purchase turned down recently because of some dumb choices I made when I was young.Tom Sieben was able to demonstrate to law enforcement that my 2nd ammendment rights had been fully restored years earlier and I was able to get my permit after initially being denied. Tom was knowledgeable professional and very fair in regards to the way he billed me for his services he gave me back a part of my life I've been missing for 30 years and I would highly recommend Sieben Cotter Law Office for any and all Second Amendment right issues

Zach was the best at helping me understand the process and providing legal advice. He was able to calm my nerves and anxiety and very simply explain what I needed to know and what I needed to do.
