I reached out to chat about my case and to potentially hire him to represent me but he calls me, talks over me and will not even listen to me. I guess he just didn’t want to take my case. He could of just said that instead of acting the way he did. I recommend someone more professional.

I highly recommend this attorney!!! We hired Doug Ball to help with my brother's extremely complicated divorce action, his specialty! He was very professional, realistic, and helpful! On two separate occasions I had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Ball as my legal counsel. In both cases Mr. Ball was extremely professional answering the numerous questions I had during several phone calls. He treated my cases with complete competence, explaining to me the situation ahead of me and what he felt the outcome would likely be. The dates of court Mr. Ball came fully prepared and in the both cases the charges were completely dropped due to what I feel was Mr. Balls negotiation and FULL knowledge of the legal guidelines of my situation. I have had extremely positive and thorough experiences with both Justin Bagley and Mark Wieczorek in my case involving license suspension and a costly clerical error with the court system involving a bench warrant arrest. This man was a blessing. I have my freedom thanks to Mr. Nash I was facing my fourth DUI. Facing a minimum of four months in jail and losing my license for at least a year. I Never spent a day in jail and i am still driving. I RECOMMEND THIS MAN TO ANYONE IN A SIMILAR SITUATION, HE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY( his prices where very fair considering all he has done for me.) Mr. Klingensmith helped me with a case 4 years old after moving out of Ohio and needing my license back. Nick is a great lawyer. I had a dui with an accident which made it vehicular assualt, a felony of the second degree. I ended up getting it dropped to an F4 and did six months at a recovery facility. I was originally facing 2 to 8 years, 2 being the minimum. Good lawyer and great person.

I was in some serious legal trouble to the point where I thought there was no hope. I originally hired a cheap local lawyer to represent me. I quickly found I was just a case number to that guy. I was about to give up & take a plea deal which would have sent me to prison for many years and completely destroyed my life when I decided to start researching other attorneys. Luckily, I discovered the firm of Bleile & Dawson. Something told me I needed to reach out to them, so I submitted a contact form on their website late one night. To my surprise, one of the partners, Ashley Dawson, called me within minutes of me sending the message. Even though it was late at night, Ashley took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She immediately made me feel at ease & I was able to freely open up to her about my case. I was immediately impressed with her confidence, knowledge, and professionalism. She seemed to understand what I was going through. In that initial call, I knew I needed to hire her and her firm to take over my case. I could tell I wasn’t just another number, but instead they cared about me and the outcome of my case. The next day I talked to Ashley again and within a short period of time I liquidated my life to retain the firm. It was the best decision I ever made and worth every penny. Ashley immediately took charge of the case and somehow turned it completely around. Disclaimer: This review is about the services rendered by an individual attorney employed at this firm and is not necessarily indicative of the overall quality or impression of the law firm. Doug Nicholas was my attorney for an OVI about 10 years ago. He did absolutely nothing to attempt to obtain an equitable settlement for me for this case. He took his relationship with the judge for granted and was absolutely surprised at her sentence (which I thought was throwing the book at a first time offender in all honesty given the fact that she gave house arrest to a guy who assaulted a paramedic after he called EMS because he was drunk). He took my 1,500 dollars and seemed disinterested in my case. Not once did he try to lobby the judge further for a more lenient sentence. Not once did he offer any other alternative other than filing a motion to suppress (which I declined to have done due to my ignorance). When I asked about going back to court to get the court ordered interlock out of my car, his email response to me seemed like I was inconveniencing him after I paid him a substantial sum of money to represent me even though part of the reason I had an interlock was due to his lackadaisical attitude about my situation ("Yeah, we can try doing that I guess" to paraphrase). Absolutely ZERO care for his client. I have no issues with Kelly as he was very pleasant and took my call the night of my arrest and did not seem irritated that I called him at such a late hour (hence the extra star). I cannot, however, recommend the particular attorney addressed in this review to anyone looking for representation for OVI cases.

I hired Robert Dziech For a probation violation, he was very rude and was always to busy to discuss details about my case. After him yelling at me at court in front of (victims of my case) totally embarrassing me All because he didn’t respond back to my text message or calls the day before calling me a liar after I showed him my call log and my text. I fired him and he only gave me half of my money back! I would not recommend this guy for legal services Or advice. He made me feel like he was working for the court the entire time instead of helping me out!
