Called for a consultation with Michael. I felt like he was rushing to get the conversation over with. He asked me about my case and did not seem confident or able to assure me of a positive outcome. Instead he quoted me almost $3,000 for a non violent misdemeanor. I would recommend doing more research in other attorneys who actually care.

I was cited for obstruction of a police officer. I was referred to Mr. Brodsky by one of my supervisors. My citation unfortunately occurred during a high profile incident which in turn now made my citation a high profile incident after it was released to the newspaper. I was looking at a max fine of 10000 dollars and up to one year in jail. Mr. Brodsky was direct and honest. Long story short Mr. Brodsky was able to get my citation dropped down from a criminal gross misdemeanor, to a simple noise infraction. I paid a small 250 dollar fine and did 20 hours community service. Best of all, I got to keep my clean record. I can thank Mr. Brodsky enough for his professionalism, honesty and efficiency. I whole wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Brodsky to anyone in need of an attorney.

The law offices of Lance Fryer were incredible to us, in fact we asked if we could keep them on retainer just in case we needed any legal help. They listen, they make sure that the attorney that’s going to be taking care of your case is a good fit for you and they are extremely good at communicating. My ex boyfriend had gotten arrested and had gotten 2 pretty bogus charges from defending himself at a bar, had we not retained them then he would have had fines through the roof, double the time if he reoffended and double the probationary time. In the long run without the law offices of Lance Fryer it would have cost more to try to get a public defender and take the charges. They are the best they truly care about the client. They are flexible with payment if you need to split up your cost they set you up on a payment plan, and it’s well worth the money to have them take care of you. I genuinely believe it was the easiest smoothest road to take because they did everything down to reminding him when he had court the day before and the hour before and if we went the other route it would have cost more in fines alone. They explained everything in great detail and did not make us feel pressured into anything. I would recommend them to anyone I know. This attorney was recommended by the Lance Fryrear law firm because my case was too complicated for them, including that it was at the Shoreline District Court and they think that it is a difficult court to deal with. According to them, Lucas McWethy was a creative attorney and able to handle complex cases. In my case a stalker against whom I have an order of protection, has been asking for order of protections against me out of retaliation and keeps trying to set me up for crimes when he knows my whereabouts. I have now been charged for a crime that it is fairly easy to demonstrate I did not commit since I have strong alibis. The Law Firm of Lucas D. McWethy told me that they did not have time to represent me to fight the order of protection and the misdemeanor charges without asking for any details or reviewing the case at all.. They recommended eanother attorney who ended up representing me to fight the order of protection and was very successful. He was very effective proving that the petitioner was a very deceitful individual, particularly by gathering crucial information before the hearing. He is now also representing me for the false charges and the case appears strong because the petitioner, an extremely conning ex-convict forged affidavits on behalf of other individuals and has submitted multiple false documents. My attorney has gathered evidence to fully demonstrate that the documents were forgeries. Attorneys and law firms should be rated not only based on the cases they take and win, but also based on the cases they reject. In my experience with this law firm and Lance Fryrear's law firm is that they take the cases they think they can easily win and reject those with some degree of difficulty. Even though my case seemed difficult to win, had any of these two law offices reviewed the multiple deceitful documents forged by the accuser, t hey would have realized that the case was not that complex. I give this rating because this law office expressed that they did not have time to deal with a case that showed some difficulty. My attorney has won the first part already,

The first meeting went well. Mr. Roshandel set realistic expectations. These situations can go smoother if you do things a certain way. Let me explain. I set Mr. Roshandel up for success by not answering the officer's questions during the alleged violation. While the officer asked probing questions I used my right not to engage or acknowledge. I called Mr. Roshandel within 24 hrs of the situation giving him the most time to prep. He accepts the group law/met law insurance I have through my employer. My confidence in Mr. Roshan del is high.
