I wanted to put up a sincere review of the Maxey Law Office located in Spokane, Wa. Throughout the years I have hired Bevan J Maxey to represent me and my family. I can't even express how lucky I was to run across this man. I have hired quite a few other attorney in Spokane and not one of them ever treated me with a sincere respect, caring and compassion as Bevan J Maxey has each and every time he has helped us. So I called around and most of the lawyers i spoke with you could tell in the sound of there voices that they were only about the bottom line, there money. When i talked with daniel I got this calm,cool , collected feeling and i could truly tell that he wanted to help and was willing to work with me on payments for the case.I could tell right away that this was his job but he lets you know that you come first . He was there at every court appearance not just the few leading up to the review hearings .He went to all my reviews he sticks with you till the end. Kim was a great attorney. From the first phone conversation I felt like we were in good hands. We never felt judged in any way and she was always available to answer our questions. My husband's case took a year and she was with us the whole time and in the end he was given a reduced charge.we felt like she was fighting for us and was understanding.

Phil SAVED MY LIFE. When I called Phil, I thought I was going to jail. It would have destroyed my family, kids, and career. Amazing law firm, hands down the best lawyers are at Rhodes Legal Group. I can't say enough wonderful things about them but especially Alexander. Robert got my case dismissed for me which helped me in my divorce case. I would recommend him to anyone. He comes off as straight forward, intimidating and doesn't let you talk sometimes in the beginning but that is exactly why I hired him because I knew he would have that same approach if we had went to court. He is very nice otherwise and takes out of his own personal time to call you and makes sure to get answers for you. His receptionist is very easy to talk to and very helpful as well.

Alexander helped me with a civil litigation case involving a guy that I had dated who was now stalking/harassing me. He was responsive, met with me the next day after calling and 100% capable. He knew the law and explained it to me very clearly in a way that I could understand. There was no feeling of being rushed and he let me ask all the questions that I needed to in order to feel comfortable. He later took my written statement that I sent to him and add to it. His additions were error free and unbelievably eloquent. It was so well written. He is clearly experienced and when we did go to court the protection order was granted. It was a scary situation, but Alexander was there every step of the way. I can't recommend him enough. The number of 5-star reviews here just attest to the fact that he is a top-notch Attorney. One year later, when my protection order expired, I needed his services again. Due to the first Protection Order, my stalker was facing multiple misdemeanor charges as he had violated it. As expected, Alexander did not let me down. He was very thorough in explaining my options and what the outcomes could be. He knows the law and fought in my corner and won above and beyond what I was expecting. I now have comfort that the protection order is still in place and can now rely on the law and the courts to send my stalker to jail if he violates the order. Thank you, Alexander!

Finding yourself on the wrong side of the law can be a very stressful and frightening experience, but with Puget Law Group by your side that stress and fear is replaced with feelings of confidence and an understanding of the process. I was represented by Teresa Groves and her staff as they walked me through each stage of my legal case. To my pleasant surprise, Teresa asked me about my story, and how I ended up in the situation I was in. This left no doubt that she truly saw me as a person and not just another case. They left no stone unturned, treated me with respect and their response time is UNMATCHED (My lawyer once responded at 10pm!). I wish I had known about Puget Law Group when I was initially charged, I found them AFTER I had already been sentenced. The entire outcome would have undoubtedly been very different. My experience with Mr. Kertchen was excellent, he was very thorough and he made the process easy and smooth. His price is very reasonable compared to others that quoted me at least twice the cost with a time frame of at least 6 months. I am giving Kertchen law 5 stars for a couple of reasons. One they responded to my email extremely fast. Two the process was easy and they answered all of the questions that I had. Three they worked with me and let me make payments because I needed gun rights and my record expunged which was a big help. Four they did what they said and I did not have to appear in court. When It was all said and done they emailed me the final order and I also received a copy in the mail. As long as you don’t have anything pending and it’s been three to four years Since you’ve had any charges or anything they can help you. I highly recommend that you use Kertchen Law to have your gun rights restored as well as whatever the charge was expunged. Thank You!
