If I could give them negative stars I would. Was continually ignored in requests, given biased excuses as to why plans wouldn’t work, and offered an insulting parenting plan in my case for my daughter simply because I was on a payment plan and did not pay them the few thousand dollars they believed they earned. They allowed the opposing counsel to continually waste time without reprecussion and have given no solutions in months simply to make a quick buck fast. They are more concerned with getting paid and having their way than fighting for your or your child’s rights. Stay away, far away. They will not help you unless you pay them the top dollar they believe they deserve.

I tried to get info on how to proceed with one of their attorney's representing my brother as a parole attorney yet the secretary or clerk was case confused as to whether I had obtained counsel or not. I told her I have not retained anyone but planning to retain someone soon. She said she could only make in person consultation ( which I know is not true). At that time I thanked her and hung up. Guichard has been nothing but the best in my book when it comes to attorney’s. Prior to hiring him I was working with another attorney for my child custody issue. Who did a tremendous job. Unfortunately, I found myself going back to court for a similar situation with child custody but with another child. The lawyer I had couldn’t take my case and told me he really wanted to help me but he couldn’t because he was tied up on my court date with another client and I couldn’t reschedule trial and needed a lawyer quick. He said “I know just the lawyer for you and will fight for you”. All I can say is that Guichard has been great and has gotten me joint custody of my boy when the odds were against me. When I found Art Fulmer, I was about 5 months into my custody case (Modification of Parenting Plan) and my previous attorney had run my case into the ground. I went from having my children the majority of the time for the last 5 years (which had not been filed with court formally, we basically just agreed to it 5 years ago) to having them every other week and taking them back and forth between here and the location of their father which was an hour away, not to mention they had already started brick and mortar school for 4 weeks the beginning of the school year before I lost my very first hearing and the judge ordered that I hand the kids over to their father that same day and the very next day their father unenrolled them in the school they had been in for the last 5 years and then enrolled them in a different county for virtual learning. All because of a oversight and a mistake in the parenting plan 5 years ago. Without going into too much detail, 5 months in with my previous Attorney, I was in fear that their father would be able to just rip their roots up from the city they had been living in for the last 5 years, (school, friends, home, recreational activities, etc.) and just relocate them to a city an hour away in a new community in the middle of the pandemic when they were already going through enough changes. After I explained to Art the situation and the background, he was completely shocked that my case had gone as far as it did...my previous Attorney rarely returned my calls, rarely emailed me back, in fact most of the emails I received back from her was an automated message that said, "Out of Office"... When we had a hearing, she would literally research the morning of and would be completely unprepared every single time. She lost every hearing we had, most importantly, the very first one which I should have been able to win by a landslide. From the beginning, Art was very up front with me and said it will not be easy to fix the mess my previous Attorney put my case in, but he guaranteed me that he would make sure he would get my case back on track and he absolutely did. Less than 2 months after I signed a retainer with Art Fulmer, I was back on top of my case, we signed a mutually agreed upon, Modified Parenting Plan, I got my girls back the majority of the time, and my girls were back in school ❤️ I am so thankful I found Mr. Fulmer and his team! I cannot praise his firm enough. My ex husband's attorney was very aggressive and was always very diligent but when I found Art, his Attorney had met his match, in my opinion.
