The number of high quality reviews I read while researching divorce attorneys, particularly those specializing in alimony is what drew my interest, John didn’t disappoint. He was upfront, consistent and completely honest in terms of expectations. Responsive and always available, John on several occasions answered questions and addressed concerns late evenings and on weekends. Professional and courteous, the polar opposite of the opposing attorney. John made me comfortable and confident in an unpleasant situation, all while achieving results that were well above what was expected. P.s. this review was written before my ruling which basically gave me and my children's lives back after 1.5yrs of litigation. Worth every penny. I reached out to an attorney friend in South Carolina when seeking a divorce attorney in the Tampa area. He took some time, did his research and recommended Traci Koster. She exceeded the outstanding reputation she has earned that led my friend to recommend her as his top choice from 8 hours away. From our first meeting via Zoom until the day my divorce was official, Traci was everything I could have asked for, guiding me through the process of ending a 31-year marriage which was irrevocably broken. Traci had the great ability to "talk me off the ledge" and help me stay focused on the big picture instead of getting lost in the minutiae. She was the ultimate professional, with tremendous people skills, which made it easy for me to talk through every aspect of the divorce. In the end, I was extremely happy with the settlement Traci negotiated. I have heard horror stories from friends who have gone through a divorce and have spent a fortune without getting the kind of results I got by working with Traci. I realize every time I hear another story how fortunate I was to find my way to her. Without hesitation, I give Traci Koster my highest recommendation.

Absolutely worst law firm. I would never recommend them neither Tracy Koster not Seth Nelson. They took my whole retainer and did no work for me at all all while putting me at risk of loosing my child. Assured me that everything would be fine but never even read the filed court orders. Incredibly disappointing and sad to see people like this practice law and steal from people.

Finding the right attorney can be a challenge, especially for a strong personality client (i.e. me). It was very important that I found someone not only extremely capable of dealing with my case but also dealing with me. I needed someone to support me when i was on the right train of thought, or advise me when I wasn't. Seth and his team were very attentive to me and prompt in moving my case forward. I called the Maney Family Law office and I spoke to Hannah, they were about to get me in the same day for a meeting. I explained to Paul and Hannah what was going on and they listened and took in everything I was saying. Paul, Hannah and Kyrsten were great, all three listened and made me feel heard. I am so grateful, when I called they answered every question I had and talked me through the whole process. Being in a different state was hard to get together for face to faces but they handled everything with the utmost professionalism. When it came to mediation I didn't have anything to worry about, they walked in and got the job done. Hannah was amazing, she sat next to me the whole time and kept reassuring me I had nothing to be sorry for when it came to my divorce. The Maney Family Law Team is fantastic at what they do. To be completely honest, the worse experience I have ever had. I only spoke to Paul ONCE! Every time I would call, Krysten and Hannah would say “he will give you a call before the end of the day”, they made promises all the time. I never received a call. Never received an update. The fact that I had to be the one to contact them to receive updates was ridiculous. The communication was terrible. The second time I spoke to Paul was when I decided to terminate / withdraw. Krysten mentioned that it was a “waiting game”. Who wants to hear this after making a payment over a month ago and still not receiving a call with an update when you literally have mediation in 3 weeks. Never requested paperwork, was never asked what my concerns were, what my expectations were for my case. Imean it was the worse experience ever. The only thing that I would give him five stars for, would be the fact that I received a full refund of what I paid, UP FRONT. After he received payment, I reached out a total of 8 times and from those 8 times the only call I received in return was the one to confirm my withdrawal. Keep in mind I sent plenty of emails to everyone in the practice. I was also told I would receive an email with paperwork that needed to be filed out, krysten never sent it over. I hired Paul to take stress away from me, technically that’s what they are being paid for, instead they made it worse and difficult for me being that I had to last minute shop for another lawyer whose communication is 100000000x better than the experience I had with Paul’s team. I do not recommend. Unless you are someone who doesn’t care to hear back from someone that you paid a certain amount STARTING. If you want to have last minute offers, then go for it. Advise that I would recommend would be to communicate or acknowledge the customer. I understand Paul is extremely busy, however his assistants need to be more engaged with the customers needs.

