Travis Mueller with Blair & Kim proved to be an amazing attorney. Through the entire process he was professional, honest, reassuring and very knowledgeable in his craft. During the court hearing he presented our legal argument very clear and concise, sticking to the facts. He responded very intelligently to any claims the prosecuting attorney had made in his opening argument holding to the facts and evidence of the case. The case brought against our daughter was ultimately dismissed. Prior to hiring Blair & Kim, I researched who the best firm was to hire for the civil case brought against my daughter. I even asked a retired attorney of 30+ years and each answer revealed that Blair & Kim was the best in the area. The other party (the petitioner) hired an attorney that was very confusing in his legal arguments and didn't present well during the court hearing. Wonderful. Mr. Blair is a wonderful attorney. At first I was skeptical because this was my first ever trial and I didn’t know what to expect. Mr. Blair was always calm and reassuring every time I talked to him and even when some things in the case didn’t go our way, he didn’t sugarcoat anything. Told me what would be worst case scenario and how he would fight to have a reduced sentence if found guilty. Long story short, I wasn’t. I was apprehensive because the amount of communication I suspected between lawyer and client wasn’t present, but when Mr. Blair informed me that he doesn’t like to over prepare his clients as that can cause them to overthink or get nervous, I understood the method. I really appreciate what he did for me, and I’ll be hiring him soon enough for what I hope is to be another successful venture. Thanks again.

Robert got my case dismissed for me which helped me in my divorce case. I would recommend him to anyone. He comes off as straight forward, intimidating and doesn't let you talk sometimes in the beginning but that is exactly why I hired him because I knew he would have that same approach if we had went to court. He is very nice otherwise and takes out of his own personal time to call you and makes sure to get answers for you. His receptionist is very easy to talk to and very helpful as well.

Alexander helped me with a civil litigation case involving a guy that I had dated who was now stalking/harassing me. He was responsive, met with me the next day after calling and 100% capable. He knew the law and explained it to me very clearly in a way that I could understand. There was no feeling of being rushed and he let me ask all the questions that I needed to in order to feel comfortable. He later took my written statement that I sent to him and add to it. His additions were error free and unbelievably eloquent. It was so well written. He is clearly experienced and when we did go to court the protection order was granted. It was a scary situation, but Alexander was there every step of the way. I can't recommend him enough. The number of 5-star reviews here just attest to the fact that he is a top-notch Attorney. One year later, when my protection order expired, I needed his services again. Due to the first Protection Order, my stalker was facing multiple misdemeanor charges as he had violated it. As expected, Alexander did not let me down. He was very thorough in explaining my options and what the outcomes could be. He knows the law and fought in my corner and won above and beyond what I was expecting. I now have comfort that the protection order is still in place and can now rely on the law and the courts to send my stalker to jail if he violates the order. Thank you, Alexander!

Christopher Black was everything I could’ve hoped for in a legal representative. I sought his services during a very difficult time of my life; I was scared, stressed and broke….. but Chris listened, learned and asked questions about my case, never once showing an ounce of judgment. He told things like they were and never sugar-coated or gave false hope for unlikely outcomes. He responded quickly even on weekends and graciously worked out a more affordable price tag for his services given my financial state. Never once did I feel like he didn’t have my absolute best interest in mind, regardless of the issues I brought before him. In the end, things worked out better than I could’ve ever hoped for. I don’t think it took much effort on his part (my case seemed fairly simple), but he pursued every avenue that led to improving my legal standing. Chris Black defended me in a case of abusive litigation regarding DV and was very understanding and able to see what was really happening when I explained the situation to him. He demonstrated professionalism and care in handling the case, while being cognizant of how the situation was a bit re-traumatizing for me. Kevin won my case!!! Any time you need a defense attorney things probably aren't going great, but Kevin Trombold made going through the court process as smooth as possible. it was my good fortune to select the Callahan Law firm to represent me in my case. I was wrongly charged with DUI following an accident on I-5 in Washington State. In spite of a negative Breath Test and negative results from a blood toxicology test. Linda Callahan, Principal in the firm, spent almost an hour with me in a telephone interview with me during which we discussed the facts surrounding my accident. This was PRIOR to me selecting the firm! Steven Grant took it from there. He did a thorough job of researching the specifics of the accident and subsequent evaluative tests. The process evolved over several months; I was encouraged to remain patient. Steven assembled a great defense which laid out all facts in a compelling argument. The result of his work was a reduction in the charge to a Traffic Offence. The court was made to agree there was no indication of drug or alcohol impairment. There are no guaranteed outcomes in our court system. That being said, I recommend the Callahan Law firm to anyone looking for a professional staff that will work with you to find the best possible outcome to your case.

Being from out state was a challenge for a DUI I received. I had no idea what to do and where to start. I hired Stephen and Callahan Law after talking and researching several firms. Dealing with my first ever court case, being a DUI, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do it than Matthew. During the pandemic there was a lot of confusion within the courthouses that was causing stress on me and my family. Mr. Leyba was always there to talk and keep me in touch with what was going on, especially since he seemed to know more about the court system than the prosecutors. He always was the most professional and poised man in the courtroom and held control of the situation before and after the many many long drawn out court dates. He would consistently text me to keep me updated aswell and let me know if anything changed right when it did. Matthew is so professional aswell as understanding of people’s situations and truly takes the time to make sure you are happy and in touch with what is going on. I 100% recommend anyone going through any prosecution should contact Matthew as he not only lowered my case to a reckless driving, he did it will poise and made it much less stressful since I knew he was handling it thoroughly.
