I am giving Kertchen law 5 stars for a couple of reasons. One they responded to my email extremely fast. Two the process was easy and they answered all of the questions that I had. Three they worked with me and let me make payments because I needed gun rights and my record expunged which was a big help. Four they did what they said and I did not have to appear in court. When It was all said and done they emailed me the final order and I also received a copy in the mail. As long as you don’t have anything pending and it’s been three to four years Since you’ve had any charges or anything they can help you. I highly recommend that you use Kertchen Law to have your gun rights restored as well as whatever the charge was expunged. Thank You!

Scott's legal service was extremely helpful. I received a letter in the mail from him shortly after I received my traffic infraction. I was initially shocked because I wondered how he knew I received a ticket. So, I called him and he returned my call within a couple of hours, answered all my questions and shared how he could help me with potentially getting my ticket dismissed. I sent him the information he requested. He followed up with me once he received the report filed for my speeding ticket and let me know that things appeared to be in my favor to get the ticket dismissed. A few weeks later he notified me about a court date a few weeks later and let me know that I didn't have to appear in court because he would represent me. A month or so later he notified me that my speeding ticket was dismissed. His services were definitely worth it to avoid a hit on my driving record and unnecessary increase to my insurance had the ticket not been dismissed. The money he saved me in the long run was well worth it! I am a happy customer! Thank you Scott!

Scott is very communicative. You don’t have to call and ask questions, he usually informs you of what’s going before you even get a chance! He has a flat fee (even charged me the same once for a ticket with multiple violations and got all three dropped) and has a refund policy w no dismissal (atleast for the speeding) . I’ve used him multiple times and never had that issue though. Best part is you don’t deal with the court and you don’t show up to court. Sometimes the fee is more expensive than the ticket but it’s worth it to skip court, keep the speeding ticket of your record, and keep your insurance price from increasing.

I'm in Thurston County. I was accused of speeding and engaged Garguile Law to represent me. From start to finish they represented me professionally, courteously and efficiently. Government vs Jocelyn Stewart When you are going against the government, you will need someone on your side that will fight on your behalf every step of the way. I have 19 years in the military, and I found myself in trouble which is all my fault. The government wanted to take all my retirement and VA benefits away by giving me an Other Than Honorable Discharge. I did not know who to ask for help other than my military-appointed attorney. I want to start off with saying what a great job Beckwith Law did in facilitating such good attorneys for my case. Jenna Henderson handled my case and she was simply amazing, patient, kind, explained things very thoroughly, she was very wise and and sympathetic in handling my case. She was able to drop all of my other charges and fees, for a total of 5 ( Modified exhaust, Failure to transfer title, speeding 60 in a 30, DUI, expired tabs) and that left me with 1 single charge and she got my fees reduced and my payment plan pushed out months. It went fantastic ???? Just pay attention and do exactly what they say. Follow up on classes and find what you can in evidence that pertains to your case.
