I am giving Kertchen law 5 stars for a couple of reasons. One they responded to my email extremely fast. Two the process was easy and they answered all of the questions that I had. Three they worked with me and let me make payments because I needed gun rights and my record expunged which was a big help. Four they did what they said and I did not have to appear in court. When It was all said and done they emailed me the final order and I also received a copy in the mail. As long as you don’t have anything pending and it’s been three to four years Since you’ve had any charges or anything they can help you. I highly recommend that you use Kertchen Law to have your gun rights restored as well as whatever the charge was expunged. Thank You!

Dealing with my first ever court case, being a DUI, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do it than Matthew. During the pandemic there was a lot of confusion within the courthouses that was causing stress on me and my family. Mr. Leyba was always there to talk and keep me in touch with what was going on, especially since he seemed to know more about the court system than the prosecutors. He always was the most professional and poised man in the courtroom and held control of the situation before and after the many many long drawn out court dates. He would consistently text me to keep me updated aswell and let me know if anything changed right when it did. Matthew is so professional aswell as understanding of people’s situations and truly takes the time to make sure you are happy and in touch with what is going on. I 100% recommend anyone going through any prosecution should contact Matthew as he not only lowered my case to a reckless driving, he did it will poise and made it much less stressful since I knew he was handling it thoroughly.

Finding yourself on the wrong side of the law can be a very stressful and frightening experience, but with Puget Law Group by your side that stress and fear is replaced with feelings of confidence and an understanding of the process. I was represented by Teresa Groves and her staff as they walked me through each stage of my legal case. To my pleasant surprise, Teresa asked me about my story, and how I ended up in the situation I was in. This left no doubt that she truly saw me as a person and not just another case. They left no stone unturned, treated me with respect and their response time is UNMATCHED (My lawyer once responded at 10pm!). I wish I had known about Puget Law Group when I was initially charged, I found them AFTER I had already been sentenced. The entire outcome would have undoubtedly been very different. Travis Mueller with Blair & Kim proved to be an amazing attorney. Through the entire process he was professional, honest, reassuring and very knowledgeable in his craft. During the court hearing he presented our legal argument very clear and concise, sticking to the facts. He responded very intelligently to any claims the prosecuting attorney had made in his opening argument holding to the facts and evidence of the case. The case brought against our daughter was ultimately dismissed. Prior to hiring Blair & Kim, I researched who the best firm was to hire for the civil case brought against my daughter. I even asked a retired attorney of 30+ years and each answer revealed that Blair & Kim was the best in the area. The other party (the petitioner) hired an attorney that was very confusing in his legal arguments and didn't present well during the court hearing. Wonderful. Mr. Blair is a wonderful attorney. At first I was skeptical because this was my first ever trial and I didn’t know what to expect. Mr. Blair was always calm and reassuring every time I talked to him and even when some things in the case didn’t go our way, he didn’t sugarcoat anything. Told me what would be worst case scenario and how he would fight to have a reduced sentence if found guilty. Long story short, I wasn’t. I was apprehensive because the amount of communication I suspected between lawyer and client wasn’t present, but when Mr. Blair informed me that he doesn’t like to over prepare his clients as that can cause them to overthink or get nervous, I understood the method. I really appreciate what he did for me, and I’ll be hiring him soon enough for what I hope is to be another successful venture. Thanks again.

Phil SAVED MY LIFE. When I called Phil, I thought I was going to jail. It would have destroyed my family, kids, and career. it was my good fortune to select the Callahan Law firm to represent me in my case. I was wrongly charged with DUI following an accident on I-5 in Washington State. In spite of a negative Breath Test and negative results from a blood toxicology test. Linda Callahan, Principal in the firm, spent almost an hour with me in a telephone interview with me during which we discussed the facts surrounding my accident. This was PRIOR to me selecting the firm! Steven Grant took it from there. He did a thorough job of researching the specifics of the accident and subsequent evaluative tests. The process evolved over several months; I was encouraged to remain patient. Steven assembled a great defense which laid out all facts in a compelling argument. The result of his work was a reduction in the charge to a Traffic Offence. The court was made to agree there was no indication of drug or alcohol impairment. There are no guaranteed outcomes in our court system. That being said, I recommend the Callahan Law firm to anyone looking for a professional staff that will work with you to find the best possible outcome to your case.
