I've a fair amount of experience with this law office; two cases involving two different people faced with felony charges that involved drugs. One case was fully resolved without a conviction. The other is progressing on the same path and will likely have the same result, but is not completed yet. I came to this law firm with pending felony charges and not exactly understanding what they were and what that meant for me. They were able to break it down and explain in laymen's terms (my language) here in Marysville, Ohio (Union County). Working with their offices they fighting to get me a favorable outcome and they believe it will happen as long as I keep doing the right things and listening to their advice. Everyone I have had contact with either over the phone or in person has or have helped me greatly as I know nothing about the court system (like how it works or who to talk to for further understanding) this includes, but is not limited to, Brian Jones and most recently Christopher Short. Brian was very helpful with my legal issue. Brian not only obtained a favorable outcome, he also seemed genuinely empathetic in relation to circumstances surrounding my case. I hired Dave Johnson to represent me in an ongoing legal matter. Dave was very quick to respond initially and it never ceased. He answered my calls and was very knowledgeable about the law and where we stood from a legal point. He discussed in detail options on the avenues we could venture and the possible outcomes. I was charged with an F3 in Delaware County and plead not guilty at the arraignment they came at me with no deal at pretrial which was a shock so from that point we proceeded with trial and throughout the two-day length of the trial the jury came back and returned a not-guilty verdict which obviously made my day. Mr. Johnson done a wonderful job and I would recommend him for any case rather it is a low profile or a much more serious charge. Now I'm able to go back home with my one year old son and celebrate his birthday and what a celebration it is to have been represented by an Attorney who knows what he's doing and is reliable as you can get when it comes to representation and brilliance in the courtroom. I cannot say enough good things about Mr Wolfe. I had been dealing with a probation term that was supposed to be finished after 1 year, I ended up serving right around 4 years out of five, with absolutely no issues, no failed drug tests or any violations, as well as flying back and forth between Massachusetts and Ohio MULTIPLE times to go to court and deal with the overcrowded system in Ohio that treats everyone subhuman. He agreed to take my case to clear an unfair warrant due to covid and an unruly probation officer who did not even give me a chance to reschedule before filing a warrant for my arrest. Mr Wolfe took my case, got a hearing in front of the judge the next day and within about 45 min of showing up at the courthouse I was walking out a free man after four years of waiting. THANK YOU!! I cannot recommend him enough! He is gracious, understanding, diligent, quick and charged me HALF of what I would have paid at every other law firm I contacted (if not more than 2x like a few quoted me). I absolutely will be recommending this firm to everyone I know whenever they need legal advice or counsel, we'll worth every penny. Thanks again, and if your on the edge about calling, do it!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR GAMBLE WITH YOUR LIFE. He is a horrible lawyer with no clue on what hes doing. A first year law student could have gotten my case dismissed, and he constantly had no clue what to do. Once I finally switched lawyers, my case did get dismissed thank god. He is horribly unprofessional, and treated me as if he had better things to do. I pray for people that are facing serious jail time with him as a lawyer, as he had no idea how to handle my case correctly, and it was just a minor obstructing case. His secretary is an absolute sweetheart though, and she is the only nice thing I have to say about that place.

I received a Hazmat violation in Columbus on I-71. Googled, Hazmat Attorneys in Ohio and Attorney Riddell came highly recommended. This was my first offense and i was very nervous about how this may turn out and he assured me that all would be ok. Colin represented me on charges that I was facing which could have cost me $1000 in fines, possible 30 day jail time, and license suspension. He took time to listen and asked thoughtful questions about my story. I talked to over 10 lawyers to try and find the right one to represent me and I am really happy that I chose Colin. He was able to get charges dropped and the fine down to $50 plus court costs ($200 ish). Colin's representation fee was also very fair and on the lower end compared to a lot of the other lawyers that I had previously spoken to. I was able to reach him at any time via text, calling him, and via email. He is very responsive and it was a pleasure having him represent me. I hope to not require these services in the future, however if I ever would need them again, my number 1 choice would be Colin.
