Do NOT hire this firm, they are a total rip off, I fired them due to their inability to communicate or tell me what was going on with my case, they only contacted me for money, literally they give me 5 minutes to make a decision before walking into the courtroom. Well to sum this up. They don’t communicate very much unless they need a payment. I literally drove up there to see what was going on with my case because i had not heard anything in over 2-3 months. My first felony ever and I decided to stick it out with them and boy was I lucky. The judge was lenient with my charge because i worked with law enforcement upon questioning. (The judges exact words) And upon questioning my lawyer about the process and what is happening he was getting antsy and got irritated because i wasn’t knowledgeable about what exactly happens through the legal system. I’m sorry I didn’t attend college to get my law degree. But didn’t you get your degree to actually help people and test the laws and see wether or not they were upheld? Or did you just get the degree for the money? Regardless I had gotten what I wanted (deferred adjudication) but would I return to them? Probably not. Pay them if you want but once they have your money and sign the contract don’t expect nothing more than a phone call to pay up every month. And make a decision 5 minutes before going into court for the final decision. Sorry if yall expected a 5 star review for me getting what I wanted but I was expecting a lot more for $5,000.

Hired her for a speeding ticket, did not follow up with my court, a warrant arrest has been issued and she did not inform me. In a traffic stop, after coming back from a 12 hours work-shift, officer told me about the warrant. I called in to speak with Ms. Mona Hosseiny after being referred to her by a past client. Once we were able to set up a consultation, her demeanor showed to be very rude and unprofessional. I did not get the sense she had any education at all. Let alone what it should require to be a trial attorney. Had I chosen to hire Ms. Hosseiny I certainly feel beyond a doubt she would have problems getting her motions in, and i wondered if she even knows how to present an exhibit at all. If I dare say after hearing her in person I would not be surprised seeing her have mental breakdowns in the court room. I could vividly see her screaming in court, like she did in our meeting. On the plus side she is above average in the looks department. Not beautiful, but good looking enough that im sure she would be accepted into a different and more suiting career path, if the right man approached her. Maybe not Hooters, but something along that line which requires less intellectual capability and thought processing. Remember she will attempt to charm you with her looks and presentation, so be careful when you meet her, And remember an attorney needs to be much more than just a pretty face.

Peter represented my brother for 3 aggravated assault w/deadly weapon cases in Dallas County. Peter always reassured us to call any time we needed something. “Any day at any time, if you need me, call me.” His knowledge of the court system, personnel, and the law reassured us that we had chosen the best attorney. He was able to immediately get the district attorney to offer a 10 year probation sentence even though my brother had a previous criminal record. In the end, my brother chose to do a shorter sentence in TDC and Peter made it happen! 2 years flat, no parole or probation after on 3 cases that initially carried a minimum 5 year sentence for each case! I would advise you not to go to him. He lost my husband appeal. Who is serving a life sentence for his first offense ever. He’s never been to prison. We paid $15,000 to John helms just to get denied an appeal that he supposedly never lost. That’s a lie. He has lost. Think twice if you need legal help I would not recommend this lawyer at all. He was no question the worst attorneys I’ve ever come in contact with. He did nothing for my boyfriends case. He never once believed him when he said he was innocent. He demanded and was Paid an insane amount of money. He allowed the court to put out a failure to appear warrant on my Boyfriend bc he never showed up for a court date he scheduled three weeks prior. He wasn’t even the one to catch the error. My boyfriend fired him after a year of zero work done by him and hired a new attorney. when that new attorney went to work on his case it was dropped by the DA within three weeks. I found out later he never even talked to the DA. My boyfriend has demanded a refund to which he should adhere bc he’s seriously looking into a malpractice lawsuit. I have proof you were his lawyer And he’s already sent you a certified letter asking for the refund, and you weren’t in the office to receive it and a notice was left for you to pick up and you never did. Surprise surprise. We will be redelivering it.
