I used this law office to try to get a traffic violation dismissed and between all of the misunderstandings it was the worst experience. When I first contacted Mr. Garcia about my case he was very polite and reassuring. He stated his fees were $105 if I remember correctly and he also stated that I would not have to show up to court which was one of my main reasons for seeking a lawyer, so I paid for his services. I hadn't heard from him or anyone from his office after my court date, so I thought everything was done with. Fast forward 7 months later and I get a phone call from his office saying I would have to appear in court in 2 weeks. The person who called stated that if I did not want to show up to court there would be a another fee. I just assumed there was some misunderstanding on my end from the first conversation I had with Mr. Garcia when he assured me I would not have to appear. Anyway long story short, I show up for my court date. He had 2 people from his office representing on his behalf. It seems as if they had almost NO experience whatsoever. After 3.5 hours of sitting in the court room they were able to lower my ticket by $25. So I spent $105 to save myself $25. I'll do my research before seeking representation next time.
