Worst place to spend money at. I came to James for a criminal case, first off the guy who took my payment was sweet enough to tip himself 100 from my money. James was unresponsive, and unactive during the case. Later he lied to my dad (whos main language is Spanish) got him to plead guilty unknowingly. I did let him know my dad needed a Spanish speaking rep through it all. James was also super kind to work with the DEA, giving my dad the most time possible, and tried to also form a case against me. ICE paid a visit to my house looking for me thanks to this man. Thankfully my dad got a state appointed attorney within 4 months of hiring James and was able to do soo much for him. Unfortunately, I lost almost 10k of my hard earned money. What took me 3 years to save, took this guy less than a month to earn.

I got arrested for a DWI last year. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Mark to handle my ALR license hearing, Occupational License, and my criminal case. He is very knowledgeable and straightforward about the process including the potential outcomes. He was always available to answer my many questions about each step. He is always there when you need him. Call backs are quick, very concerned, and will fight for you. I have use him on 2 separate occasion. He is not afraid to get dirty and do the work. Unlike some lawyers that just want you to take the deal, pay them, and move on. He real works for you and he wins! HE WINS! Now how many of the other lawyers can say that. I was referred to Mark by a friend after I got a dwi. He gave me the basic rundown of how it would go and unlike the first lawyer I talked to he didn't try to use scare tactIcs so I would hire him, something I found out is common with many lawyers and is ultimately the reason I did hire him. He gave me the best case, worst case, and average scenario's. He got me the best case scenario. Case dismissed.

Walker Fults is the BEST AROUND. We hired Mr. Fults and he was ready for court within a week. My brother was looking at 7 yrs. Not only did he get that thrown out, he got his 2 felonies toss as well. Probation was reinstated and no permanent record. Walker Fults is a Miracle Man. Super reasonable prices and totally affordable. A wonderful, caring, and genuinely HONEST attorney.

Mr Knight is an amazing attorney. When I thought hope was lost with another attorney I found Mr Knight online we spoke on the phone and then met in person right away. He took my cases over when another attorney told me I was facing prison time after consulting with him I knew he was the right attorney. His prices are fair and he is well respected in the courts. He went to work right away with my cases kept me informed and got me into a better deal than the previous attorney. He got me a deal of 5 years deferred with no fine. Amazing how much he accomplished in the short time he was hired. He worked a lot harder than the previous attorney. From the beginning, the case and process was explained to us clearly and in a professional manner and obtained a reasonable price. He has lost and an appeal. He is a liar. He does not contact you or keep you posted about the cases. You have to contact him. He’s very rude and will take your money. If you need legal help. I would advise you not to go to him. He lost my husband appeal. Who is serving a life sentence for his first offense ever. He’s never been to prison. We paid $15,000 to John helms just to get denied an appeal that he supposedly never lost. That’s a lie. He has lost. Think twice if you need legal help I would not recommend this lawyer at all. Very disrespectful. If you want to win you’re an appeal I recommend finding another lawyer not one that’s going to post he’s never lost because he has so there’s no telling how many other ones he’s lost.

I have a friend that hired this lawyer and he is the worst lawyer you can use fighting any kind of case he will drag you along just to plea bargain you at the end. Very un professional. Does not return phone calls or txt msg always has an excuse that’s he’s in trial or out of state at trial. Will just take your money and do nothing but sink you in your legal matters and get you the plea bargain deal you are better off with a court appointed attorney stay away from this lawyer His assistant Williams Perras is very good and honest sorry we couldn’t say nothing good for John so please choose your lawyer carefully John Michael helms jr is a liar. Very un professional. And will just steal your money we know from personal experience lack of communication. Does not return phones. Lies and always has excuses. 1 star cause we can’t put 0

Jeff is an honest, straightforward and direct attorney with solid contacts and credentials. He will tell you the truth, even if you do not like what he has to say. Jeff was there for my family during a rough time, and helped us for 3+ years while we navigated various options and weighed potential outcomes. He was no question the worst attorneys I’ve ever come in contact with. He did nothing for my boyfriends case. He never once believed him when he said he was innocent. He demanded and was Paid an insane amount of money. He allowed the court to put out a failure to appear warrant on my Boyfriend bc he never showed up for a court date he scheduled three weeks prior. He wasn’t even the one to catch the error. My boyfriend fired him after a year of zero work done by him and hired a new attorney. when that new attorney went to work on his case it was dropped by the DA within three weeks. I found out later he never even talked to the DA. My boyfriend has demanded a refund to which he should adhere bc he’s seriously looking into a malpractice lawsuit. I have proof you were his lawyer And he’s already sent you a certified letter asking for the refund, and you weren’t in the office to receive it and a notice was left for you to pick up and you never did. Surprise surprise. We will be redelivering it.

I called in to speak with Ms. Mona Hosseiny after being referred to her by a past client. Once we were able to set up a consultation, her demeanor showed to be very rude and unprofessional. I did not get the sense she had any education at all. Let alone what it should require to be a trial attorney. Had I chosen to hire Ms. Hosseiny I certainly feel beyond a doubt she would have problems getting her motions in, and i wondered if she even knows how to present an exhibit at all. If I dare say after hearing her in person I would not be surprised seeing her have mental breakdowns in the court room. I could vividly see her screaming in court, like she did in our meeting. On the plus side she is above average in the looks department. Not beautiful, but good looking enough that im sure she would be accepted into a different and more suiting career path, if the right man approached her. Maybe not Hooters, but something along that line which requires less intellectual capability and thought processing. Remember she will attempt to charm you with her looks and presentation, so be careful when you meet her, And remember an attorney needs to be much more than just a pretty face.

I called left a few messages w his secretary and never heard back! Looks to me they could care less. Don't believe the 5 stars because they are not what they say they are. He probably had his 10 cousins post reviews for him to boost his rating but all I know when they don't call you back they are not worth 5 stars... more like 0 stars. Imagine the quality of work they would do for you if you hired Buck Johnson? Possibly tosses your file to the trash until court hearing, lol. Fact is these type of lawyers who care nothing about clients should not even work or promote themselves. Stay home pretend its the pandemic all year around 365 Buck!

Buck helped me through what seemed like the end of the world with my first DWI. He made the stressful process less stressful for me, he was very honest and reassuring and helped me remain comfortable and confident. He was able to win my ALR hearing which resulting in never having a suspended license and was able to get my whole case dismissed due to the arresting officer no longer being in Law Enforcement due to termination. I would highly recommend Buck no matter the result I would have ended up with.
