I am not sure what to say about this. I contacted Christina because I thought she was a lawyer take care and fight for the women. I was wrong. First of all, I thought it was absurd that I could not meet her in person. I am trusting my future with a person that only do phone calls and $400 consultation. I read one review and I do have to agree that I felt the same. Not only I felt that she kind of make the client feel that you will lose and also I had a feeling that she was not really into fight for me. It was more like whatever you get. It’s what you get Didn’t give me any assurance of our will fight to get What are your rights. .It is extremely stressful moment and lawyers like that make you feel hopeless about humanity, especially when is women helping women. The consultation was over the phone, which I was very annoyed. I could not record the consultation. I pay $400 for not sure why could not ask the questions I want because she wanted to tell me things are already new because I already had two consultations from two different lawyers prior, however she Wanted to make sure she could speak most of the time so the consultation for me was not useful at all waste of money. The consultation felt rushed and she finished at 59 Minutes not 1 second. Later , I got an email from her later on, explaining all the things that I would have to accept for her to be my lawyer besides the outrageous amount she asked upfront 10 grand with nonrefundable, even if My husband Settle with me in a month later I would lose the 10 grand. I was quite disappointed because I was hoping the reviews were real, but I’m glad that I I had the consult, even though I did not got any information whatsoever about my case because all she gave me was the law and the law. I already knew all about every time I got more information in half an hour Free consultation from another lawyer that I got from Christina in one hour I wanna ask about my personal life in the consultation I pay for, she would speak over me cut me off and pretty much dismiss like this is something you’re probably gonna have to pay later on to be able to tell me ,it was a completely disappointment and I’m just letting everybody know because it’s not cheap and you should make sure you choose the lawyer they will represent you and not will only come and say we are a small business, but we need all the money you got in your pocket.

I found Christina when I was going through one of the worst times of my life - my divorce. It was a pretty emotional time with everything involved and I really needed someone to help me sort through it all. She was patient, kind and explained everything so I could understand it all. It was a tremendous burden lifted when I hired her, she was attentive, always quick to respond and super informative. She helped keep me calm during the lowest points and kept me updated throughout it all. No one ever wants to go through a divorce, but I'm so glad I had Christina to help me through it.

I hired Christina’s law firm to represent me during my divorce. I was hesitant to file due to a lot of fears and unknowns. She was patient and professional with me. Never pushed me to make any decisions I wasn’t comfortable with. She was supportive and informative. The entire process was daunting yet she never failed to keep me in the loop. I have known Tom professionally for several decades. As a CPA in the central Florida area I have worked with him on Mutual client issues and I have used him as my attorney for several business and personal legal issues over the years. Tom helped me through a pretty ugly custody/child support case. He was super fair with his pricing and he really made me feel he cared about my case on a personal level. We got pretty much everything we asked for and now I’m seeing my kids again, and my child support didn’t go up a penny. I wouldn’t go to another attorney for anything. Tom is my guy! I recommend his services and his assistant, Melody was always pleasant to speak with.

For a simple divorce with no children or real property, this was expensive and a long drawn-out process (with no special thanks to COVID-19/Pandemic Relief). These people,especially Jean Moses go way above the call of duty to be courteous,professional and at the same time personable. Their response is immediate and effectiveness unparalleled. I had originally hired a different firm and could see the difference. Where the first lawyer just let the paralegal send correspondence which was not particularly compelling Jean corresponds with opposing council and gets results. They wrapped a difficult case with a very stubborn and greedy wife to my advantage in just a few months where the previous attorney had the case for 6 months and failed to get an injunction as well as letting an emergency support hearing go entirely wife's wife's way. I'm only rating Bird Law Firm 5 stars because I'm not allowed to give it 10 stars. Although that may seem like an exaggeration of her abilities, I assure you it is not. I retained Attorney Bird in June of 2020. In addition to her professional, caring, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable services, I also received the same level of professionalism and knowledge in her paralegal, Suzanne. They helped me navigate false allegations and manipulations of an abusive soon to be ex-husband in order to protect me and my son. I cannot imagine having to work with another attorney during this time. She is the best representation that I could have asked for.

