This was a stress free place to go too he’d handled everything with only phone calls and emails. I had no issues of getting in contact with him all above 5 stars. I recommended two other people I know to him as well. I highly recommend him prices were affordable and the process with really simple and easy he also stayed up too date on changes for court dates as well.

I hired Mr. Riddell after receiving a ticket in Columbus a few weeks ago. I am very pleased with the service he provided. He takes care of everything associated with your ticket for a very reasonable flat fee. I live about three hours from Columbus so the fee was actually cheaper than travelling and missing work. If you ever have any traffic related legal problems in Columbus Mr Riddell is the man to call. You will not regret it.

I received a Hazmat violation in Columbus on I-71. Googled, Hazmat Attorneys in Ohio and Attorney Riddell came highly recommended. This was my first offense and i was very nervous about how this may turn out and he assured me that all would be ok. He was very knowledgeable about the law and very understanding about truckers as if he has placed himself in our shoes with certain aspects of the law. He walked me through what actions we were going to take going forward with the case. Told me his goal and what he was seeking to achieve. And he did just what he said. No points against my CDL. Nothing on my record. I paid a small fine and im able to breathe again. I highly recommend Attorney Riddell!!

Recently, my child’s father was represented by Joe Scott. I would give this firm no stars if that was an option. Joe Scott signed away the rights of a speedy trial without communicating this to his client. Joe Scott repeatedly messed up names of the victim, defendant, and witnesses. It was like he didn’t know the case. I do not feel as Joe put any effort into making sure his client has a fair chance of being seen as not guilty. Listening as an observer, was horrible. I know the members in the jury were as confused, when he would cross examine. Mind you, this case has been on his desk for a year. He came into court and couldnt start trial due to a schedule conflict. He knew he had trial starting 3 months in advance and still went ahead and made other arrangements, waited until he was in front of the judge to be notify anyone he couldn’t start trial. He contacted the clients bondsman after his client did not respond promptly to his phone call. So the client spent his last free week in the county. Bond revoked due to the lawyer. Not very often you hear this. Last, I will state that’s Joe Scott spent more time in the bathroom with the prosecutor on the first day of trial then any other lawyer I have met. I timed from the moment Joe and prosecutor walked out, watched them go into the bathroom and come out. Joe would turn his back on the client just to speak with anyone else about their kids, dogs, weekend, etc. Joe also signed a waiver to continue the case when the prosecutor wasn’t ready. He did not tell his client this until it was announced in court. He was not interested in this case. He did not get his clients alibi subpoena to court. He just did awful and now his client who had proof that he was not apart of a robbery will sit in prison for the next 10 years. So disappointed with this lawyer, and honestly I would never recommend this firm to anyone. Not even for a civil matter.

If you find yourself in need of an attorney, it can be tough to find one you like and who will also get the job done to your satisfaction. If you are bombarded by mail from law offices within days of an offense and/or google lawyers, you’ll most certainly feel an added sense of shock, confusion, and frustration on top of everything. It is easy to feel overwhelmed when researching lawyers: you have to find and choose just one person out of a mass quantity to (hopefully) help you through and out of a negative situation. Oh, and if you do your research (via Internet and word of mouth), you’ll find Mr. Binning’s fees are reasonable. They are most definitely worth it. I was charged with an F3 in Delaware County and plead not guilty at the arraignment they came at me with no deal at pretrial which was a shock so from that point we proceeded with trial and throughout the two-day length of the trial the jury came back and returned a not-guilty verdict which obviously made my day. Mr. Johnson done a wonderful job and I would recommend him for any case rather it is a low profile or a much more serious charge. Now I'm able to go back home with my one year old son and celebrate his birthday and what a celebration it is to have been represented by an Attorney who knows what he's doing and is reliable as you can get when it comes to representation and brilliance in the courtroom. Colin represented me on charges that I was facing which could have cost me $1000 in fines, possible 30 day jail time, and license suspension. He took time to listen and asked thoughtful questions about my story. I talked to over 10 lawyers to try and find the right one to represent me and I am really happy that I chose Colin. He was able to get charges dropped and the fine down to $50 plus court costs ($200 ish). Colin's representation fee was also very fair and on the lower end compared to a lot of the other lawyers that I had previously spoken to. I was able to reach him at any time via text, calling him, and via email. He is very responsive and it was a pleasure having him represent me. I hope to not require these services in the future, however if I ever would need them again, my number 1 choice would be Colin.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr Wolfe. I had been dealing with a probation term that was supposed to be finished after 1 year, I ended up serving right around 4 years out of five, with absolutely no issues, no failed drug tests or any violations, as well as flying back and forth between Massachusetts and Ohio MULTIPLE times to go to court and deal with the overcrowded system in Ohio that treats everyone subhuman. He agreed to take my case to clear an unfair warrant due to covid and an unruly probation officer who did not even give me a chance to reschedule before filing a warrant for my arrest. Mr Wolfe took my case, got a hearing in front of the judge the next day and within about 45 min of showing up at the courthouse I was walking out a free man after four years of waiting. THANK YOU!! I cannot recommend him enough! He is gracious, understanding, diligent, quick and charged me HALF of what I would have paid at every other law firm I contacted (if not more than 2x like a few quoted me). I absolutely will be recommending this firm to everyone I know whenever they need legal advice or counsel, we'll worth every penny. Thanks again, and if your on the edge about calling, do it!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR GAMBLE WITH YOUR LIFE. He is a horrible lawyer with no clue on what hes doing. A first year law student could have gotten my case dismissed, and he constantly had no clue what to do. Once I finally switched lawyers, my case did get dismissed thank god. He is horribly unprofessional, and treated me as if he had better things to do. I pray for people that are facing serious jail time with him as a lawyer, as he had no idea how to handle my case correctly, and it was just a minor obstructing case. His secretary is an absolute sweetheart though, and she is the only nice thing I have to say about that place.

For me the most important thing when going into a case is feeling comfortable and confident with your representation. Joe Edwards was always there when needed, any day just one call away. Called this morning for a consultation, and was rushed off the phone, told to call the lawyer who represented before, and hung up on. He showed absolutely no willingness to help. I felt judged and If he had listened he would’ve known there was no lawyer, only public defender. We are looking for a paid lawyer. But the next lawyer I consulted with was very professional so obviously it was meant for him to represent us.
