I could go on and on about how amazing Natalie was during my 2 1/2 court case (thanks to covid). Anytime I had any questions she was always made time for me to fully understand what was going on. Me being honest, I was concerned about being assigned a court appointed attorney while in custody since I wasn’t fully aware of the difference between state and federal court at the time. I wasn’t very comfortable on account of the situation I was facing. To my surprise Mr Biggs was very experienced, professional and great overall. He had very little time to look over my case as being called in literally, last minute. My case was very unique and difficult to deal with yet Mr Biggs handled everything more than I could have even hoped for. He never looked worried, assured me that I would be ok and got me out no problem. I definitely recommended Mr Biggs’ services to anyone seeking legal help.

William Biggs is an extraordinary attorney. He was more than understanding with my situation that led me to his office in the first place. He was extremely thorough when explaining to me the possible outcomes of my case. I was in need of a lawyer recently and came upon Mr. Kennedy’s website. After reading all the previous reviews I sent an email and received a call shortly after. My favorite places to go and shop for most my food items is dollar general store. Though being handicapped, the excessive constant clutter in the isles make it almost impossible, making finding simple things so hard to locate. Not sure if they are understaffed or just poor Managment? Either way I spend time searching for simple things. Great prices, great selections, if you take the time to sort through the inventory of boxes and manage to get through the isles.

All they want is pto get money for their court, their hospitals, and label a person as either a criminal , mentally ill, or say your a bad person and that officer is now in federal prison for six different felonies and the mayor died from a heart attack .

Brad IS EXACTLY the person you imagine when you think of a time when you need a lawyer. I have NEVER met another lawyer that has embodied in action and intention of the person that will go to bat for you when you engage an attorney like BRAD. He was OUTSTANDING! He works long hours for his clients, I saw this FIRST hand when he was calling me at nine o'clock at night to communicate and make SURE I understood the nuances of what was happening and what was NEXT. It started the moment I first spoke with him. He was immediately IN MY CORNER! There was NO hedging bets or typical lawyer speak for "Ill give it a good try", it was IMMEDIATE and never wavered "I am on your side and have your back". When choosing a lawyer to represent you, it is always at the WORST of times, so everyone is trying to find the person who can be 1) Trusted 2) Not giving half effort and 3) Is maximally effectual. Of course, there is always that element of "well, I dont really know, I have to just trust them, pay them and hope I made the right call. BRAD IS THE RIGHT CALL. Other attorneys will call you back, well...... when ever, Brad works long into the night and WILL make SURE you know and understand what's going on. I have experienced this. I myself work long hours and would receive calls back from him late into the evening with him making sure I knew the strategy and what the game plan was. I myself have NEVER know another attorney with more INTEGRITY, FIDELITY to his clients or EFFECTIVE connections and ability than BRADLEY CLARK. He ABSOLUTELY saved my career and life. As if I need to add to the list of reviews. But I’ll at least take a minute to say none of them are a lie. These people are very good at what they do. They are a advisor more than a group of lawyers. They let you know where you need to spend money and where you don’t. Zena is a beast. She doesn’t put up with much and if she has to she will give right back. I was forced to sit in a informal hearing and get slandered for what felt like forever. Zena came out in 15 mins and shut em down. Ended with a favorable result. I’d also like to note the way they allowed me to set my plan and have my back. If your looking for a law firm to give you the Reba treatment this is it. Not in front of or behind you but right beside you. The whole way.

April 2016 i was arrested for a crime I did not commit. With the help of a friend and interviews with several attorneys we are narrowed our search down to Kim. At the initial interview she told me how she would handle the case and what she would do. What a great job. Everything she planned went perfect I was NO BILLED at the grand jury level. She and her team are as good as you can get. I highly recommend her to any one.

My one star rating is because of the lack of communication. Unfortunately, it was like pulling teeth to get in contact with them when I did have a question. I was given misinformation twice and some vital information was never communicated to me at all. We were handed off to multiple attorneys, and given completely different information by each of them. I am still waiting for a phone call from the law firm that I was supposed to receive two weeks ago. I have given up, I genuinely wish I would have taken my money elsewhere. I was also told that when I paid my fees in full, that everything was taken care of, even if they needed to return to court. When the time came to go back, I was told that they usually charge for that service, (I had already paid for it) but would waive the fee if I gave them a 5 star google review... So in short, bad communication, lack of consistency, and misinformation is why I will not be using Dunham & Jones again in the future. I hope this helps someone else. The reason they have so many good reviews is because they tell people they will owe them more money if they do not comply. ***UPDATE - a representative from the firm has since reached out to resolve this matter, going so far as to offer to replace my representative with another attorney from the firm. I do appreciate the attempt on their behalf to correct this situation, and will be in communication with them over the next month to try and resolve this matter. I will update this post as the situation unfolds. UPDATE- Kathy and Will from the firm are currently working to correct this issue, I will post updates as they occur…
