My one star rating is because of the lack of communication. Unfortunately, it was like pulling teeth to get in contact with them when I did have a question. I was given misinformation twice and some vital information was never communicated to me at all. We were handed off to multiple attorneys, and given completely different information by each of them. I am still waiting for a phone call from the law firm that I was supposed to receive two weeks ago. I have given up, I genuinely wish I would have taken my money elsewhere. I was also told that when I paid my fees in full, that everything was taken care of, even if they needed to return to court. When the time came to go back, I was told that they usually charge for that service, (I had already paid for it) but would waive the fee if I gave them a 5 star google review... So in short, bad communication, lack of consistency, and misinformation is why I will not be using Dunham & Jones again in the future. I hope this helps someone else. The reason they have so many good reviews is because they tell people they will owe them more money if they do not comply. ***UPDATE - a representative from the firm has since reached out to resolve this matter, going so far as to offer to replace my representative with another attorney from the firm. I do appreciate the attempt on their behalf to correct this situation, and will be in communication with them over the next month to try and resolve this matter. I will update this post as the situation unfolds. UPDATE- Kathy and Will from the firm are currently working to correct this issue, I will post updates as they occur…

I was in need of a lawyer recently and came upon Mr. Kennedy’s website. After reading all the previous reviews I sent an email and received a call shortly after. He obtained all my case information and thoroughly explained what he would do. I didn’t even have to miss work for court appearances. Mr. Kennedy was absolutely fantastic and was able to have my entire case dismissed. He is very experienced and very knowledgeable and very worth any money you’ll need to spend. A couple of months ago I found myself in need of an attorney to help me with a sensitive matter that unexpectedly had occurred. My favorite places to go and shop for most my food items is dollar general store. Though being handicapped, the excessive constant clutter in the isles make it almost impossible, making finding simple things so hard to locate. Not sure if they are understaffed or just poor Managment? Either way I spend time searching for simple things. Great prices, great selections, if you take the time to sort through the inventory of boxes and manage to get through the isles.

Me being honest, I was concerned about being assigned a court appointed attorney while in custody since I wasn’t fully aware of the difference between state and federal court at the time. I wasn’t very comfortable on account of the situation I was facing. To my surprise Mr Biggs was very experienced, professional and great overall. He had very little time to look over my case as being called in literally, last minute. My case was very unique and difficult to deal with yet Mr Biggs handled everything more than I could have even hoped for. He never looked worried, assured me that I would be ok and got me out no problem. I definitely recommended Mr Biggs’ services to anyone seeking legal help.

I’ve dealt with many lawyers in the past...from court appointed to public defenders to retaining paid representation. Every time I went to court the rulings were never in my favor and I ultimately ended up leaving the courtroom disappointed with the performance and results. This all changed when I met Dawn Ferguson with Fulgham Law Firm. I cannot express with words how much she fought for me and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what my options were and made sure I was completely satisfied given the circumstances of my case. I won’t go into too much details but I will say that I had a Felony charge and she and her team got it completely dismissed!!! I would absolutely recommend Dawn to represent you. I had to go to family court against my ex not knowing what the outcome might be,she was seeking a 10 year order protection against me out of spike of denial of which I did not won't her back and wanted her to be happy with someone else if it was not happy with me. My attorney which I highly recommend (Courtney Miller) is very professional and knows the law. She is a fighter for you as long as you have all your evidence to back you up and have one of the best poker faces in the game because she will surprise you how she overturn things in court when you think the odds are against you. Miss Miller and law team think you for everything and yet things to come. Miss Miller is a 5 star in my book across the board hands down

Taylor was my court appointed attorney for my case of accident involving injury. I was charged in May of 2019 and through his diligence and commitment to making sure I had the best possible outcome I was offered deferred adjudication as we had wanted. He was with me step by step in helping to understand the whole process and I was happy with my end result. Court is a very scary thing. Facing a life altering criminal charge rocks you to your very core. But with a good lawyer and good person like Taylor Ferguson by your side it makes the whole experience so much easier. This lady didn't care that I was physically attacked and hurt by the people and by the court , hospital and lies. All they want is pto get money for their court, their hospitals, and label a person as either a criminal , mentally ill, or say your a bad person and that officer is now in federal prison for six different felonies and the mayor died from a heart attack .
