Though being handicapped, the excessive constant clutter in the isles make it almost impossible, making finding simple things so hard to locate. simple traffic offense. I hired them to go to trial and fight it. Just wanted the video footage. They had "trouble" retrieving that for 8 months. They emailed me twice to just take the probation. I refused at first because I knew if we obtained the surveillance, it would be an automatic win. They are poor at communicating with you to keep you up to date on your case. Wasted money on them just to do something I could've done myself online back in January when the offense occurred. If you have a minor traffic violation don't waste your time with them.
