Having been hurting from the accident having been frustrated with the cooperation of the vehicle having gotten the runaround having to repeat myself in the pain that I meant in and continue to being I didn't appreciate that I had to repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat. It hurt when I talk it hurt when I breathe from the accident and I had a hard time getting that was repeating the same story over and over again. They have me so frustrated to the point I lost my temper because they weren't paying attention and they were pretending to work and make themselves look good in front of whoever they were impressive to make them seem to do on their job when they weren't helping me at all. But yet their website speaks of how great they did a good job on previous clients. I don't know if that was a front but I was trying to communicate to them in my discomfort my situation and it was impossible and very annoying. They need better communication skills would be helpful. They're busy saying how can I help you I kept getting cut off when I tried to explain to them what I needed help with. Don't ask somebody when they can help you with if you're not going to take your time to listen to what I have to say that just escalated to another level. They made me go already and want to get off I don't want to talk to anybody the way I did but they pushed me. I wish I could have had a better conversation with them cuz that's not where I wanted to go. I hope the people that run with little friend will consider retraining their self on how to get them to listen when a prospective client needs to talk. He didn't fight for my brother at all. DNA test showed he didn't do it, No evidence to speak of, Passed polygraph test and still convicted him of a crime he did not commit. You were able to take advantage of my brother because he has a learning disability and he put all of his faith and trust into you. I didn't have a choice to trust you because I don't live in that state so I had to take my brother saying you were the best and go with it. You didn't care that this was going to ruin his life because like you said, "Only one of us gets to walk out of this court room today". 15 grand was given to you, for what? You know damn well that they did not have a case and you still sided with the DA and helped them put my innocent brother away by threats of a longer sentence if he went to trial. You have broken our family apart but it is now my sole mission in life to exonerate my brother and bring all that was involved to justice. Small town corruption is alive and well in Texas but I assure you, I will raise a little Texas hell and show you all that her statement was false and you imprisoned an innocent man without batting an eye or given it a second thought. Honestly, I cannot believe I am even writing this review. I say that because never in a million reasons would I ever think that I would need an Attorney/Lawyer. I am they type of person that knows the laws and obeys them. However, life threw me a curve ball and here I am.
