I called and tried to get a over the phone consultation I started to explain my situation and the lady that answered the phone stopped me and stated that she doesn't need to hear the back story and that she tries to maximize her time my situation to me is kind of complicated so it involves me telling the story she didn't try to listen to me so I hung up I'm not writing this review to discredit anyone's work but to let it be known that whomever I spoke with was not patient as I think a lawyer should be

I have called 3 times in 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a call back for a consultation.. I now understand why there was a delay in contacting me. I can now say what an amazing team of people you have in your office. Mr. Jubran to you i have to say Thank you and that doesn't say enough. Above and beyond you went right away to take great care of one of my legal issues. The very next day first thing in the morning you already had my next issue on paper and ready to go. Do not hire this team of rip off artist ! All they will do is fill you with alot of broken promises while emptying your bank account. I spent over 12 grand with absolutely no results. Do not fall for there lies and kindness , it is all fake. If you read this comment and and still hire them you are setting yourself up for failure and a empty bank account , guaranteed ! Gerald Wilkerson is an amazing attorney he is always thinking of good ways to help you navigate extremely tough issues when dealing with family issues. I have used him in the past and seen great results he really listened to what I said and also engages to find the best solution when we were going through a custody case. He also has the tenacity to fight to the end which in some cases when custody is involved its necessary. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good family law attorney. Beth Luna really did a fantastic job with my divorce. It was unfortunately an extremely messy one with restraining orders, difficulty having the second party sign papers and worse a child was involved. Beth was able to help with absolutely everything, she is a skilled attorney and an attorney with real feelings. It is still unusual for a father to gain full custody of his daughter, but she was able to do this through her knowledge of law and experience. I hope to never need her services for something like this again, but if I did Beth Luna is the only one I would call. If you need the best, you should contact her. I am very grateful for everything she has done.

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. This law firm has a very high turn over rate and you’ll get shifted from one attorney to the next (which you’ll then have to pay $$$ for another attorney to get familiar with your case). If you need an aggressive attorney, I do not recommend Ellen Ball. She will do what she wants with your case, even if you directly tell her in writing that you don’t agree/want to go that route. She will do the bare minimum and is definitely not a shark. You need an attorney you can trust to advocate for you and your family...she is NOT it. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

This law firm is trash they are highly Unprofessional i should have to tell someone i have hired to do there job i have been over charged i cant believe i was charged $40 doller gorna 3 min phone call amd thin after i was talked to about it on the phone the letter they sent they cjarged me another $25 dollers amd Stephanie Bakers assistant Raquelwould not lets me talk she talked over me amd know Stephanie BakerHas lied on her withdrawal paperFor her being incompetent not knowing how to do jer job i told her she was fired amd she wrote i have mot complied when i told her weeks befor i was outnof town this is a poor lawer ansd a lowr so disrespectful incamt believe theu are in business and i will be contacting the bar to dee that she is not longer a lawyer such a sorry business

The outcome of my divorce was mostly determined by me with negotiations with my former spouse so for litigation, I have no review. My issue was attention to detail. My financial affidavit was incorrect when returned to me, even though I provided the correct information, then I was charged the time it took them to revise the affidavit. Once I made an offer for my attorney to provide to opposing counsel, the offer sent did not have all the the details I requested and when my attorney sent opposing counsel the amendment, I was charged for the additional time for his mistake. My attorney told me that opposing counsel was going to schedule the hearing to get the divorce finalized, then his staff sent me a date for me to attend. When I responded with his previous email stating opposing counsel was to schedule and attend the hearing he apparently forgot about it and never mentioned it to opposing counsel as I had to remind them I was never informed of a date. Finally, after the hearing was completed I had to request my final documentation because they did not follow up to provide me with that until I reminded them. The cost was substantial for the service and poor quality. Once your case is complete they will send you an additional bill to close out your file. The firm might be effective if they were genuinely as concerned for their client as they are for their charges. I would not recommend this firm. For what you will pay, I believe there is better counsel.

