I have never met mr. Handy. That was a first experience for me not meeting an attorney. Though being handicapped, the excessive constant clutter in the isles make it almost impossible, making finding simple things so hard to locate. Not sure if they are understaffed or just poor Managment? Either way I spend time searching for simple things. Me being honest, I was concerned about being assigned a court appointed attorney while in custody since I wasn’t fully aware of the difference between state and federal court at the time.
