For a simple divorce with no children or real property, this was expensive and a long drawn-out process (with no special thanks to COVID-19/Pandemic Relief). These people,especially Jean Moses go way above the call of duty to be courteous,professional and at the same time personable. Their response is immediate and effectiveness unparalleled. I had originally hired a different firm and could see the difference. Where the first lawyer just let the paralegal send correspondence which was not particularly compelling Jean corresponds with opposing council and gets results. They wrapped a difficult case with a very stubborn and greedy wife to my advantage in just a few months where the previous attorney had the case for 6 months and failed to get an injunction as well as letting an emergency support hearing go entirely wife's wife's way. Donna and Alexis and their staff have been a true blessing. They are true professionals that provided expertise and very sound advice that was needed. They were able to help my son get 50/50 custody, which he rightly deserved. They are very responsive to our concerns and was always a step ahead. One of the greatest things that was said when going through 8 longs months of back and forth, was to remove your personal feelings about the other side and forget about the wrong doings they have done and focus on the child and doing what's best for her. From there it was just being patient and continue to parent. There was always constant communication, from receiving all emails that was sent to and received from the other party and the courts. Amy Goodblatt was understanding and patient with all of my questions. She was thorough and explanatory in her answers. She is very personable, which put me at ease immediately. I highly recommend Craig Bourne. Divorce is not easy and you must have someone on your side that is not out for themselves but for you and your family. Craig is a family man and understands the sensitive nature of divorce. There is no perfect divorce but with Craig you can assure your best interest are his top priorities. He also helped my through a bankruptcy due to the divorce. He is exceptional with finances as well. I cannot speak highly enough of The Roberts Family Law Firm. We have been with them now for a few years during a very difficult drawn out child custody modification case. David has entered the courtroom multiple times on our behalf and has won in every situation. Overall, the cases were dismissed. There was a lack of communication on the attorney behalf. I wouldn’t have know anything if I wouldn’t have reached out. The case has been dismissed for almost a month and I am just finding out. Good results, just make sure you are constantly in contact with the attorney or you will be left in the dark.

Chris Melendez is basically a sloth. This guy is a straight clown show. Couldn’t get his life together, understand the details, or do the work required to get my attorney the required documents in a timely manner. Waited 7 months for a financial affidavit, waited 2 weeks for a signature on a final agreement, and literally almost ran directly into trial because it took this guy two years to get his life in order. This is the epitome of taking your time and maximizing income for the firm over clients needs. Literally impossible to work with, and a waste of time. IF THIS GUY PASSED THE BAR EXAM, ANYONE CAN. GO TO LAW SCHOOL EVERYBODY!

Ok. Soooo I stumbled upon this law firm by googling "Best Law Firms" and Oh, am I glad I did! Mr. Baker was very thorough, patient and super professional. He was able to answer ANY and all questions that I threw at him. I started the process of an annulment on the 13th of April and it was finalized on the 26th of May! ????????????????????????????