I have so many amazing things to say about this law firm and the people who make it the best. I will try to make it short and sweet. I contacted Zisser Family Law because I signed temporary custody over to my husband's parents when I was going through a difficult time in my life. When I got everything straight, his parents did not want to return custody to me and when I petitioned for the order to be dropped, they denied it. This has been one of the most difficult experiences I've ever had. My son did not have an easy time either. This went on for nearly 7 months from the day of signing temp. custody to the day they finally signed the motion to drop temp. custody. Jonathan has been my attorney and represented me thoughtfully and loyally through the entire process. He remained professional during a case that is very personal and emotionally stressful. He responded to me at all times when I needed help and he responded to the other side's actions promptly. He was able to forsee what would happen and filed the appropriate documents before the other side acted on something. He represented me fiercely, respectfully, and was very intelligent and talented in every move he made. He was not aggressive, but he was very focused on getting my son back with his parents and he didn't stop until they surrendered my son to me. He knows the law very well and has a direct way of solving legal battles. He has a passion for family law and is very fair in the way he resolves legal disagreements between families. He does what is best for the children and he is very fair. Whether I won or not, I would recommend anyone to retain Jonathan if they every need a lawyer for family issues. His team was wonderful and extremely helpful. Any great lawyer has a strong team. They worked quickly and diligently on anything that me or Jonathan requested. Kristy is the paralegal and she talked me through all the difficult paperwork over the phone and through emails. She is very friendly, witty, and dedicated to Zisser Law Firm. Stacey wrote and filed each important document with the court and explained everything each step of the way. They are all very to the point and they don't sugar coat anything. I knew what was going on each step of the way and felt very confident throughout the case; which is vital for a mother to feel confident about her children's lives. Aaron was very easy to work with. He has always helped me over the years with various questions and situations I have experienced over child support. He is very busy, and for good reason, but he always took the time to talk to me if I had any concerns. He has got a little fire in him, which was great!! I really appreciate him, and my case went very smoothly. He was very patient, fair and professional. The Makofka firm is a real class-act! Thank you again Aaron for all of your help! Aaron was nice, slick talker, Told me everything that I wanted to hear to get me to sign with him. Told me my case would take 3500.00 payed him. Then never really heard from him for over a year during the case but to give him my financials! Showed up late to our Mediation, never said anything I had to do all the talking. Then We had a early hearing for Alimony! That he didn’t even prepare me for , met me 15min before for a quick chat! We had maybe 3 phone calls and a few emails over a year and a half that cost me $3500.00. He said he lost all the records of the emails his PA did because she quit. He went through a couple more PA’s and I emailed him several times to update my case took him several weeks to respond! He could remember any of the conversation we had in past , and just kept charging me for emails for me to be updated on case! I decided to try to negotiate with my wife myself Because I already paid this hack thousands of dollars and just need him to finish the case! Having to get a new lawyer would had cost me double the money! My X-Wife Attorney would tell us that Aaron was very non responsive and never would return her emails or calls! So I really had to go behind the seen and deal with it my self! Then after we agree on our settlement I get a bill for 1300 more dollars before he would finish the case!! For a few e-mail and a couple call that I had to send to get responses from them! At this point he’s holding my case hostage until he gets money, This case has taken almost 3 years and he didn’t even try to win my case for my benefit, it was more for his convenience! Also to note when I questioned him about things he had a quick temper! Had to bite my tongue a few times! Just wanted this case to end! I would not recommend this firm to anyone! Honestly this review is not because I didn’t get the out come I wanted, This Firm is a Joke Especially Aaron! Take note of this review as you want, but Seriously think about interviewing other Firms before this one!!!

Where do I begin .....Today Mr. David Makofka won the first hearing in a very hard battle I’ve been having with my ex husband. I’m active duty and everyone knows that comes with possible relocation. I brought all my concerns and worries to Mr Makofka from the beginning to the present. He addressed my concerns in full, he explained the process of requesting a relocation and told me it would be no easy battle. I was very happy for his honesty through this entire process and for being patient with me . Mr Makofka has my recommendation in full and I’m happy I went through this entire process with him . I can’t explain in words how grateful I am to have the opportunity for my baby to locate with me ????.

Chris Taylor is an exceptional lawyer. We haven't completed my divorce case as there is an issue with venue currently and due to that I don't know if I can afford to continue on having him represent me as it could cost him driving 3 hours away, but this man has been absolutely fantastic. He truly cares about his clients and wants the absolute best for them while spending as little of their money as possible. If you are looking for a divorce attorney and don't have much money to spend, I would highly suggest Chris Taylor, he is absolutely worth more than what your paying for, but that's what makes him so great. 5/5

He communicated with me well throughout the process and gave reasonable expectations which made the process much easier to deal with.
