Left a bar and was followed by two girls claiming I hit their car, when I called police to help facilitate information exchange, I was arrested and charged with DWI and FTSGI. When it comes to cases and odds Mr. Ganz was facing an incredible uphill battle and an inevitable loss. I was already on probation for a misdemeanor and got arrested with a felony DWI.
