I hired Dave Johnson to represent me in an ongoing legal matter. Dave was very quick to respond initially and it never ceased. He answered my calls and was very knowledgeable about the law and where we stood from a legal point. He discussed in detail options on the avenues we could venture and the possible outcomes. He was honest and to the point and what I liked is we didn't have to mince words wasting time. He took a grim situation with some dishonest people and we got the outcome we wanted. Dave is a true legal wizard. I will hire him again without a doubt. He's the only attorney that I have ever said this about and I have dealt with attorneys a lot, both in business and personal life. I was charged with an F3 in Delaware County and plead not guilty at the arraignment they came at me with no deal at pretrial which was a shock so from that point we proceeded with trial and throughout the two-day length of the trial the jury came back and returned a not-guilty verdict which obviously made my day. Mr. Johnson done a wonderful job and I would recommend him for any case rather it is a low profile or a much more serious charge. Now I'm able to go back home with my one year old son and celebrate his birthday and what a celebration it is to have been represented by an Attorney who knows what he's doing and is reliable as you can get when it comes to representation and brilliance in the courtroom. For me the most important thing when going into a case is feeling comfortable and confident with your representation. Joe Edwards was always there when needed, any day just one call away. I got his number recommended from a different attorney, called and left and short message , and he called me back within 5 minutes. I could litter this review with my whole story... but I’ll shorten it and save the novel. They say insurance is to “transfer risk” and thus is why we should have health, auto, life, etc... but I think for some, an attorney would be considered as much insurance as those types previously mentioned. In a whirlwind of life events, I found myself facing a pretty rough legal situation. Jeff Linn got way more of a deal than what I, nor anyone who knew me, thought I would get. Then, in a pinch, he came to the immediate rescue, consoling my loved ones and helping to ease all of our minds. This is a guy who wakes up and goes to work to make a difference in the world and use his God given talents to change peoples lives. I will forever consider Jeff like family to us for all he has done. You’ll gain the help you need with him, but you’ll also gain a solid person to have on your side for life. And - he’s insanely reasonably priced. You will get everything you want and more.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr Wolfe. I had been dealing with a probation term that was supposed to be finished after 1 year, I ended up serving right around 4 years out of five, with absolutely no issues, no failed drug tests or any violations, as well as flying back and forth between Massachusetts and Ohio MULTIPLE times to go to court and deal with the overcrowded system in Ohio that treats everyone subhuman. He agreed to take my case to clear an unfair warrant due to covid and an unruly probation officer who did not even give me a chance to reschedule before filing a warrant for my arrest. Mr Wolfe took my case, got a hearing in front of the judge the next day and within about 45 min of showing up at the courthouse I was walking out a free man after four years of waiting. THANK YOU!! I cannot recommend him enough! He is gracious, understanding, diligent, quick and charged me HALF of what I would have paid at every other law firm I contacted (if not more than 2x like a few quoted me). I absolutely will be recommending this firm to everyone I know whenever they need legal advice or counsel, we'll worth every penny. Thanks again, and if your on the edge about calling, do it!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR GAMBLE WITH YOUR LIFE. He is a horrible lawyer with no clue on what hes doing. A first year law student could have gotten my case dismissed, and he constantly had no clue what to do. Once I finally switched lawyers, my case did get dismissed thank god. He is horribly unprofessional, and treated me as if he had better things to do. I pray for people that are facing serious jail time with him as a lawyer, as he had no idea how to handle my case correctly, and it was just a minor obstructing case. His secretary is an absolute sweetheart though, and she is the only nice thing I have to say about that place.

Called this morning for a consultation, and was rushed off the phone, told to call the lawyer who represented before, and hung up on. He showed absolutely no willingness to help. I felt judged and If he had listened he would’ve known there was no lawyer, only public defender. We are looking for a paid lawyer. But the next lawyer I consulted with was very professional so obviously it was meant for him to represent us.

Retained Mr.Luftman for two separate misdemeanors involving petty theft. I went into the situation extremely worried about possible jail time, fines, etc. Ben got both the charges dropped and in the end was overwhelmingly shocked by the outcome. Its always stressful when you need the services of an attorney. When I called Joslyn Law Firm,I was surprised and thankful for the fast returned call. Especially since it was after 8 pm. ( Who does that?) (( This guy)). When I meet him, he quickly made me feel better about my situation, while being upfront about no guarantees I still felt confident in his abilities and commitment to the situation at hand.
