I was battling a child custody dispute for over 1 year, unhappy with how my attorney was representing our case. I then found Mr. Hurvitz’s information online and saw that he had great reviews. I scheduled a consultation with him and ended up hiring him to represent me. I was very happy with how Mr. Hurvitz handled the case. It was a tough case that got stretched out over another year due to Covid. Mr. Hurvitz was always on top of things and quickly responded to my calls and e-mails. He always made time to answer my questions and concerns and was attentive to all the case information I provided him. Every time we had a deposition or had to show up in front of a judge, I was thoroughly impressed with how he represented the case. Mr. Hurvitz ended up helping me gain 50% custody of my child and thanks to his extensive knowledge in case law, significantly reduced my child support obligation. Although these cases are never ‘cheap’ to handle, I felt like Mr. Hurvitz was frugal with my costs and saved me money where was possible. I am overall extremely satisfied with his services and will most definitely have him represent me again if needed.

Tia was invaluable in helping us through a difficult time. After we were in a car accident and suffered some injuries, we didn’t know how to proceed with getting the medical bills paid. We were dealing with body aches, doctors, medical bills, and the overwhelming emotions all at the same time. Tia was wonderful! She was so responsive, and we really felt that she had our best interests at heart. Steve is an amazing attorney. We hired him for my daughter in the Tampa area. He got the injunctions and divorce processed quickly and was there for every step of the dependency. He saw through all of the legal mumbo jumbo and where Hillsboro has the largest amount of children in the system, moved our case like Lightning Speed. David was brutally honest but very kind and very patient, taking every opportunity to explain, teach, and inquire. He took a measured approach, incorporated our wishes and suggestions, and gradually turned the tide on opposing counsel. I would say that he overcame a bully using superior knowledge of the law and a great brain! I very much recommend Mr. Anton as a family law attorney. Mr. Anton handled my difficult divorce case which unfortunately included a full contested final hearing or trial. When first retained, he explained that most divorce actions are resolved by the signing of a marital settlement agreement as opposed to having a contested trial. I told him that he didn’t know my spouse. I was falsely accused of all sorts of financial misdeeds. Furthermore, my wife took several unlikely positions which, despite 2 mediations, she would not negotiate. Mr. Anton both developed my case and conducted my eventual trial with great expertise. It was all done very logically and organized. He was also able to clearly communicate what was needed for the Judge to make his decision. Mr. Anton was also very good at keeping me informed of what was occurring in my case as it was occurring. He and his very experienced paralegal were always available throughout my case. Going through a divorce was scary and stressful and it helps to know what is taking place while it is happening. Again, I do recommend that if you have the need for a quality divorce counsel that you consider Mr. Anton’s services.

Today was the day of victory to my son and I. Words will not describe what Mrs. Sparkman did to handle this case. From the bottom of my heart I advise every parent that care for there children to hire this firm. It took 6 years because it was a long case but since day 1 Mrs. Sparkman worked on this case in the same quality, high value, professional, responsive and many to add. She taught me how to deal and be patient. With all the false accusations that the other party presented,Mrs. Shazia never gave up, she texted me at midnight, she replied 24/7. She even cried when I cried. I would never believe a lawyer will worry about their clients this way. I have evidence and facts to show anyone who is interested. I waited to post this review 6 years. I was complaining sometimes about how expensive it is to wait this long to get primary custody but now I regret and I don't know how to pay Mrs. Sparkman back for what she did. You will never know what the person is worth until you need there help. She never used false facts. She was directly to the point. She made sense in every motion she filed. We hire this attorney for a final judgement. First they place the claim in the wrong court after 2 years going back and forward ending up costing about 3k with no ending result at all. The judge inform the claim needs to be place in the correct court after 2 years waisted. The office communication was terrible and they did not want to be accountable for their error. I have proof is someone needs this information. Do not waste your money in this firm.

This law firm is the absolute worse of them all. I had to continuously contact their office for updates. I never spoke to my actual case manager never sat down to discuss details of my case except for the first initial consultation. Tim Prugh is very rude and condescending. Was told by my doctors that his law firm was no longer representing me as legal counsel and never received a call from Tim to determine why. When I questioned why was I finding out from my doctor this information I was told by Tim that I was being aggressive and loud. Instead of an apology for unprofessional behavior and actions I was being blamed for my accident and not heard. I highly would not recommend this firm to no one. Utterly horrible!!!!!

Prugh likes to settle out of court in 3 different conversations he mentioned how tuff and difficult an oponent we had the case lasted close to 2 years and he wouldn't move forward with a trial i finally gave up and told him to settle for whatever at the end due to my accident i have medical papers that certify me as 30% disabled and i live in pain i would recomend staying away from this guy

Coming from the heart, David Caveda absolutely deserves an award for everything he did for my children & I. My case was very strenuous and unpredictable as to what could be decided and he still accepted while being positive and reassuring along the way of my 1 1/2 year nasty divorce and relocation case. If you’re looking for the best attorney to represent your case and level the playing field, David is by far the best! I hired David and his firm a little over 6 months ago when my last attorney complicated issues and wouldn’t act on the best interests of my son. The case was dragging on-and on-and on for what was way too long. The other attorney just simply racked up meaningless attorney fees and placed my son in danger. Not only did David fix all the issues previously encountered, and fast, he was able to get the entire case completed and settled in such a short time period, it’s amazing!
