My one star rating is because of the lack of communication. Unfortunately, it was like pulling teeth to get in contact with them when I did have a question. I was given misinformation twice and some vital information was never communicated to me at all. We were handed off to multiple attorneys, and given completely different information by each of them. I am still waiting for a phone call from the law firm that I was supposed to receive two weeks ago. I have given up, I genuinely wish I would have taken my money elsewhere. I was also told that when I paid my fees in full, that everything was taken care of, even if they needed to return to court. When the time came to go back, I was told that they usually charge for that service, (I had already paid for it) but would waive the fee if I gave them a 5 star google review... So in short, bad communication, lack of consistency, and misinformation is why I will not be using Dunham & Jones again in the future. I hope this helps someone else. The reason they have so many good reviews is because they tell people they will owe them more money if they do not comply. ***UPDATE - a representative from the firm has since reached out to resolve this matter, going so far as to offer to replace my representative with another attorney from the firm. I do appreciate the attempt on their behalf to correct this situation, and will be in communication with them over the next month to try and resolve this matter. I will update this post as the situation unfolds. UPDATE- Kathy and Will from the firm are currently working to correct this issue, I will post updates as they occur…

I could go on and on about how amazing Natalie was during my 2 1/2 court case (thanks to covid). Anytime I had any questions she was always made time for me to fully understand what was going on. This lady didn't care that I was physically attacked and hurt by the people and by the court , hospital and lies. All they want is pto get money for their court, their hospitals, and label a person as either a criminal , mentally ill, or say your a bad person and that officer is now in federal prison for six different felonies and the mayor died from a heart attack .

My favorite places to go and shop for most my food items is dollar general store. Though being handicapped, the excessive constant clutter in the isles make it almost impossible, making finding simple things so hard to locate. Not sure if they are understaffed or just poor Managment? Either way I spend time searching for simple things. Great prices, great selections, if you take the time to sort through the inventory of boxes and manage to get through the isles.

Me being honest, I was concerned about being assigned a court appointed attorney while in custody since I wasn’t fully aware of the difference between state and federal court at the time. I wasn’t very comfortable on account of the situation I was facing. To my surprise Mr Biggs was very experienced, professional and great overall. He had very little time to look over my case as being called in literally, last minute. My case was very unique and difficult to deal with yet Mr Biggs handled everything more than I could have even hoped for. He never looked worried, assured me that I would be ok and got me out no problem. I definitely recommended Mr Biggs’ services to anyone seeking legal help.

William Biggs is an extraordinary attorney. He was more than understanding with my situation that led me to his office in the first place. He was extremely thorough when explaining to me the possible outcomes of my case. From day one, he was completely transparent about the court hearing process and addressed all of my concerns which alleviated a significant amount of stress. During our initial meeting, Mr. Biggs told me very specifically the steps I would need to take and the tasks I had to complete in order for my charge to result in the best possible outcome; deferred adjudication. Mr. Biggs did an amazing job on my case. He was always very informative about everything and quick to respond with any questions I had. He is caring and compassionate, which went a long way in my case. Highly recommend him.
