I’ve never needed a lawyer before, but when I did I chose Thomarios, who came highly recommended by a close friend of mine. Putting law off to the side, Christopher is thee most objective, transparent and self aware person I’ve ever met in my life regardless of profession. He is an intelligent stand up man, who puts his client before a paycheck. I’ve learned so much more about traffic laws after talking to this man for two minutes, compared to anything I could find online for city traffic code. There’s no sugar coating anything with him, he’ll tell your situation and he’ll equip you with the knowledge necessary to make it threw. If I ever get in trouble again, god forbid, I know whose my first call.

OMG Thomarios was more then an attorney for my situation he was my therapist too kept me calm in my super stressful situation and he navigated me through everything very well, he returned every call i made to him to answer an question i had anytime! I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Mr. DiCaudo. He recently represented my husband on a OVI charge. He was easy to communicate with, was extremely knowledge of the process, and paid attention to detail. He was very willing to follow whatever process benefited my husband, filing appropriate motions and investigating the facts of the case. Ultimately he negotiated a very advantageous deal, but he never made my husband feel forced to take it, and was willing to go with whatever we wanted. I hired the Hennenburg team to handle my case, and Attorney Justin Withrow took it for a reasonable cost. I was amazed at the level of effort put into my case, when most other attorneys I spoke with told me it was small. I'm confirming that my decision to use this team resulted in the best possible outcome for me. All my questions were thoroughly answered and every step explained in detail. Extra time and effort were taken to get my charges dropped down to a much less serious offense. I hired Michael Hennenberg and Justin Withrow as my criminal defense lawyers in 2014 and was astonished by the amount of time and effort they put into my case. They were available for me every time I called, emailed or texted. I received the best defense I could have hoped for under very difficult circumstances. They were always willing to accommodate my schedule for meetings and included my family in important factors pertaining to my case. The countless hours that were put into my case by Michael and Justin gave me the best possible outcome based on my charges. Dealing with pending criminal charges is a very stressful thing and I was extremely lucky to know what to expect at all times. I appreciated the hard work then, but now that my case has ended, I have truly realized how important hiring the right defense team really is. And I can honestly say from personal experience, you will never get a team better than Michael and Justin.

I worked with Justin Withrow, who is an attorney at the law firm of Michael C. Hennenberg. I had a few minor misdemeanors (4) and one misdemeanor 4th degree unlawful use of property. Most were open containers and disorderly conducts the m-4 was related to unlawful use of property again related to collage hooliganism. I wanted to let everyone know that although the matters were basically minor they were complicated due to the fact there were multiple offenses which undoubtedly complicates things. The process was very clear and Justin gave me very clear instructions of what I had to do to prove I was rehabilitated, and of a higher moral character now then before. I included a personal narrative, pictures of my family, professional credentials and accomplishments. He submitted everything and had a court date scheduled soon after. Justin accompanied me to this hearing that lasted only a few minutes. My petition was successful and I had my record sealed. Justin also left the door open to contact him if I had any questions related to his work or related to what i may or may not need to report on future applications for employment. I cannot stress enough how professional Justin was and how efficient the Law Firm of Michael C. Hennenberg operated. He was an excellent communicator through the entire process and was constantly keeping me updated by phone, text, and email. If you are looking for a solid attorney I highly recommend Justin and his law firm. Thank you Justin for helping me clear up a blemish in my history. I could not have done this without you!

Team Hennenberg was the absolute right choice for my sealing/expungement case. Justin successfully sealed/expunged two convictions - one in a municipal court and one in a common pleas court. These two cases had been in litigation more than ten years ago as a single case that concluded with a negative outcome. I approached your firm with anxiety, apprehension, and hope. Because of being from another state, I was also nervous about working with someone without a face-to-face meeting. Within a week of your accepting representation, my nervousness dissipated. Not only I am grateful to you for achieving the desired outcome in these two cases, but I also fully appreciate your and your paralegal Sue Obojski's promptness, courtesy, professionalism, and thoughtfulness throughout both cases. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Thomarios 2 yrs ago and I must say his first impression was and still is outstanding. He has become part of the family at least that's how he makes you feel. I've utilized his services on more then one occasion. First time I met him was for a judicial release, second time a felony that got dropped without probation or no fine, last but not least a gun charge out in Lorain where charges was dropped down to disorderly conduct now talk bout excellent services and knowledge. I have him on speed dial. He fight your case as if he was the defendant.. I highly recommend him. He's very upfront and will not let you believe nothing that's not true. Good news or bad news either way you going to get straight up honesty with out the sugar coating. Ok I can go on forever describing how very please I'm with him and his services. One more thing his payments are outstanding he works with you without the hassle his vibe is the bomb always smiling and friendly!!!!

I scheduled a consultation and honest mistake I really didn’t pay attention to where he was located I was in a rush to find someone for my case so he was in OH and im in TX. He was so disrespectful, I ask if I could get advice and just gave the most selfish and most rude response. Like the person I spoke to when I scheduled was super nice great experience but once I spoke to that lawyer it was the complete opposite. Like he had no sympathy at all, we’re all humans and we all make mistakes but he obviously did not care.

Pro's: Very clean shop, nice merchandise. They have necklaces and scented candles downstairs in the basement and do readings by appointment. Cons: Hard to find a place to park, stairs to the basement are a bit steep and lack adequate railing. Merchandise is very pricey.

When I had legal trouble, it was the most upsetting experience of my life. Mr. Margolis was respectful and comforting, but realistic and informative. He always kept me apprised of what was coming up next, what to not let upset me, but also what things to take very seriously.
