I would personally like to thank Dennis Sedor. My daughter and son in law have been in the very trying process of purchasing their new home ! I read my reviews, did my research and even met with George before finally deciding to retain his services. I am VERY glad I did. Everything that I read about him was not only true, but doesn't speak enough to the talent this man has! George was not only a force in the court room, he was super knowledgable and had a way of tactfully getting his point across. He answers all my questions, was always super responsive and gave me excellent help and advice through out the entire process(I had George for 2 cases with in the same year DWI/DRUG COURT). George was able to get me fair sentence and I could not be more happier with his service!!! Would recommend him to anyone.

First of all, if you are reading reviews on lawyers, then my heart goes out to you because it's always a difficult time if your looking for someone to represent you! That was us, for years, in and out of court for reasons we still think are ridiculous. My husband and I have worked with many lawyers, but with confidence we can say that Steve was the absolute best we have ever met and worked with! Our journey with lawyers, before we met Steve, had many frustrations. It was so annoying to feel like a bother to our other lawyers! We were being unjustly dragged through the system and the lawyers we were paying to represent us just wanted us to settle so they had less work! We were feeling defeated and decided to find someone new to represent us. It was truly a blessing to meet and work with Steve. From the moment we met him, we knew he was different. He actually took the time to listen to us, cared about our feelings and asked how we wanted to handle the situation. He actually listened and supported us fully along the way. I wrote the review below about two years ago. I feel it now appropriate to update my review. Everything I said before stands just as true today as it did two years ago. In fact, Mr. Buitron has continued to represent me in and out of court these past two years. His performance has remained beyond reproach. To reiterate, his pleasant, calm demeanor makes every interaction with the court or other attorneys an absolute delight! And, yes, we were victorious in every proceeding, just as before! This past spring, Mr. Buitron was principally responsible for having the county court overturn a mistaken felony conviction. The record was expunged and sealed! In fact, without going into detail, this was the first time in over 20 years that a conviction of this sort was vacated! The court proceeding took under ten minutes and the judge didn't hesitate for even a moment to overturn the conviction. So, once again, if you need a forthright, honest, hard working attorney, Mr. Buitron is the attorney to counsel and represent you. Mr. Buitron has been my attorney since August, 2012. He has counselled me and aided me with several legal issues and has represented me with a variety of government agencies as well as in Court. At all times, Mr. Buitron was well informed of the law, well prepared, and well spoken as my representative both in and out of Court. His manner is one of genuine concern and compassion. He always had a "handle" on the situation and readily anticipated apposing counsels' arguments. My favorite anecdote is one in which I asked him, after yet another victory, why we kept winning. His soft spoken response was simply "Because we're right!". In fact, while we may have been "right", I think all our successes, and we were always victorious, were attributable to his honest, humble, hardworking, inciteful approach to the law. If you need a man who will be straight with you and tell you like it is, while working diligently on your behalf, Mr. Buitron is the attorney to choose.

Steve Buitron has represented me in multiple family court proceedings as well as a separate civil matter. Not only had he always successfully worked each case to get me the most beneficial outcomes (often times, exactly what I was looking for), but the thing that has always stood out to me most when working with him is the way he treats his clients. I’ve had experiences with other lawyers who are very crass, and treat their clients with such disrespect, as if their only concern was getting their money and getting them out the door. Steve always takes the time to listen to your concerns, answering any questions you have and working to ensure he understands everything necessary for each case. He is very friendly and respectful. Steve has made what are usually very difficult and stressful times much easier. He truly cares about what he does, and who he works with. I would (and do) recommend him to any one in need of representation.

I was stopped by a NY state trooper for speeding on my way back to Canada right before the border crossing on I-81 in Mar. 2020. (Please be mindful about the signs of reducing speed. I didn't slow down quick enough). It was the first time I was stopped by a cop and I had no idea what I should do about this ticket. I searched on Google and decided to contact Mr. Azria. He was very nice to talk to and clarified all the questions I had regarding the ticket. In the end I did the online traffic safety training by Jefferson County. Mr. Azria helped me organize my correspondence with the DA and the court all the way through. I was quite fortunate to find him to fight the ticket for me. He and his assistant was very professional and knowledgeable. My charge was reduced to "failed to signal" and 2 points deduction. I appreciate the advice and help from Mr. Azria.

