Absolutely great law firm...the staff is courteous, and they treat you with absolute care and dignity! My lawyer was Vicki - she is both incredibly nice and extremely knowledgeable. Her and the staff took care of everything for me, and always kept in contact with me whenever something came up. They got my charge knocked down to a ticket, which was a giant weight off my shoulders! The entire process from beginning to end left me with a high level of reassurance and relief. There might be some law firms around the area that cost less and provide decent service, but honestly don't skimp on quality if you can afford it! They are worth every pennie - I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!

Mr. Snell, Emily, and his entire staff are genuine, caring, and professional. They have helped me immeasurably with issues great and small. Their effort and dedication never wavered even on the simplest of matters. Being in a situation where you are looking for a lawyer is incredibly stressful, especially when you’re looking at costs too. I found attorney Swerling, after doing extensive research for lawyers that is excellent for drug trafficking cases. After viewing the high profile, very complex cases, Attorney Swerling handles. I decided to give him a call. Unfortunately, he does not take cases that are, what is considered to him-old.Which was shocking because that is something so small-scale to a person of his caliber. For people sitting in prison, their cases are never old. I was hoping to at least receive a consultation, so the case could be looked into, or pointed in the right direction for my friends case. However, nothing went past my phone call inquiry. He may be excellent for new cases. But if your loved one is already sitting in prison, keep looking around.

I have had the experience of working with Mr. Tarr through a very difficult situation with a close family member. When we reached out to him, it was in the middle of the night and he answered the phone, not a recording or voicemail. He was able to give us great information immediately and guided and directed our family member on what he needs to do and action steps that he needs to take immediately. From the moment he took over his case, a huge amount of pressure was lifted. Not saying the process in no way was easy, but he was very honest and direct and we were able to build a trusting relationship with him that made it so much better. Because of his tenacity, everything was performed with a sense of urgency. He recognized there was a life hanging in the balance because of those charges. This has to be one of the most inexperienced conversations with a lawyer. Mr. Scott said as recorded. Police misconduct is not enough evidence. Officer placing a firearm in my rear compartment is probably the best thing the officer did to do me a solid. This is what Mr. Scott Hayes attorney at law said on a live recorded line. Adding to his conversation. What is the damages? That the officer could have had probable cause to place the firearm in my trunk of my vehicle. This is not enough money to feed my family. This is how I support my family. I never disagreed but at what point did I try to stop Mr.Scott family in my situation?. Either you can consult with me in person. View the live feed of body cam and police cruiser cam. This is not of good character of someone who has represented law enforcement of Richland deputy for seven(7)years. Very unprofessional and could be highly intelligent to some degree. A consultation is evidence of the Civil rights that I have been violated of..

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and was getting no where with the at faults insurance company. I asked around for personal injury lawyers and was referred to Kendrick and Leonard! My car was totaled and Mr. Leonard came to my place and walked me through the process and answered all of my never ending questions. Mr. Leonard took care of everything from recommending medical providers, dealing with the insurance company, and gathering medical records and bills! Well, the guy can't hear or see. Yes, you heard it right. I had a virtual initial hearing couple of weeks ago. Before the meeting, he tells me that he forgot his glasses at home but I didn't think much of it. I figured it'll be ok but only to find out that it was the least of my problems. He can't hear either. During the hearing, he was asking me what the plaintiff attorney or the Judge is saying. I mean come on. This leads to the judge leaning towards me to judge giving everything my ex's attorney asked. What does my attorney do, looked like someone stole his pants. I fired him right after the meeting ended. And guess what, he wouldn't give the money back either saying that my flat fee agreement say's that money is non-refundable. I couldn't believe it. I was like sure if you have represented me but you clearly did not! You can't hear or see and yet you wanna get paid for ruining my case? I'm going to file a complain about him and in the mean time, called my credit card and filed a dispute. So there you have it. If you have somewhat complex case, please seek help elsewhere. Just my sincere opinion.

I came to Mr. Kienker with an emotionally charged and difficult situation. Everything from the first consultation to the finalizing of my case was clear, concise, and flawless. I looked for representation across the Columbia area who's fees and rates in my opinion were outrageous for what I was asking and looking for. Mr. Kienker was upfront and honest about his services, fees and rates. Not to mention the fee's and rates were the most reasonable that I had come across so I had to ask him twice just to make sure I heard him correctly. I Hired Dan for a Divorce In Columbia SC.He did not keep me informed at all. Dan mis-quoted the law, I had to correct him on several issues, such as property division, and amount of child support to be paid. Dan even miscalculated my support payments on my last hearing date before the judge. He listened to the defendant‘s lawyer, and without consideration of the facts, assumed that I was not making my support payments while I was under a temporary order. He is by far, an unfit attorney and should not be hired , retained, or considered for counsel.
