I highly recommend Craig Bourne. Divorce is not easy and you must have someone on your side that is not out for themselves but for you and your family. Craig is a family man and understands the sensitive nature of divorce. There is no perfect divorce but with Craig you can assure your best interest are his top priorities. Amy Goodblatt was understanding and patient with all of my questions. She was thorough and explanatory in her answers. She is very personable, which put me at ease immediately. I enjoyed my divorce, said no one ever. However, I can say it was made so much easier because of Natalia and her entire staff. Getting divorced is never easy and getting divorced during COVID was an adventure. Natalia has an amazing grasp on the ins and outs of divorce and family law. She is an ardent defender of her client, but tactful at the same time. Natalia always listened and understood my concerns. She was frank in her explanations of what could and could not be done. I unfortunately filed for a divorce initially with a lawyer who was not from this firm. Attorney Sara Canepa- Zenuini was a God send. From the moment she took my case over she made steady and quick progressive moves. I had mediation within a month of retaining her for my case, whereas the previous attorney sat idle with the case for more than a year. Attorney Zenuni and her office counterparts, were diligent, thorough, and accurate. She took active interest and listened well to my needs, as well as, worked prudently to cover bases and tie up ends I would never have thought of. She definitely looked out for me and what was important to my values and my heart. She also realistically offered advise and counsel not setting unrealistic expectations for the outcomes of certain matters. Chris Melendez is basically a sloth. This guy is a straight clown show. Couldn’t get his life together, understand the details, or do the work required to get my attorney the required documents in a timely manner. Waited 7 months for a financial affidavit, waited 2 weeks for a signature on a final agreement, and literally almost ran directly into trial because it took this guy two years to get his life in order. This is the epitome of taking your time and maximizing income for the firm over clients needs. Literally impossible to work with, and a waste of time. IF THIS GUY PASSED THE BAR EXAM, ANYONE CAN. GO TO LAW SCHOOL EVERYBODY!

Ok. Soooo I stumbled upon this law firm by googling "Best Law Firms" and Oh, am I glad I did! Mr. Baker was very thorough, patient and super professional. He was able to answer ANY and all questions that I threw at him. I started the process of an annulment on the 13th of April and it was finalized on the 26th of May! ???????????????????????????? You're talking about Happy? That was me that day! I was expecting delays (because of the situation) but God did it and The Virga Law Firm put it to play! I HIGHLY recommended this firm ????%!!!

Attorney Joseph Baker gave me some very insightful advice and recommendations. I really liked his professionalism and his ability to be understanding and courteous to my issues at hand. He gives free consultations, which to me is utterly important and was willing to see me face to face. Even during these trying times, Joseph wants to meet his clients in person. Kudos for that! His retention price is very reasonable and affordable compared to many other attorneys out there. Joseph also has high reviews on AVVO and in google reviews. He introduced himself at the start and is extremely polite. He was not condescending at all, nor did he try to throw out there any titles of where he went to law school. He was very humble and let me talk and plea my case. I highly recommend this attorney.

I had what I believed to be was a very difficult divorce case. I owned various properties that were prior to my marriage that my spouse tried very hard to get. Paulette was honest in the law and assured me which properties would be protected and how to handle any other properties that may need to be fought. We were set for trial and then as soon as the other side received all of our evidence to be presented they quickly provided a settlement offer because they knew at that moment they would not get even half of what I tried to offer at mediation. My paralegal Angela reassured me that at this moment I had the whole ball in my court. I settled for less than I originally was willing to offer and walked away with a large part of my properties. From the moment I first called in and spoke with the office manager, Susan, I knew then my case mattered - before even spending a dime. Paulette handled my consultation with care and knowledge. She did not make me feel rushed and assured me that my worries about the cost to fight was not as important as hearing my story. That helped me feel less pressure and focus on the matter at hand. I have had multiple “free consultations” which are always rushed and never informative. Paulette did the complete opposite- we even laughed a little to help lighten the mood. My case was then assigned to my paralegal Angela, who I swear appeared very knowledgeable about the rules and procedures of my situation. She spent her time with me answering my questions, reassuring me and reminding me that this office is a team and I will never feel alone. Along the process we laughed together, cried together, and even celebrated - COVID style of course ????. Watching Paulette fight for me at trial meant so much. Donna and Alexis and their staff have been a true blessing. They are true professionals that provided expertise and very sound advice that was needed. They were able to help my son get 50/50 custody, which he rightly deserved. They are very responsive to our concerns and was always a step ahead. One of the greatest things that was said when going through 8 longs months of back and forth, was to remove your personal feelings about the other side and forget about the wrong doings they have done and focus on the child and doing what's best for her. From there it was just being patient and continue to parent. There was always constant communication, from receiving all emails that was sent to and received from the other party and the courts. JUST EXCELLENT SERVICE AND SUPPORT!! Not sure where we would be without them. They are definitely on the Christmas list.

I'm only rating Bird Law Firm 5 stars because I'm not allowed to give it 10 stars. Although that may seem like an exaggeration of her abilities, I assure you it is not. I retained Attorney Bird in June of 2020. In addition to her professional, caring, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable services, I also received the same level of professionalism and knowledge in her paralegal, Suzanne. They helped me navigate false allegations and manipulations of an abusive soon to be ex-husband in order to protect me and my son. I cannot imagine having to work with another attorney during this time. She is the best representation that I could have asked for.