My experience with Tom was life-changing he was very empathetic to my struggles with addiction and fought very hard to allow the courts to give me a second chance at life.. now nearly 3 years of sobriety, a great job, a 4-month-old baby girl, a wife and becomming a new homeowner I often think back to those dark days where I had 3 felony charges and 2 misdemeanors a raging addiction problem Tom was one of the few who took the chance to fight for me resulting in only one misdemeanor on my record with no jail time and a life-changing program. I was so fortunate that I was referred to him by my Employer's EAP. The professionalism of the entire staff is exactly what one could hope for. They were thorough and diligent as well as personable and caring. Chris consulted me every step of the way and brought comfort to an incredibly distressful ordeal. They didn't see me as a convict and helped shine light on the innocence in a sticky potential DUI situation that required the time and patience of multiple court appearances. I received a driving ticket a couple months ago and contacted (AS) because he had successfully helped me in a similar situation about three years ago. He responded right away, made sure he understood the details with my issue, informed me on possible outcome, advised me on what to do and assured me he’d personally do his best to take care of it. I received a ticket before the pandemic, moved to another state, and had a pending court date that snuck up on me. André answered the phone personally (no having to go through menus and countless admin assistants), explained possible situations and outcomes, took my case on rather last minute, and made the process absolutely seamless (super handy when I was states away!) Unfortunately you never want to call a lawyer, yet it is a must. I got an speeding ticket facing points and a big fine. I called different attorneys, and Andre Sedlak was very professional and straight forward since our first phone conversation. He took care of everything which was nice since I didn't have to drive 3 + hours and show up to Court Day. I had to use the services of Andre Sedlak twice over the past two years. Not living in the area, I was at a loss on who to contact. After reading reviews, I reached out to Mr. Sedlak, who returned my phone call immediately and spent a good amount of time explaining the process. He was patient, informative and knowledgeable. My case was resolved without issue. Unfortunately, I needed to retain his services again. I emailed him and again, received an immediate response. He explained the process, and kept in touch with me throughout the delays related to COVID. I just received an email from him letting me know my case was AGAIN resolved. I am sure I drove him crazy, because I always had a lot of questions, but both Mr. Sedlak and his staff were always kind and compassionate. If you ever need an attorney, definitely use this law office. They are professional, efficient and effective! He was also always honest with the best and worst scenario, which I appreciated. I HOPE I don't need to retain their services again, but I am happy to know that they are there if I need them.

This attorney (crook) took money for services from my father and never rendered services hired for. After 4 years of being non responsive to calls he tried to bill my father a second time for services he was already charged for? Stating “he would knock a couple hundred off this time” not accounting for what he failed to do the first time. In turn this has caused further loss to my father. In my opinion elder abuse.

Information: As a social justice advocate I believe that it’s critical that predators working as parole officers are exposed for who they are…. Parole officers are not suppose to address a parolee family members by anything other than Mr. or Mrs. They are not suppose to go to a parolee home and stay there talk about their personal lives and attempt to sleep with the parent, walk in the home before the parent could say no, tell the parent that they want to hangout with them and want them to call when they need anything. There job is to supervise the parolee, not the parent, nothing personal, making the parent feel unsafe, making her feel like she has to go along with something so nothing happens to her or her child behind her rejecting his advances. It is my responsibility to call out on the predator because he is not the only one that continue to do what he does. I will personally be assisting the mother to pursue whatever action she deems fit at this point in time. Justice will be served on the officer who I am unable to name at this time. No parole officer has the right to use his power and authority to get his personal needs met! This predator use his position as a way to manipulate and predatorize a mother and when he couldn’t get what he wanted, he proceeded to contact his supervisor to inform them that he was feeling a little uncomfortable with some of the personal information that the mother was sharing, however, he was sharing information about his life and his daughter and telling her where he think she should relocate to as a way to get her to trust him and to sleep with him, He was unethical and certainly unprofessional and now all of a sudden he is feeling uncomfortable? No he was manipulative, dishonest, cunning and deceitful and made her fear for her safety because of his position as a parole officer.

I'm from PA, was stopped for speeding in NY State. The Officers' ran my information and on return informed me my driving privilege's were suspended in NYS from a 1993 incident. Had no clue I was suspended in NY, in 1993 I had a 90 day suspension. Turns out NYS DVM requires a $25 fee to re-instate your driving privilege's before a suspension is lifted. This was just a little something the DMV and State forgot to mention. I was charged with speeding and driving under suspension. I contacted the James Riotto Law Office to represent me, they were wonderful. I did not need to appear in any court or hearing as they appeared for me and residing 2 hours away in PA, that was worth the Attorney's fee. When it was all settled and finished, I agreed to pay $250 for a Defensive Driving course and all charges were dismissed. In total it cost me around $750, considering I was facing thousands of dollars in fines, points on my license, increased insurance premiums and a misdemeanor charge, the Riotto Law Firm did an excellent job. They kept me well informed throughout the process and fought for me without being present. I would highly recommend the James Riotto Law Firm.
