I hired Kathy to take care of a mistaken identity issue with my drivers license. I live in Atlanta but the guy that has the same name lives in Durham NC. I asked her if she was able to help me out. Her response was ( I've been doing this for 20 something years. I CAN TAKE CARE OF THIS ) . I was like perfect. I signed the documents, paid her and sent her personal information. Waited about two weeks called her to check the status of my case. She said ( D.A looking into it). waited another two to three weeks called her. NO RESPONSE I left her a voicemail. long story short at this point she was dodging me. I called her emailed her and NOTHING. That was at the end of November of 2020 till this day I am still waiting for a call or email back . I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS FIRM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER CALL YOU BACK. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE DONT TRUST LAWYERS.

How can I explain I call her maybe 15 minutes before 5:00 I got a phone call back in less than 5 minutes and I had sent her my records she came back with a positive attitude saying that she didn't need no money from me because what I was saying to her about my record was so far off she said that I can go get my license right now today and my mindset was I got to come out of my pocket all over $7,000 maybe but she didn't take advantage of me not knowing that she came and told me that I can go get my license but any other people might have would have said charge me and took my money and then told me later you good to go go get your license but I appreciate her being honest and being a respectful working person in the business of law I commend her for being honest and thank her for helping me out I give the highest stars to her and Bliss to them

This is the best attorney I have retained. He is honest, fair, and consistent. He knows his job and everything that applies to it. Without going into too much detail, I came to Bill in deep trouble. I had never been in legal trouble so I was in shock, afraid and also going through a difficult time personally. I was a stranger to him but he didn't treat me that way. He promised me he'd see me through this situation. I had been secretly praying for a complete dismissal; which every lawyer prior to Bill told me was impossible. He never used that word. He suggested some helpful classes and various options. I took his advice. Then, like a man of his word, he decided to take a bold approach. After much time, prayers and complying with his advice, the case has been dismissed. A miracle, along with legal savvy and keeping his word without over-promising. I did not come to him expecting this but the fact he wasn't afraid to, at least approach the possibility, made him the lawyer for me. Lastly, I appreciated how reasonable his fees were. He is not interested in gouging when one is at their most vulnerable. I won't be back but I will be referring!! God bless!

Tru McDavid is good lawyer on what he does is professional he will go beyond and fight for your right he has helped me through a lot child visitation it was a difficult process but everything came out the way it was supposed to be he also help me with a speeding ticket 70 on the 55 on a CDL its was throwing out I could have got points on my license and get my license suspended he's very professional on what he does and he will tell you straight up

I thought I was going to jail. I made an extremely foolish mistake that will hover over my shoulders forever. But I was afraid I was going to serve jail time and not be able to provide for my family for years to come, I have a soon to be 3 year old and also 4 month old and am the only worker in the home so I was very afraid. I got a year of probation for what I thought I was going to go to jail for several years. I had a consult with Michelle Sparrow. She shared damaging information with another party about me, before even speaking with me. When I addressed it she obfuscated and degraded me. I understand there are ethics regarding confidentiality even during consultations. Her paralegals told me she would take this case and then quoted me fees for already resolved cases. She refused to call me about it. But when another party called her, who she thought would pay, she spoke liberally to them, but not before speaking with me. She violated my confidentiality. She denied we had confidentiality. What trust can we have in our consults then? Speaking with her about it showed me the viciousness of this lawyer which may serve her well in the courtroom. She said she was not yet hired and we had no "agreement" yet every time she staggered, carefully to deliberately avoid saying the word "confidentiality". Are ethics, then a choice? This made it obvious she knew what she did. Confidentiality must be in place if we are to trust. I wonder about the NC ethics of lawyers. I have been told by other lawyers my consult is completely confidential. But Michelle Sparrow hold herself outside of that, sadly. Sent from ProtonMail mobile

I got a recommendation to use Sparrow Law Firm from a friend and contacted them a month before my court case. Michelle and her team did a great job by showing up to court and essentially getting me the best results I could have asked for (including no points) on my license for a pretty bad traffic ticket. I will and have already recommended their services to somebody that got a traffic ticket. Its a little expensive but definitely worth the money as you save money on your insurance.

I contacted Sparrow Law Firm about a traffic ticket that I had incurred almost last minute and I spoke with Michelle Sparrow, who ran me through the possible implications of the citation and we didn’t discuss much but she told me she would do her best about it and asked me for a few supporting documents, which I passed along at my earliest convenience. My family hired Brad Polk to represent me in a probation violation case from out of state. Brad was a terrific lawyer. He was responsive to my family’s phone calls and gave them updates about me. He also was very well prepared for court. He listened to me and asked lots of questions. I swear I could see him thinking and putting things together as I spoke. My case was dismissed and I went home. Brad and his team followed up with me days later. It was a great experience. I got into this mess because other lawyers didn’t want to take time to defend me they only spoke about deals, and took my money. Brad wasn’t like that. I should have hired him from the beginning, Lord only knows I lost and spent much more money taking a deal than I did hiring a good competent lawyer.