I used Wade for my divorce case a year ago. He was very responsive and confident. We had to go to court a few times and he really presented well. He won the three hearings that we had. My ex-wife saw the writing on the wall and became a lot more reasonable. We ended up settling the case before trial. I was very happy with the results and Wade's handling of my case. I definitely would recommend him.

Don’t waste your money.. It’s amazing how the billable time added exactly to my retainer with nothing being accomplished..I lost a lot of belief in the legal profession with this attorney.. Ultimately I had to hire a different attorney and what a difference.. My suggestion, look elsewhere!!!!

Wade Luther, my attorney several years ago represented me during a complicated divorce. He has mastered the art of billing his clients and seemed afraid of the court. His standard answer when asked about the potential outcome of a court decision, he replied that it all depends on the mood of the judge. Really, that is what I am paying for? The mood of a judge. His unwillingness to dig into the details of the financial aspects of my divorce was disturbing. He recommended a forensic CPA to investigate my claims. He was very good but a bit expensive. The CPA, after months of investigation, confirmed my allegations. Wade minimized the conclusions. The CPA was puzzled by his response. Then came the the time to deposition my soon to be ex-wife. He asked her if she had an ability to generate income in the work force. Her response was no. I handed him her business card that stated she was an international real estate broker. He ignored the input and asked her no further questions. During settlement negotiations I was told the she has a right to ask for $5,000 a month for permanent alimony. It was then that I did not know which side he was on. In a court room, before a judge, evidence and logic would have been on my side. To this day I am suffering from his fear of the court. That is my experience with Wade Luther.

Wade P. Luther stood by my side from day one. He's been my attorney for over 5 years in my custody case. His advice and guidance were paramount in my case. We ended up going to trial on a motion to modify our original agreement. I was extremely comfortable with trusting his advice and thoughts. He represented me with respect, and firmness. We were victorious in receiving a favorable modification. Without his bearings I don't know if it would have turned out the same. He went above and beyond on advising, and guiding me to be a good co-parent. Wade gives advice as if it were his own children he was representing. Before starting the green card process for my UK citizen husband, I was clueless and had no idea how much work, stress, fear and tears would go into it. When Natalie took my husband’s immigration case, it was at a crucial point in the process. Strapped for cash, we originally submitted application forms and documents on our own. My husband was also skeptical about lawyers because he had been burnt by one before. We had 30 days to prove eligibility for an unlawful presence waiver because the information we submitted did not adequately satisfy the grounds for the law. Natalie advised we had a good case which, if not properly presented, could easily be denied. From day one, she demonstrated her professionalism through thorough concise analysis of our case. Natalie spoke with us in easily understood language, explaining all the information/documents she would need to build our case. She set deadlines and made sure we stuck to them. Not only did she do her magic but she also reasonably designed a payment plan that we could afford. At the end of the 30 days, our documents were submitted, we were provided copies of all documents submitted along with a summary of her arguments. We were granted the waiver and Natalie kept in touch with us throughout the process. I would recommend this lawyer to all those individuals who are searching for a compassionate professional who is meticulous in the work she does.

Amy Goodblatt was understanding and patient with all of my questions. She was thorough and explanatory in her answers. She is very personable, which put me at ease immediately. I knew she was doing what she could for me in my circumstance, not just as my attorney, but as a person who genuinely cares for people. Periodically, she would sincerely ask and want to know how I was doing. Amy knew what to do in every step of the process. She handled the opposing side professionally, yet firmly always doing what was best for me to gain the desired outcome. She is friendly, but will stand up for her clients being assertive to get the necessary results. She would ask how I wanted to handle situations or what I wanted as results respecting my opinions and decisions, yet would redirect as necessary to provide the best benefit for me in the end. She would inform me how my case would go and/or resolve, and she was right every time. She is extremely well versed, not only in the law, but in mediating and interpersonal skills. Overall, the cases were dismissed. There was a lack of communication on the attorney behalf. I wouldn’t have know anything if I wouldn’t have reached out. The case has been dismissed for almost a month and I am just finding out. Good results, just make sure you are constantly in contact with the attorney or you will be left in the dark.

This business sent an advertisement to my workplace with the huge words "DIVORCE LAW" on the front, letting all of my coworkers know. I called to ask them if they'd take me off the advertisement list, and I received an attitude. Wouldn't recommend just based off their lack of sensitivity