I was introduced to Paul by a friend after posting on social media that I was looking for a reputable divorce attorney in Tampa. I have met with many attorneys by that time and just couldn't connect with them on a gut level until a met Paul. He was very knowledgeable not only about divorce but other Family law related issues. He even presented the collaborative divorce option which none of the other attorneys did. If you're getting divorced, interview at least 3 attorneys and go with your gut.

Tia was invaluable in helping us through a difficult time. After we were in a car accident and suffered some injuries, we didn’t know how to proceed with getting the medical bills paid. We were dealing with body aches, doctors, medical bills, and the overwhelming emotions all at the same time. Tia was wonderful! She was so responsive, and we really felt that she had our best interests at heart. During meditation she battled on our behalf with the judge and insurance company and in the end she got us more money then we would have if we didn’t hire her. If you want a tough lawyer to represent you, Tia’s the lawyer for you.

Steve is an amazing attorney. We hired him for my daughter in the Tampa area. He got the injunctions and divorce processed quickly and was there for every step of the dependency. He saw through all of the legal mumbo jumbo and where Hillsboro has the largest amount of children in the system, moved our case like Lightning Speed. Everyone from the state said it was TURBO speed and no case has ever gone through so fast. We feel so confident to have Steve Glaros on our side, especially when my daughter is not guilty. This law firm is the absolute worse of them all. I had to continuously contact their office for updates. I never spoke to my actual case manager never sat down to discuss details of my case except for the first initial consultation. Tim Prugh is very rude and condescending. Was told by my doctors that his law firm was no longer representing me as legal counsel and never received a call from Tim to determine why. When I questioned why was I finding out from my doctor this information I was told by Tim that I was being aggressive and loud. Instead of an apology for unprofessional behavior and actions I was being blamed for my accident and not heard. I highly would not recommend this firm to no one. Utterly horrible!!!!!

Prugh likes to settle out of court in 3 different conversations he mentioned how tuff and difficult an oponent we had the case lasted close to 2 years and he wouldn't move forward with a trial i finally gave up and told him to settle for whatever at the end due to my accident i have medical papers that certify me as 30% disabled and i live in pain i would recomend staying away from this guy

I retained Mary Quinn to replace my initial attorney in the matter of my divorce. Within days of engaging Mary, she shifted my case from a position of weakness to a position of strength. Her experience professionalism and no-nonsense approach, put opposing counsel on notice that she would fight for a fair and equitable outcome in my case. My case, while not unique, was complex as there were multiple properties, a small business and a significant income disparity between myself and my now ex-wife. I had the best experience with Marie and Nina. I ended up in a car accident where I truly thought there was no way to get justice for me and my injuries due to: an unlicensed, underage driver driving a rental car by a company about to go bankrupt. Plus, the accident involved: totaled cars, us about to leave the country - wow that's a handful. But, Marie and Nina reassured us, checked in with us constantly, and helped us through this complicated process in a super short amount of time. These two are highly competent attorneys. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

Marie is an exceptional human being, and the greatest lawyer you will ever find. When our house flooded over two years ago, we didn’t know what to do. Our house was destroyed, insurance denied our claim, my newborn baby was ill from the water/mold damage, and I was lost. It was such a dark time. I didn’t know where to go, what to do, or who to talk to. All I knew is that I needed to leave my home to keep my child in a safe environment, and that my house needed to be completely gutted and rebuilt. But where to begin? How could I afford it? Why wasn’t insurance doing what I paid for? I didn’t know how to answer ANY of those questions. Marie was like a knight in shining legal armor. At no upfront cost, she not only went to bat for me against my homeowner’s insurance, but she also helped me navigate where to go, who to talk to, and in what order to start tackling the demolition/reconstruction of my house. She was there with my family every step of the way. She communicated, even if there was nothing to say. She got angry with me, she got angry FOR me. She fought for us where we couldn’t, and NEVER gave up. It wasn’t easy and it was a very long road, but Marie knew our worth. She put us first always, even if it meant putting herself on the backburner. Now over two years later, we have finally moved back into our finished home, received a check from the insurance company to cover the costs, and finally can look forward instead of backwards.
