The resolution was very, very favorable considering the circumstances. Every case has strengths & weaknesses and these were dealt with handily. To my relief, I did not feel like a cog or lost in a busy "maximize profit " machine. Plus & very importantly, other groups brought into the process were honest & reasonable as well (to my relief). My good experience with Callahan Law and in Particular Linda Callahan was far better than I could have expected. When I received my DUI I was in a situation where I felt completely violated, powerless and stuck even though I knew I was not guilty. I also knew whatever happened it was going to cost me big dollars, which I plain did not have, regardless of my being found guilty or innocent . I needed someone to represent me at a DOL hearing. I called a number of well regarded lawyers in the area but none would only do a DOL hearing. One attorney recommended Linda. I contacted the office near me and was very promptly call back. They told me that DOL hearings are VERY difficult to win but they were more successful than most other offices. I engaged their services for $500. I was concerned that I would just get ripped off and loose the hearing. Instead I was kept in the loop every step of the way. They always knew what was going on and they certainly had my best interest in mind. I could not be more pleased with the end result. I was one of the very fortunate few that actually won a DOL case. I have told this to my friends and most of them can't believe I actually won. Linda and her team were fantastic.

So I need you to focus on this case, and this case only, when you and I communicate. If you can’t focus, I’m going to have to have Western State Hospital look at you again. Remember, this about the incident that I represent you on. I know you don’t want me to ask WSH to look at you again, but if you can’t focus then I’ll have no choice. I can only help you on the situation I have, nothing else. I’m not saying that you don’t have the experiences or feelings you have, what I’m saying is that I’d you let those feeling intrude on your ability to help me on your case, my hands are tied. Can you do that? So my question was: do you have a number I can call you on? I am working on opening the attachment but haven’t been able to do that yet.... . next emai from deric smith.. If he doesn't want to involve himself in a case that may be a little over his his intelligence level did I would suggest to not take it. But to threaten me his client with a psych evaluation like that is the most unprofessional, cowardly, way to act as a lawyer.

Scott's legal service was extremely helpful. I received a letter in the mail from him shortly after I received my traffic infraction. I was initially shocked because I wondered how he knew I received a ticket. So, I called him and he returned my call within a couple of hours, answered all my questions and shared how he could help me with potentially getting my ticket dismissed. I sent him the information he requested. He followed up with me once he received the report filed for my speeding ticket and let me know that things appeared to be in my favor to get the ticket dismissed. A few weeks later he notified me about a court date a few weeks later and let me know that I didn't have to appear in court because he would represent me. A month or so later he notified me that my speeding ticket was dismissed. His services were definitely worth it to avoid a hit on my driving record and unnecessary increase to my insurance had the ticket not been dismissed. The money he saved me in the long run was well worth it! I am a happy customer! Thank you Scott!

Scott is very communicative. You don’t have to call and ask questions, he usually informs you of what’s going before you even get a chance! He has a flat fee (even charged me the same once for a ticket with multiple violations and got all three dropped) and has a refund policy w no dismissal (atleast for the speeding) . I’ve used him multiple times and never had that issue though. Best part is you don’t deal with the court and you don’t show up to court. Sometimes the fee is more expensive than the ticket but it’s worth it to skip court, keep the speeding ticket of your record, and keep your insurance price from increasing.
