When Natalie took my husband’s immigration case, it was at a crucial point in the process. Strapped for cash, we originally submitted application forms and documents on our own. My husband was also skeptical about lawyers because he had been burnt by one before. We had 30 days to prove eligibility for an unlawful presence waiver because the information we submitted did not adequately satisfy the grounds for the law. Natalie advised we had a good case which, if not properly presented, could easily be denied. From day one, she demonstrated her professionalism through thorough concise analysis of our case. Natalie spoke with us in easily understood language, explaining all the information/documents she would need to build our case. She set deadlines and made sure we stuck to them. Not only did she do her magic but she also reasonably designed a payment plan that we could afford. At the end of the 30 days, our documents were submitted, we were provided copies of all documents submitted along with a summary of her arguments. We were granted the waiver and Natalie kept in touch with us throughout the process. I would recommend this lawyer to all those individuals who are searching for a compassionate professional who is meticulous in the work she does.

I had hired several mid & upper level lawyers to deal with the most challenging, heart-wrenching event of my life. They all performed more like public defenders rather than personal attorneys; always disinterested in important details and often appearing to have had a 5-minute preparation before court. I finally found West Family Law Group and hired Adam Sackrin. I immediately noticed his sharp, "I got this" attitude... and he meant it. The best way to describe him is as an intelligent and well-prepared bulldog. Sparing the details, Mr. Sackrin had amazingly discovered a successful strategy within 24 hours of my retaining him... something so diminutive that likely only 1 in 1,000 attorneys would have caught it. Though no attorney can ever repair the heartbreak that has occurred, Mr. Sackrin does a great job of preventing more of it. Impressive!

Richard came highly recommended from a friend and exceeded my expectations. In a terrible divorce with awful and untrue allegations he fought hard for what was best for the kids and I. Donna and Alexis and their staff have been a true blessing. They are true professionals that provided expertise and very sound advice that was needed. They were able to help my son get 50/50 custody, which he rightly deserved. They are very responsive to our concerns and was always a step ahead. One of the greatest things that was said when going through 8 longs months of back and forth, was to remove your personal feelings about the other side and forget about the wrong doings they have done and focus on the child and doing what's best for her. From there it was just being patient and continue to parent. There was always constant communication, from receiving all emails that was sent to and received from the other party and the courts. I am so thankful that I had Sean and his team to help me through this difficult process. Their compassion and knowledge really helped to guide me. I'm only rating Bird Law Firm 5 stars because I'm not allowed to give it 10 stars. Although that may seem like an exaggeration of her abilities, I assure you it is not. I retained Attorney Bird in June of 2020. In addition to her professional, caring, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable services, I also received the same level of professionalism and knowledge in her paralegal, Suzanne. They helped me navigate false allegations and manipulations of an abusive soon to be ex-husband in order to protect me and my son. I cannot imagine having to work with another attorney during this time. She is the best representation that I could have asked for.

Chris Melendez is basically a sloth. This guy is a straight clown show. Couldn’t get his life together, understand the details, or do the work required to get my attorney the required documents in a timely manner. Waited 7 months for a financial affidavit, waited 2 weeks for a signature on a final agreement, and literally almost ran directly into trial because it took this guy two years to get his life in order. This is the epitome of taking your time and maximizing income for the firm over clients needs. Literally impossible to work with, and a waste of time. IF THIS GUY PASSED THE BAR EXAM, ANYONE CAN. GO TO LAW SCHOOL EVERYBODY!

Ok. Soooo I stumbled upon this law firm by googling "Best Law Firms" and Oh, am I glad I did! Mr. Baker was very thorough, patient and super professional. He was able to answer ANY and all questions that I threw at him. I started the process of an annulment on the 13th of April and it was finalized on the 26th of May! ???????????????????????????? Attorney Joseph Baker gave me some very insightful advice and recommendations. I really liked his professionalism and his ability to be understanding and courteous to my issues at hand. He gives free consultations, which to me is utterly important and was willing to see me face to face. Even during these trying times, Joseph wants to meet his clients in person. Kudos for that! His retention price is very reasonable and affordable compared to many other attorneys out there. Joseph also has high reviews on AVVO and in google reviews. He introduced himself at the start and is extremely polite. He was not condescending at all, nor did he try to throw out there any titles of where he went to law school.
