I inquired about a very complicated situation with my son and his mother. This firm set up a consultation with me immediately even with a packed schedule. I am extremely satisfied with the service and conversation we had. We spoke for over an hour and I was given all kinds of FREE advice about my particular situation. I had some technical issues and was concerned about not being able to talk. It was met with absolutely no judgement, a warm acceptance, and with alternative means to consult. Overall I am happy with Brandi and the whole team because I feel welcome and a part of a team who really cares and wants to help. I definitely recommend this firm and I urge you to at least give them a call and see what happens, at the very least you will get some amazing advice.

I was battling a child custody dispute for over 1 year, unhappy with how my attorney was representing our case. I then found Mr. Hurvitz’s information online and saw that he had great reviews. I scheduled a consultation with him and ended up hiring him to represent me. I was very happy with how Mr. Hurvitz handled the case. It was a tough case that got stretched out over another year due to Covid. Mr. Hurvitz was always on top of things and quickly responded to my calls and e-mails. He always made time to answer my questions and concerns and was attentive to all the case information I provided him. Every time we had a deposition or had to show up in front of a judge, I was thoroughly impressed with how he represented the case. Mr. Hurvitz ended up helping me gain 50% custody of my child and thanks to his extensive knowledge in case law, significantly reduced my child support obligation. Although these cases are never ‘cheap’ to handle, I felt like Mr. Hurvitz was frugal with my costs and saved me money where was possible. I am overall extremely satisfied with his services and will most definitely have him represent me again if needed.

I was their first COVID divorce case and they helped me navigate through the legal process and going to court virtually. I always seemed to have a question after hours or on the weekends and Nathan was so responsive even when he was out of the office. We hire this attorney for a final judgement. First they place the claim in the wrong court after 2 years going back and forward ending up costing about 3k with no ending result at all. The judge inform the claim needs to be place in the correct court after 2 years waisted. The office communication was terrible and they did not want to be accountable for their error. I have proof is someone needs this information. Do not waste your money in this firm.

Coming from the heart, David Caveda absolutely deserves an award for everything he did for my children & I. My case was very strenuous and unpredictable as to what could be decided and he still accepted while being positive and reassuring along the way of my 1 1/2 year nasty divorce and relocation case. I was granted relocation and received mostly everything I needed! David and his team, specifically Pam, are very attentive and answer all questions needed to prepare everything very quickly. David is a very honest man and talks to you and cares for you like an actual person, not just a number. If you’re looking for the best attorney to represent your case and level the playing field, David is by far the best! I hired David and his firm a little over 6 months ago when my last attorney complicated issues and wouldn’t act on the best interests of my son. The case was dragging on-and on-and on for what was way too long. The other attorney just simply racked up meaningless attorney fees and placed my son in danger. Not only did David fix all the issues previously encountered, and fast, he was able to get the entire case completed and settled in such a short time period, it’s amazing! I just would like to share my experience that I had working with another firm before someone recommended Jeanne T. Tate, P.A. And then share my experience working with Jeanne T. Tate, P.A. We needed legal assistance with regards to an adoption. After spending over $2K and almost 8 months of very little focused attention with another "Family" Law Firm in Tampa and also dealing with an attorney who did not know how to handle an adoption process, we replaced the firm and hired Erica Healey at Jeanne T. Tate, P. A. This was the best decision we made as a family. Within a matter of a few weeks Counselor Healey had everything completed and had our final hearing scheduled in Florida. Mind you this case was a multi-state adoption. She knew exactly what needed to be done, how to get it done and the feedback and communication was better than the five stars I could give. Likewise, I wish I could give this firm more stars and recommendations. So please do not make this mistake our family made and go with any other firm than this one. It will cause you to waste money and valuable precious time that cannot be recovered. With Jeanne T. Tate, P.A, Its not about extending and dragging out your case to attain more billable hours like many of the others. They want to make their clients happy and quickly resolve family matters. I was referred to the law firm in early November. The attorney we spoke to seemed genuine in wanting to help me with adopting my step-daughter. She was also honest about the risks and success rate, but we felt confident in their abilities to help us. The next day, my wife and I were signing official documents to hire Erica Healey to represent me in what we knew was going to be a rocky process. The communication between her paralegal was amazing. Hello, I was adopted in 2002 my mother was tricked by Jeannie Tate. She was 18 and Jeannie Tate failed to share information with her and didn't properly explain adopted therefore I was put into the adoption agency's hands and my mother had to give me up completely and lose me for 16 years. She has done this to plenty of other parents where they have lost their children and the child has been sold off. She will not stop. She tricks parents and last minute after they sign their rights away she tells them the important information that could change their minds but only after it is to late and this is not fair to the parents nor the child. She does not need to be doing any more adoptions I am walking proof of what Jeannie Tate has done. And after all these years I will speak up what she did was not right and to all those other kids who had that chance to stay with their biological parents who were tricked just is not right! She will continue to sell off young children who are voiceless and have no sense of option if no one speaks out.

This law firm is the absolute worse of them all. I had to continuously contact their office for updates. I never spoke to my actual case manager never sat down to discuss details of my case except for the first initial consultation. Tim Prugh is very rude and condescending. Was told by my doctors that his law firm was no longer representing me as legal counsel and never received a call from Tim to determine why. When I questioned why was I finding out from my doctor this information I was told by Tim that I was being aggressive and loud. Instead of an apology for unprofessional behavior and actions I was being blamed for my accident and not heard. I highly would not recommend this firm to no one. Utterly horrible!!!!!

Prugh likes to settle out of court in 3 different conversations he mentioned how tuff and difficult an oponent we had the case lasted close to 2 years and he wouldn't move forward with a trial i finally gave up and told him to settle for whatever at the end due to my accident i have medical papers that certify me as 30% disabled and i live in pain i would recomend staying away from this guy
